They were always kind and very helpful and always willing to offer suggestions and go out of their way to help their customers. The last several times that I have been there I have noticed the level of professionalism and knowledge of the front line staff at the counter has diminished greatly. Now instead of being helpful they seem to just be running people through and usually are very short and snippy. I have been in twice in the past week and found this kind of attitude on both occasions. While standing in line today the girl at the counter was very short and basically rude with a gentleman. When she asked if he wanted to add his number he said he didn't have one but his wife probably did. She then asked if he wanted to add that and he said he didn't know what it was. A customer in line had to tell him that she was talking about her phone number. When she rang it up she told him it would be 426. He handed her a $5.00 bill and she said that is $426.00. You could tell that this took him by surprise and he was not prepared to pay that amount and didn't understand why it was so much. He left the prescription and said he wasn't paying that much. As for my situation I finally just left because it was obvious I wasn't going to get any help and no one was going to go out of their way to help me answer my question. CVS Pharmacy you are better than this. Do Better!

I called, spoke with the manager Brianwho sensed my need, said he would have a tech person help me set them up, as I could not buy them if I didn't know they worked. When I git to the store, a very professional young customer service agent met me and asked if I was the one who called. She escorted me to the tech person, also Brian, who tirelessly to get my chosen aids up to speed. They are what I Needuntil more advanced ones can be purchased. Not everyone would think to go to a grocery store for a sandwich but I'm glad I did. They have a…read moredaily special where you can purchase a full sub for only $8 and change so of course that's what I got. I wanted wheat bread but they were out so I went with the regular white. No biggie. With that I got a tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and salt and pepper. Delicious and the sandwich was HUGE. MUCH better than Subway. I have to point out; when I get a sandwich I usually get green peppers but they had mixed colors for their peppers. I made a comment of how I only get the green ones but that the mixed is fine; the guy grabs a handful and this sweet man picks out just the green peppers for my sandwich. He didn't have to do that and I was so very thankful. Huge plus for just that. Shows he actually cares and I love that! Wish I got his name. But sir, if you see this, THANK YOU!! You made my day with that small gesture. I walked around the store and stumbled upon the Snyders pretzel pieces and they were on sale 2/$5. I hadn't had those in forever so of course I bought two bags. The sour cream and caramelized onion flavor.....SO GOOD!!!!!! Will 100% go back if I'm ever in the area. I need to try more subs!

They have some nice cheap single serving box wines which are nice to be able to pick up sometimes after class as well. They also have one of those movie rental boxes outside if you are into. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They need to do something about thise crazy long receipts though. The only downside to this place is they don't have lemonheads. I have to go down the street to Walgreens for my candy fix because the selection is not as good.

Exceptionally rude staff. I went to pick up a prescription which needed to be refrigerated. No one…read moretold me this consequently, the prescription sat out for a couple of days. When I asked the pharmacist about it, he said it wasn't his job to let me know that the prescription needed to be refrigerated. He said it was noted on the information. Yes if I had read the dense nine pages stapled to the bag the prescription came in, somewhere on that I would've seen that it needed to be refrigerated. When I needed to get the prescription refilled, I was told I could come in and pick it up. when I got there. It was not ready. The app showed it would be there the next day by 6 o'clock. This was confirmed by someone at the pickup desk. When I went the next day, again, it was not ready. The app now showed that the prescription had not yet been delivered to the pharmacy. Same thing happened the third day I tried to get it. I gave up and transferred my prescription to Wal-Mart. I've had several students who worked at the CVS pharmacy and told me they would never go there to get their prescriptions. As a retired healthcare professional, I can tell you this is no way to treat your clients. AVOID THEM, go somewhere else.
