While Walmart is indeed cheaper than Publix, filling my medication with Benzer is literally 1/3 the price of Walmart... and FAST! No more waiting 2-5 hours before the prescription is filled. Benzer has never taken more than 15 minutes to have it filled from the time I call it in, to the time it's ready for pick up. I'm not even exaggerating. Price(s) for same exact medication/prescription I've been filling monthly for two years now: Publix: over $50 (Full disclosure, I haven't filled my prescription at Publix in over 18 months. That was the cost at that time.) Walmart: $32.73 Benzer: $11.24 (for the exact same medication) My only regret is that it took me 2 years to try Benzer. And, get this: I only did so because I was willing to pay more if it meant I didn't have to wait 2-5 hours for Walmart to fill the prescription; it was always 2 trips; drop off, and back again to pick it up. As soon as you pull up, an auto recording ask you to have a code ready to show the person at the window. My wife did have this, but I found it strange since I don't use CVS regularly for prescriptions. Maybe it's an easier way to identify orders that are ready? The system showed two medications ready even though the Urgent Care sent three and the third one was what we really needed. We kept pleading with the person at the window and were told we'd have to call the Urgent Care. Well they had closed at 8pm, so we could not call them. We even provided the discharge papers showing that they prescribed three medications. Well, either there was a delay or some other issue.... But finally the person at the window told us they could now see the third medication and it would be about a 15 minutes. So glad this was resolved, but we panicked at first .... Hoping to give them a better review at a future visit.

I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it. You'd never get this type of customer service from a Walgreen's or a CVS.
