Needing to pick up a prescription from my doctor, I ended up at this Grant Park CVS. Unfortunately, I think that it'll be my last visit to this particular location due to a few reasons. This CVS offers tons of great parking as they don't share the plaza with any other businesses, which is great in my opinion. No scrambling or scuffling for spots, just park and go. Although, if I didn't see cars in the lot, I'd think that this place was abandoned or on its way out of business due to the lackluster exterior views. Beyond the CVS sign on the building, there's little to no signage on the exterior door, causing it to look like no one's home. But of course they are. I've visited this location a few times before but recently the small inner portion of the entry has almost made me turn around. It's a small little section that only includes a complimentary sanitary hand wipe station (it was empty) and a strong scent of urine. Like, it hits you right in the face. Not a great impression when you walk in. But, I kept pushing. This store seems to rely mostly on self-checkout which gets no complaints from me, I prefer it actually. Looking at the shelves, there are a number of items that seem as though they just decided to stop restocking, leaving bare spaces in some areas. Perhaps it's supply and demand, but those shelves could use a little TLC no matter what. My most recent visits were focused on the pharmacy and can I say how much of a bummer it is to not physically feel well, decide to pick up your prescription and see that all of the pharmacy team is out to lunch at once? Lol. That team works hard and deserves even longer than an hour, but I so wish it was staggered lol. I will take most of the blame because perhaps if I had called, I would have known but if you've ever had a prescription at CVS, you know that they will badger you via text until you pick up your meds so it hadn't even crossed my mind. You all told me to come! LOL. So when I returned a few days later, I timed myself to be sure that I came after the pharmacists and techs were back from their lunches so I wouldn't be struggling and leaving without my meds again. There was a little line once they opened back up, but that's to be expected. I appreciated that they had 2 chairs available in the area, but both were in the drop-off section and there were two elderly women in front of me in the pickup line that really could have used that seating near our line. Although there were 5 people in front of me, the pharmacist(s) were working at rapid speed. The young lady that helped me was so friendly and incredibly patient with an older woman in front of me who had issues with her prescription. This 3-star review doesn't reflect the customer service and professionalism received by the pharmacists, they deserve 5-stars and a longer (staggered lol) lunch! Although my entry into the building and the lack of restocking have made me move my prescriptions elsewhere, the pharmacy team themselves are A1.

This location is still so ghetto. The parking lot is always dirty. The staff tonight was not engaged. I am going out of Grant Park to get a better place. the outside sidewalk smells like human pee! and please note the trash can.

Most birthday card slots are empty and there are almost no Dad's birthday cards. Don't come here for cards

Wanted to come here to use my Starbucks and get some things. Haven't been in about a year or so…read morebecause it's not the closest to me but it's a nice size. I do like how it's right near a train station so you don't have to drive there. It's right near a food court and hotels too so very convenient. It has two levels and I was greeted and asked if I needed help by some employees which was nice. I asked where an item was and was given a decent response. Place was busy and I got what I came for. The only take away and it's not the stores fault is the people outside the store . This guy was trying to get my attention when he saw me looking around and got rude when I ignored him.

Odd may best describe this CVS location. First and foremost is that this is a two story location…read more One that allows you to enter from the street and one that will allow you to enter through the Hub. The downstairs portion is is where the pharmacy and medication is located. The upstairs portion is everything else that a CVS has to offer. Both sections have the ability to offer checkout...when that section is open. I came here on my first day to get drinks and snacks for my room. I entered through the Hub and made my way up the rickety steps. The steps that were open sometimes. See, I came back a few more time sand the steps had rope across and were barricaded. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. Forcing everyone to use the traditional registers. I wish the customer service here would have been better as well. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.

I stopped by this CVS Pharmacy (Store #3878) around 6:15 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to pick up…read morea prescription. The entire process was fast and easy. This CVS is located in the busy Midtown Place shopping center (the one with Whole Foods and Home Depot). However, it's somewhat "hidden" off to the side in its own building and has a separate, dedicated parking lot that is much less congested than the main shopping center lot. The pharmacy was experiencing a small, after-work rush of pickups, but the employees worked calmly and efficiently to keep the line moving. Our go-to is the CVS inside the Atlantic Station Target, but they were out of the particular medication needed. This CVS is located right next to the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail and across the street from Ponce City Market.

False Advertising, Zero Accountability, and Rude Service…read more If I could give CVS zero stars, I would. Their "same day" poster advertisement is a complete lie. I trusted that promise for my business needs, only to waste valuable time, money, and energy. My entire schedule was disrupted because CVS couldn't deliver on what they so boldly advertise. That inconvenience had a direct impact on my business--deadlines missed, clients waiting, and stress I didn't need. To make matters worse, when I went in on Sunday, August 31st at 11:05 a.m., the shift lead I dealt with was beyond unprofessional. Rude, dismissive, and absolutely unwilling to help--exactly the opposite of what you'd expect from someone in a leadership role. Instead of owning up to the failure or offering a solution, they made the situation worse. This was my last straw with CVS. I will never trust or use their services again. If you're thinking of relying on their so-called "same day" promises for anything important, don't. Save yourself the frustration, because CVS clearly doesn't value honesty, professionalism, or their customers' time.
