It's a small business and I feel great supporting small, local business. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The people that work there are super nice and threat you so politely and welcoming I always go here for my medication since they are very quick and take no more than 15 to 20 mins or even less. I like that, because I don't have to make the trip twice. They take my insurance and I'm sure they take many other providers. It's in a very convenient location and easy to find. I will be coming here for my future prescription since it's not so far from me and even though it is not the closest oharmacy I can go to, I will do the small trip for the good experience and great service.

My grandmother was having to look for a new pharmacy and we were recommended to this place by her pain management DR. We arrive and the lady and gentleman that were behind the counter were absolutely as helpful as they could be. There was miscommunication between my grandmothers old pharmacy so she gave them a call. As she was on the phone, said manager came over and attempted to speak with her, I advised her that she were waiting, as she was very clearly speaking on the phone. She asked me to tell my grandmother to come speak to her when she was finished and I agreed. I stayed seated and my grandmother walked up to the counter and started speaking with her, to ask her if she was willing to speak with the Walgreens pharmacist so he could explain what happened. Now, this part... is not about WHAT she said, it was HOW she said it. She VERY rudely told my grandmother that she can not and will not touch her phone and will not speak with them. My grandmother ended the call with Walgreens and this manager constantly repeated herself about recommending to call her insurance provider. My grandmother would ask a question and her only response she could possibly think of was "call your insurance" no matter the question! My grandmother is nearing 70 years old and has a hard time understanding some things, which is why I come along. As my grandmother was ready to leave, the manager decided to say YET AGAIN "call your insurance provider blah blah" I responded to her that I heard her and will explain it to my grandmother. As we were walking to our vehicle, I was already explaining what she was recommending to my grandmother and this manager had the audacity to FOLLOW US OUTSIDE to tell us that we were being rude and we are not welcomed back. I'm sorry but not once was anything said during that conversation was rude OTHER THAN HERSELF. I had not said a single word to her until we were on our way out when I stated that I will explain it to her. She followed us out to "confront" us and I hope she feels like a complete bitch because even then, during the confrontation, we were not rude, if anything we were CONFUSED and SHOCKED to even see her walk out those doors, nothing was said besides me attempting to explain myself and explain that I was not rude and was only saying I would explain it to her. I don't know what this lady has up her ass but someone needs to do her a favor and rip the damn thing out. You treat your customers and potential customers the way you and your store want to be treated. NOW, I'm being rude. I wasn't going to review or comment until I saw that it was not just us she has been rude to.

Today I go in to pick up medications after Cancer Surgery and ask for consultation on a new Rx that was prescribed by a Dr. in the hospital that I did not know. Sandra took it and removed it and came back to ring me up for just the one Rx. When I told her I wanted to know what the other Rx was and why I needed it she snapped at me. I am not the one to snap at! Turns out the Rx was prescribed back on the 9th! The day I was released from the hospital and should have been taking it 3x a day, but today is the day I was notified! Something has happened and I am not sure I will be using Harrison's anymore. They offered to deliver my meds to my home so I don't have to deal with Sandra, but still why was I just notified today about a Rx that I should have been taking 3 x a day since the 9th!??? This type of negligence can not go on when people are fighting life threatening cancer and other illnesses! I am so disappointed in this mix up, but the uncaring customer service from Sandra is unacceptable and she should be ashamed of herself!

My Cigna app informed me Walmart had some of lowest co-pays for my plan so I figured it was worth a shot. I was surprised to see that this pharmacy, located in a Walmart Neighborhood Market, offers drive-thru. I decided to drop off my prescription in store and wait. The pharmacy tech registered me for text notifications. I had a shorter wait time than anticipated and the co-pay due was what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that when I informed the tech I had never taken this medication before (as a response to her question), she had me speak with the pharmacist. I've been to several pharmacies before and have always just been asked if I'd like to speak to a pharmacist, to which I generally decline and attempt to answer my own questions via use of Google. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and kind. I found myself asking a question I might have forgotten to Google. Bottom line: The price is right and the service is personable. I look forward to making this Walmart Pharmacy my pharmacy for all of my medications.

I got off early on a Friday afternoon and decided to drive by to see if the business was open. I was pleased to see the lights were on and the pharmacy open. Apopka Care Pharmacy shares a parking lot with other businesses so parking may be a bit challenging. I entered and waited in line has a customer was at the counter being tended to. The staff were attentive to the customer and engaged in friendly banter. When it was my turn, I approached the counter and explained the reason I was there. You know you are in good hands when the first thing your doc says is: You are free to go anywhere, just give them this prescription, but I highly recommend Dr Phillips up the road. In my opinion they have the best delivery agents." With an endorsement like that, of course I am going to trust the experts. The shop itself is tidy, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it. You'd never get this type of customer service from a Walgreen's or a CVS.
