I had to apply persription medicine on them to get the burning raw feeling to stop so I could sleep. TODAY....Semper FI's crew showed up on time, read the labels on the back of the carpets to determine how they should be cleaned, measured the carpets, explained how each carpet should be cleaned and then presented their quote. The process put me at ease knowing I had professionals about to clean my carpets. The carpets look amazing feel like they should and will be dry in less than an hour and very soft to walk on. Coordinating between the adjuster, vendors, trash removal, utilities, and the third-party system could have been overwhelming, but the ServiceMaster office staff made it much easier with their hands-on approach. He laughed and made me feel at ease and just retreated for urine and cleaned it right there.
