After about a month of hearing nothing, I called and after some difficulty reached this person in a telephone call. He said they would have the lock in about a week and he would call me the next when it came in or in a day or two, if he found out from his supplier that the delay was going to be longer than that. Another month went by with nothing. No lock and no call. When I called today I was told that the president was not in and I would have to leave a voice message. The person who took the message did not switch me over to voice mail but obviously in a mistake kept the line open at which point he appears to have started a conversation with the person I was trying to talk to and called me an asshole. Quite a surprise as I thought the conversation we had was straightforward, unemotional, and without any harsh words. If you need this kind of treatment from a vendor that doesn't fulfill its commitments, then, by all means, this is your vendor. For most of us, however, this is the type of company we hope to avoid.

They said absolutely, and when I arrived they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They even solved the problem of how similar my two door keys are, by making one different at the top! Talk about going above and beyond!! Apparently they've been in Nashua since 1980- and it shows. Their commitment to customer service for this one interaction means that if I ever need a key, or a lock, I know I'll be back!

The way the pole fell all our lines were ripped from our house, thus required being reattached by an electrician. On Monday, a holiday for most people, Ron arrived at 8:00 AM and began reattaching our lines. My husband is oxygen dependent, which requires electricity. Our generator failed and he was out of back-up battery power. Ron went above and beyond, sent his worker to his shop to lend us a generator until we had power. Small miracle, I'm told, electrical work, coordination with Tyngsboro building inspector, National Grid and Ron , gave us power by end of day. Since it was a holiday, I expected a very hefty invoice, considering the emergency service, loan of a generator (checked our generator too), coordination with numerous parties, I was very relieved to get a very reasonable bill. I cannot recommend an electrical company any more than Ron Berrube! Thank you Ron.

I received a call from the owner, not to offer a better price but to find out what had happened and what they could do to improve going forward. The owner offered to come out and sit with me to hear how things went and how they could work with their team to improve the experience for others. I had contacted all of the national chains and couldn't bite the bullet for their $99/deal that locked me into a lengthy contract to proprietary equipment. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that OSS called me and worked to make it right. I look forward to having them install my system and refer them to my friends, family and neighbors!
