You enter from Indian Ridge just off Market. The turn is a little tight depending on which way you're coming. I assume this area could get pretty crowded when they are busy. The deli is drive-through only, although they do have a couple picnic tables set up next to the corner so I guess you could eat there. My first order was just doing the drive through. I selected the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit ($3.09) and the biscuit and gravy ($2.89). I paid at the first window and drove around to the other side of the building. I had to wait between five and ten minutes, mostly because one of the vehicles in front of me had a large order. My sandwich was well-wrapped and the biscuit and gravy did not spill from the clamshell styrofoam container. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, the biscuit was not crumbly, and the entire sandwich was quite good. The biscuit and gravy were also very good. I typically need to add additional pepper to the gravy (personal preference), but this gravy really did have a strong pepper flavor and I did not need to add anything. The gravy was the perfect consistency, being thick but not paste. The next visit I tried the online ordering option. It's a bit different from the menu posted at the building, so make sure it has what you want before ordering. I selected the #2 Big Buc combo burger ($9.49). I was given an approximate time it would be ready and I arrived just before that time. The instructions say to pull into one of the two designated spots in their lot and call them to will bring the food out. Since no one was in the drive through I just went to the window. I told them I did an online order and they said they had just packaged it. The burger was very good. The meat is well-seasoned. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were fresh, and the bun was also fresh. The fries were slightly crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. Even the iced tea was very good. The menu is rather extensive, and the entire menu is available all day. I was quite impressed with the quality, service, and prices. Buc Deli has been around a long time, but they certainly are keeping the quality high and the ingredients fresh, and the value makes going here an easy decision.

The only problem is if you pull into the front lot but don't have a parking space you can't get to the adjacent lot without going back out onto the divided highway. The legal way to do this is turn left at the divider opening and go back towards Jonesboro about a block, then turn around at the next divider opening and turn into the adjacent lot. There could be an opening to the adjacent lot from the front lot but it is blocked off with a railroad tie. There is a handicapped space right in front of door. The parking spaces are not marked so you need to be considerate. This trip was for breakfast on a weekend, and the restaurant was about half full when we arrived. We were greeted as we walked in and told to sit anywhere. Seating is to the left and is all tables with few seats at a counter to the right as you walk in. Our server came by right away with the menu and took our drink orders. She brought the drinks quickly, but we needed a little more time to decide as the menu is decently large and diverse. She returned in an appropriate amount of time, the sign of a good server. Our food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. The Magnificent Seven had two eggs (cooked slightly less than ordered, but not an issue), hash browns, two sausage patties, two small pancakes, and a biscuit. The biscuit was dry but would be fine with gravy. Everything else was quite good. Of note is the little jelly packets included seedless blackberry jelly and apple butter, a very nice change from the typical grape and strawberry offering at most restaurants. My dining partner selected the meat omelet, which also included toast. The omelet was large and completely filled with meat. It was a very good selection and very filling. There is background music playing which is noticeable but not loud. Conversation was very easy. The restaurant was mostly full by the time we left, but the servers still seemed to be keeping up, as was the kitchen. Overall, this was a good breakfast for a fair price, and we definitely plan to return.
