The motivation behind this review is to recognize one Pharmacist in particular who works at the Smoketown location. Another associate said his name is Carl. He usually works on Tuesday and o know this because I've recently started timing my refills to coincide with his schedule. Pharmacist Carl seems to be the only person who goes above and beyond to resolve issues. Whether it be a mistake on the doctors part or fixing another pharmacist mistake I always know it will be resolved when Carls is on duty. I still use the Woodbridge location even after I moved because the pharmacy is efficient and most pharmacist that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a couple of women Pharmacist who are very good too. Same for the people who check out at the pharmacy most all are very friendly and professional. One girl stands out for that chip on her shoulder. Nameless girl but she average looking w blonde hair, but has a superiority complex waffling from her judgmental face. Will never use this pharmacy. Always a line, always issues with prescription - either I have to call my doctor or insurance on my behalf to provide instructions for pharmacist to fill accurately. For the past year I have not been able to walk in, pay for prescription and walk out. I'm done. Going to another pharmacy next time. read more

I was so excited when this Walgreens opened because it is literally within walking distance of my home. I could zip to the store, grab a gallon of milk, cleaning supplies, medicine etc. in just a 5 minute drive and be back home. But I was disappointed. The store is tiny, the selections are few and the products are way overpriced. I don't know how long this place will survive being in it's current location. You can't get to it from Old Bridge Road, so it mainly serves my subdivision off of Smoketown. Meh...I will go there once in a blue moon, but it's not what I was hoping it would be. read more

Most employees in the store are nice, but problem was with pharmacy giving me the wrong info re flu vaccine - they said they did not have the type I needed, and could Not get from any other store either ('everybody is out'). But I then called the 3 other stores in the area, and they had it! So somebody lied!! A separate issue was a prescription that we paid $100 for several times despite my questions about it. I discussed other options with them, but they never told me it was available elsewhere for 10% of that cost! So they will gladly take you money for 10 times what you should pay!! read more

I always have to wait to have a prescription filled or submitted, even when there is a tech at the counter. I get 'Will be with you in a minute", and so there I stand. I just leave when there is more than 3 in line. A year ago service was good, but now the techs except for one seem as if they can hardly read. Their attitude is like they are doing me a big favor just to take my order. Great store but lousy pharmacy. I have read other reviews and wonder what those people are doing saying the pharmacy is acceptable. read more

I love this Walgreens! This is located in a convenient location for me and it's a great place to just pick up random things when you don't feel like driving far. The staff is friendly, they have well stocked shelves and selections. I have a Walgreens "membership" so I get a lot of coupons saving opportunities. Told me i took to many pills when the instructions read take 4x daily as needed if you take 4 its to much well whys it say that, shouldn't it it say take 3. AND WHY DIDN'T THE CATCH THAT UPON FILLING. she then decided to tell me how much pain i was in. Btw i had updated script from the doctor. As a person with an disabilitiy i dont appreciate someone telling me how i feel. During the course of our conversation she says i dont know why your asking these question its Because your the pharmacist thats the point. Obviously they become to bored with our monthly to bi weekly vists to entertain our questions. Good luck to you hopefully the dont miss a dr's mistake and kill you. Their new policy is incredulous! I'm 49 and went to buy a box of wine for my wife and I, but because my 15 yr old daughter didn't have any ID with her they refused to sell to me. If she just waited in the car it wouldn't have been an issue. Seriously Walgreens?! No worries, CVS is up the street read more

This walgreens has pretty good service, my family always go here instead of CVS. The deals here are much better than most other drug stores in the area. The only bad thing is that the employees don't know much about anything. read more

She found me non-scented, no chemicals or artificial additives products in a matter of minutes! She offer great advice on what I should buy and I am super satisfied with all my purchase. read more

It is kind of hard to find things in the store, however the photo department is awesome! Using the app on my iPhone allows me to get photos right off of my phone and send it to the store so all I have to do is go pick it up. read more
