Every visit it's nice to be greeted with friendly people! The staff here are great. Parking is usually a cinch, but if the spots are taken, park on a side street and walk. It's healthy for you! This 711 is extremely clean. The best of any of their locations in the DC area. I like how they pay attention to cleaning, organization, and so much more. They have their stuff together. Are the prices convenience store priced? Of course! Inflation is hurting them also. I like going here during various sporting and other outdoor events.

    I had the worst customer service experience in my ENTIRE life this morning at this location. It was…read moresimply the clerk, he was EXTREMELY rude and just plain NASTY. I'd don't recall ever being treated as rudely or just plain nastily by ANYONE. A simple summary: I wanted to make a split transaction: cash/credit. Then I put down a $10 bill and $10 in quarters (I will stress this point, it was neatly arranged in a freakin' quarter roll), once I placed down the roll of quarters, he went from just being unfriendly, to down right NASTY. He claimed that his register had too many quarters (first off, it was in a freakin roll) and then he just kept saying he wouldn't take it, it was unacceptable, and just kept being extremely rude about it. I said, look, it's still money? I said even that I'd take it out of the quarter roll if he wanted to count it. Nope, that wasn't good enough, and I finally got so frustrated with his nastiness, I just left the store and told him to put the items back. Honestly, I didn't even need to use the roll of quarters, I was just trying to get rid of some extra cash / change laying around my house. The guy was completely out of line, I'd never been treated so horribly by a clerk in my entire life. It was like... somehow I was the 'enemy' or trying to scam him? It was a horrible experience and I reccomend that you do not use this store if that guy is working, unless you like being treated horribly. It was decently early in the morning (around 8am), so if this guy is on shift, watch out! Personally, from now on, I was so shaken by this incident, I will never shop at the entire location ever again. Why when there are 4 other 7/11s within a freakin' MILE lol. BTW: this is the first time I've ever written a review, and it's because this guy was SO NASTY.

    Probably the worst service in my life. I went just to use the ATM machine and ended up getting a…read morebottle of water for my son. I saw $2.09 for the one I selected, which is expensive about double the amount for a for 1 bottle. I went to pay and it came up as $3.09. The cashier asked me to put my number in and it should come up on sale, but that did not happen. I explained to him it had a white and that it was not on sale. He said "this is the price you have to pay". I told him about 2 rows of the same water and said again this is your price"". I asked him kindly for the price on the tag and then he said "I apologized three times, I can't give it to you". After a couple of minutes of him screaming at me he went and got the manager; which gave me the price listed. The one negative thing he did was telling me, please don't make a scene. I told him that your employee is the one screaming at me at around the store, when I should be the one pissed and not your staff. He asked his employee whose name starts with an (S) to ring me up, but I had to play it smart. I asked the manager to do it as we got the front the employee still was talking. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GET STAFF THAT ATLEAST PARTIALLY CARE FOR THEIR JOB!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

    I want to start this by saying that the head pharmacist Mavis is one of the kindest and most…read morehelpful pharmacists I have ever encountered. I have been using this pharmacy for many years and never had a single issue. Then I met the pharmacist Mandicia. Safeway switched their policy on the text notifications where you can no longer see which medications are being filled. Very frustrating when you take nine medications! All I want is to be able to pick up my medicine once or twice (I get it's difficult with that many meds) a month. I went to pick up my medication and noticed that one was missing. I inquired and was told it would not be ready for several days and that didn't make any sense to me. I went home and the bottle clearly had the same date as the others, so I called to get some clarification. From the gate Mandicia was rude. Beyond rude. She wouldn't let me get a word in, had a very nasty attitude and refused to believe me. I understand that the medication is a controlled substance (an anxiety med I've been taking for about 15 years), but there is no reason why I should've been spoken to like I was "drug seeking". All I wanted was clarification. I waited three more days until the text notification said it was ready. Unfortunately, Mandicia was there and not Mavis. Immediately she started with the same exact attitude. Same medication- different issue this time. Once again she wouldn't let me talk, and she refused to answer my question. I was so frustrated that I asked for her name- I couldn't see her name tag. She refused to even tell me what her name was! She comes out of her booth and starts talking to the customer waiting in line behind me while I'm still standing there trying to pay. Mind you- this entire transaction was only two minutes, so it wasn't like I was taking up a bunch of her time. I'm at my wits end! There's no way I should've been spoken to that once let alone twice. I get people have bad days, but leave the attitude at home. I get it's a controlled substance, but not everyone is trying to pull a fast one. In fact- I was trying to get less pills so my medication will now be all ready on the same day. Now I'm torn between supporting Mavis and avoiding Mandicia like the plague.
