Went in to buy 22 gift cards at 50$ each. Manager very rude and unfriendly. Wouldn't do them. This is typical customer service at CVS on Peachtree so I shouldn't be surprised. I don't often make my way inside the perimeter, and certainly not inside the Beltline, but this gem makes the trip worth while. CVs midtown is a true diamond in the rough. They have everything you should need from adult diapers to greeting cards. it seems like there's no limit on discounts using your sextra bucks account on your daily essentials. Travel shampoo, family planning products, and feminine hygiene are all on the discount list! Sadly they don't have alcohol but you can ask at the front and they always have great recommendations for local hot spots. Da clubs are hopping and they know what's up. The pharmacists at this location are so nice and helpful. They really go the extra mile. I can't say enough nice things about them. They usually have my medication in stock, and if not, it arrives in a reasonable amount of time, or they find another CVS that can fill that day. read more

This CVS is located just a few blocks from home so it's more than convenient when we're in a rush and need to grab something last minute or late night (usually ice cream!) The staff is always friendly and it always makes me smile how excited the girls get when I stop in with my pup! read more

So... aside from the dirty store and continuous disarray of their shelves and end caps, today I went to purchase a 10-pack of Gillette Sensor blades -- yes the twenty-year old style from back in college. $29.99! $3/blade. I left the store empty handed. Back at work, logged into Walmart.com and paid $22.95 for 2 10-packs with free shipping. My CVS rip-off days are over. This is an extremely busy CVS. Being right across from the hospital and all. Watch out for the rent-a-cop. He will go all Paul Blart on you if he catches you pulling in or out of the lot in the wrong direction. Went in with two prescriptions to have filled being out of town shopper. The very cute young lady at the pharmacy drop off was extremely helpful and updating my information in their computer system and letting me know when the prescription would be ready. The prescription was ready before 15 minutes and I was in and out of CVS faster than I have ever been. Overall wonderful experience. read more

Three stars because there are a couple of the staff there that are very friendly, and it's convenient and within walking distance....BUT...there are also a few of the staff that are just outright discourteous and ignorant. Three times I've been ripped off by this CVS, first time was only a dollar or so - they charged me for Iams pet food vs Purina; 2nd time - same thing - I called them on it....girl working the register's response, over and over again was "oh, I don't know". You don't know? That's your answer to this dilemma? "I don't know." I didn't have time to argue w/ her b/c I had to meet my petsitter. But this morning, takes the cake - I was literally robbed by an employee. I purchased some items on my way to the train station, got to work and checked my receipt b/c some of the items were for work and I wanted to get reimbursed for them. Noticed an item for $8.99. I hadn't purchased anything for that price, or that fit the description - in fact, nothing like that was in the bag. Went back to the store after work, and come to find out that it is a hair product for African-American hair. I don't have that kind of hair. The manager refunded my money, but I really don't think he understood what happened - that b**ch was ripping me off! General manager will hear about this. Read your receipts people! read more

Although l really appreciate this store and the diversity of products they carry, my review is based on safety. I went to the store yesterday evening and the pandhanlers were out in full force. There was a man asking for money or something 3-4 feet from the entrance, could not really understand what he said . He became a bit aggressive coming too close to me. I enter the store and soon after saw him inside the store. I left without purchasing the items l went there for. This is an ongoing problem with this store and area and if it continues, will find myselffirce to stop shopping at this store all together. read more

This is my main drugstore since it is very near where I live. I like this store. It's always neat and orderly, they have lots of fun things for when I am in the mood to browse for something I don't really need, they have a good-sized grocery section for quick things you might need in a pinch, and the pharmacy is very good. The people in the pharmacy, and generally in the entire store, are friendly and helpful, and are very patient with me when I use all my coupons that I got on my previous store receipt (I am a sucker for the ExtraBucks). For those driving to the CVS, they have a lower-level parking garage just behind the store (enter on 6th Street) with stairs and an elevator leading up to the store. You don't even have to go outside! Occasionally the front of the store attracts people asking for money so, if you want to just avoid this, you can sneak into the parking deck and take the stairs up (even when I walk I sometimes do this). Sometimes the lines get long to check out here but they generally move pretty quickly and, if not, they usually will open up another register very soon. read more

'I have used this particular CVS location service since I moved to the Midtown Area (March 2013 to today's date July 18 2016. All of my prescriptions are filled there. I always look at my before leaving my apartment at the corner of Juniper and Tenth. This is a high rise owned by the Atlanta Housing Authority and Managed By the Columbia Residential Properties, located at (1718 Peachtree Street, zip code 30309). I have lived at my current Midtown apartment, since March 23, 2013 to today's date: July 18, 2016. I always go directly to the pharmacy section., I go in the mornings Mornings (Monday-Friday. However, on Sunday, July 3,2016, I went up there to see if the on duty pharmacist could explain why I didn't have but three refills ready. I was surprised to see the Senior Pharmacist working: Dr. Mark Choi. (I was so tired from walking up there using my extra large Walker.. I should have ordered a Checkers Specially Equipped Van that has the seat belts in the rear of the passenger seat to lock down the Walker. But that is neither here or there, I just sat down in one of the chairs to side of the blood pressure. When line slowed for refills and new prescriptions Dr. Mark, came and sat by me, and explained why I didn't have. Atonal of 5 refill. I explained to him that I had thought Icould go back to Grady Hospital for My PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, after my primary are doctor retired, after his only partner of 35 years passed In summation,I am a 64 year old Atlanta native. (Yes,there are a few of us still hanging in here smile) CVS has always been a part of my family's life,as was their predecessor: Reed's, which was a Pharmacy that native Atlantans relied. We also had Miller's Drugstore. There. was a a lot of Walgreen's pharmacy at the east corner of Broad and Alabama. But we,couldn't even go in there before. The Atlanta Universty Sudent Sit-in Movement. I'll close by saying that that we also had Yates and Milton in several,locations and Tibbs pharmacies,which were avaiable as well as indigent Caucasians, or any of the other ethnicity. I like this location, the size is great and the floorplan is easy to navigate. the only problem is with a few of the salespeople. I've witnessed their unprofessional behavior too many times to recount and have been on the recieving end almost as many times. I often choose Walgreens just to avoid the surly staff at CVS.
