I came in to buy soda, got in line, 5th person in line!!!, only one cashier (asian male, didn't get name) working the counter, two pushing their carts around us, probably restocking!! WTH is wrong with these people!?!? after a few minutes, one of the girls pushing the cart tells the cashier something about "register," a minute or so later, he gets on their intercom and says something, of course, i'm still 4 people behind so i can't hear much. 2nd person tries to buy her pictures, he rings her up but surprise, she has no cvs card, so they talk a little and he gives her a form and waits as she fills it out!!! we all wait!!! seriously, WTH!!! I know they should have blank cvs cards ready to scan and link to the unfilled form so we didn't have to wait!! I have seen other cvs stores with great customer service, but this one is getting worse and worse... btw, finally, another guy came to the front and opened another register. I'm very patient, but another cashier should have been called as soon as the line hit 3 or 4 people, not few minutes AFTER the line grows to 5 people. tsk tsk. this store needs new mystery shoppers to keep them on their toes. p.s. they have few shopping carts they aren't allowed to go outside (extra high bar to stop it at door), so when the cvs flyer says 4 boxes of sodas for $$, i won't be coming here to buy it anymore. why be forced to carry out 4 boxes to car by hand? Had to call corporate and file a complaint on the manager CHAE! Told me that I can't redeem a rain check at their store and he can't honor my rain check. Also said that the store who made the rain check shouldn't have done it and that they're wrong. Wtf!!! Who are you to say on how to redeem a rain check! You don't own the store and can't make up your own rules! Corporate told me that the complaint has been filed on him and that the district manager will contact him. Hope he gets fired!!! Corporate also told me that rain checks can be redeemed at ANY CVS that has the items in stock! I advise everyone who had to deal with him to call corporate and file a complaint against him! Wow, I'm surprised that this CVS got a low rating. Well actually, not that surprised. The store is actually very neatly organized and clean but I think most of the complaints is from the costumer service! The cash registers aren't the nicest people in the world, but I've gotten so used to going to this CVS that it doesn't bother me if I don't get a simple have a nice day or what not. I mean, judging on the products and the prices for CVS, I do come back often because the people that work there aren't BAD, they just aren't GREAT. But just for a heads up, don't expect much out of the costumer service but rather the products that they sell. It's not hard finding anything there because everything is where you would think it would be, self-explanatory! I find this store very convenient and i prefer this 100x over RITE AID. P.S. There's no such thing as customer service at this CVS. I always have the same manager helping me at checkout, I say "Hi, how are you?" and I always just get this look from her and she's completely silent. All she ever says to me is my total and the bill I gave her. No "Thank you" or anything else. The shelves are also not stocked well. I had heartburn one day and there was only one box of Prilosec OTC. There was also a berry flavored one that I saw in a commercial. I saw the labels for it on the shelves but not a single box. Normally, I love to go to this CVS because their workers are super friendly. However, today was not it. The cashier Maria was not very helpful in helping me out with my transaction. I felt that she was in a rush to finish. I asked her if certain coupons applied. She responded with there's so many. I asked about a certain coupon and she did not even answer my question, she started talking about a different coupon?! When I decided to void the transaction, she was very rude about it. She threw all the products on the floor and tossed me the receipt... I think I might choose a different CVS now. I went to use a money gram, which i always use for at leas a few years. I had all things i needed to receive the money that was wired to me. The CVS clerk that checked me out , she said there was no middle name on the money gram but there was a middle name on the id card. But the money gram didnt ask for a middle name only she and her manger did personally. The manager told me to redue it , i redid it and the money gram still ask for no middle name not even a middle initial. So to my understanding they we're judging and acting as if i was doing something fraudulent or a scam. This just didnt make sense. I like stopping by this CVS store since it's close by the BF's house. I like picking up something really quick from these quick and go store. The wait is never too long, but it can be long once in a while. Price: Some of the products are more expensive than Target and Walmart, but it's only a buck or 2. It's pretty much gas money if I have to drive all the way to Target or Walmart for one thing like medicine or an eye liner. There are always weekly deals from CVS so it's a great value after all. Quality: The products are standard packaging. I haven't come across any bad packaging product or expired product. Service: The service is alright. It's hard to find someone on the floor to help, but I can always spot one behind the counter. read more

This place is bad, I thought it was better than the Sav-on when they first switched but I think it is the employees they hire, many times they will just talk to each other and not hear you as they ring you in and I always say "No Bag Please" but they always try and give me one and then act like I am retarded for not taking one.They do have a decent selection of higher end skin care and better brands of toiletries than before but alas I go here cause it is close not good. read more

I've gone here a few times to get last minute medications or food/drink items, for ease of access. This is a standard CVS Pharmacy, so I'd expect people would come here for the same reasons as mine, or just as a locational purpose. Parking here is really easy all times I've gone here. Making a left onto a middle lane when leaving: not so much. The biggest negative about this store though is the line. Whether you come here in the day time, or the night time, there always seems to be a line! Give credit to the usual one-person cashier (maybe 2 people working the cashiers if you're lucky). I ordered 3 books of the same pictures online. It was a very special situation for me as they were 3 picture-books containing photos of my 20 year old son meeting his biological father for the first time. I assembled the pictures very carefully in chronological order, that showed a beautiful progression of them seeing each other for the first time and getting to know one another. It was a truly magical afternoon that I tried very hard to capture on film. I received an email confirmation that my shipment had come in. When I arrived at the store, there sitting on the printer were the pictures, not assembled nor bound and printed out on something other than photo paper. A gentlemen by the name of Andy came to serve me. He was patient, he listened, he manually assembled everything in the order I had originally put them, let me double-check his work to confirm the order and he went in the back to assemble them. He was swift, efficient, compassionate and professional. He "got it", I didn't have to raise my voice or be mean or demanding. It was a great experience because of his positive attitude and his willingness to get the job done right. Thank you, Andy!! I truly appreciate your help tonight! read more

I hate dealing with the Pharmacy here, I dont feel that they really do their job, and realize we really need our meds. I am planning to change pharmacy ong wait long time. When you tell them, you are put on hold forever. Try your independent local pharmacies for better service. For goodness sake! Get extra help in your pharmacy department. I have never spend over 20 mins standing in line waiting to drop off my prescription. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Not to mention this is the second time that had happened. Wow curbside pickup is the best thing since smart phones. I ordered some stuff and order was ready in 5 mins. I drove up to the red flag 10 mins later and the cvs guy was standing outside with my bag of merchandise. That's high tech shopping! This review is for Christina in particular. I asked for her help using a digital coupon for $5 off Sally Hansen nail polish, while purchasing 2 bottles of nail polish. The code wasn't working when we scanned the coupon. Christina was very unhelpful. She looked at my coupons and told me that I didn't have any valid coupons for nail polish. I was pretty sure that my coupon was applicable and I questioned her about it. She made me feel like I was wrong, and looked at me impatiently, waiting for me to pay the full price. I tried to look for more information online to see why it wasn't working but she made me feel so uncomfortable and rushed that I decided to just pay and leave. The minute I got to my car, I clicked the coupon for more information and immediately saw the explanation. The pre-tax purchase price was just under $1 short of the $12 minimum for the coupon, even though my total was over $12. If Christina had taken just one more second to examine the coupon details she would have been able to advise me to buy $1 more of nail polish to activate the coupon savings. I would have gladly bought 3 or 4 bottles of nail polish instead of 2. Christina's negligence made me feel ripped off and also lost money for CVS, since I would have spent way more if I could use the coupon. Other employees in the past have been more helpful here, I think Christina needs some education on how to use the coupon system. read more

My second visit and my last time going there. My experience was okay until my friend and I was about to leave and right in front of the entrance was a dead cockroach. Of course my friend and I freaked out because we hate bugs so my friend and I went to the cashier and let her know that there was a dead cockroach in front of the entrance she sighed and said just don't look at the it and walk out.. I think the store itself is fine - the products are neatly organized, it's easy to find things and everything. Personally I find the people in the pharmacy are nice, and pretty helpful, but the employees of the actual store are pretty... uncaring. They don't seem to really care about the customer, and I'm pretty sure my biggest problem was with the cashier I happened to have when I went there last. I had brought my neighbor and his brother, who is around 8, and when he went to ask the cashier about something on the sales flyer, she was very impatient with him, and seemed irritated. It was pretty shocking. I've been to this CVS several times before though, and the other cashiers weren't like this, so I give this CVS a 3, since apart from that one experience, I've had a pretty decent time here. read more

This CVS is the place I go to get quick beer or alcohol if I'm in more of a rush lol. I like that it's near me and there's plenty of parking. No hassle. Just go in and get stuff and get out. Workers here are nice. It's clean and spacious and usually not crowded. The prices are a bit more expensive but one should expect that with the convenience one gets on items. i was happy for the convenience of this CVS store next to the place i was studying at until ... today i had bought a starbucks refresher to wake up a few hours later a friend of mine offer to buy me one and if she didn't tell me i wouldn't have not known that i had bought a drink that expired in april 2015! Today is may 31, it's a month old! How on earth do you stay open and not see that for a whole month?! This can was in the fridge chilling there expired. .... the non expired ones were outside of the fridge ?! i dont understand this???? I grabbed the very first one not thinking it was expired but all 5 of them inside were .... I politely told the lady at the cashier AND thankyou for sharing your concern of my health and the health of others. You were worried that it was expired today .. noo it was expired a month ago ! A man tried to help us and clearly didn't tell us the right service and the manager came out and gave us attitude until she saw a white man and gladly helped him out. I'm disappointed with the discrimination towards me and my mother. We are Asian and the white lady seemed to have a superior feel over us and it's really sad to see a mistake happen to us and even get scolded and talked smart to due to an employees mistake.
