Asked pharmacist to re-ring something she just voided. She whined the entire 30 secs it took. Have encountered her before, not professional and unpleasant. i hope someone other than her reads this. read more

My prescription plan requires that I get maintenance meds filled with 90 day supplies at a CVS. For the past few months they have not been doing that and I inquired with the pharmacist as to why. Not only did she yell at me in front of people, she got very aggressive, pulled out a piece of paper with a print out, started tapping on it as if She knows better... I told her ....well if that was true then I would have enough medicine and I would not be asking for the rest of my refill. I have never been so rudely spoken to and yelled at by somebody who is supposed to be a professional. She threw her hands up and walked away. Then I went back over and asked the technicians, why did she just yell at me? Their excuse was... She's loud. She wasn't yelling. I told him I beg to differ and I just did not understand what just happened. So, thank goodness our insurance plan is allowing us to go to a different pharmacy starting January 1. Can't wait! The store itself is nice and I enjoy shopping there, but doesn't look like I'll be going back very often. Transferring everything now. read more

My goodness. In looking at past reviews, it seems that this BALLENTINE store has received a majority of NEGATIVE reviews dating back 5+ years. My (little) beef is that we arrived at the outdoor pickup pharmacy yesterday (Sunday) at about 1:22 pm. The pharmacy shuts down from 1:30 to 2 pm for lunch. When they were done by 1:26 with the car ahead of us, it was our turn at the window, but the transaction window had been shut closed. So, I went inside, got to the pharmacy cash register at 1:28 and they had closed down, too! I asked and was informed that they were closed. It was early Sunday afternoon, and the store was NOT busy. Couldn't be bothered to allow me to pick up at $7 thyroid pill prescription. That was about 90 second transaction. On a scale of 1-10, this experience was about a 3 in terms of annoyances. Now, I'm grateful for our medicines, pharmacies that are open, and the availability of medicine in the good'ole USA, etc. But, I wonder how much of a refresher course in customer support does this crew needs? What if the prescription pick-up had been urgent, and was needed immediately? Gracias. read more

I find this pharmacy to be really nice and helpful,people forget this area has grown so much,they have a lot of people because they have good prices and do get the job done within a reasonable time frame,I see a lot of people criticizing but if you drop them off or have them called in or ask they will give you a time,you can't expect them to drop everything because you walk in needing it filled then if you do you should understand why they get behind,they are trying to please you and everyone else I. Pharmacy - had an urgent need for a prescription. Doctor left a voicemail. I showed up at 8 . They could not have cared less. I had to get them to listen to it. They said it would be 30 minutes to fill. I expressed the urgency and I got a blank stare. read more

the CVS in Balentine is a busy place and so many are dependent upon their services. I have had good service generally. They do seem to have difficulty keeping pharmacy tech's. it seems to be hard work. had a boster shot for the virus yesterday. the guy must have slipped with the needle; bled down my arm; hurt unusually so too. not happy about that but have had other shots by the female pharmist there before and felt almost nothing. reminded me of the army before going overseas. read more

Forget trying to get someone to answer the phone. Unfortunately my insurance requires I use cvs or I would not.

This is meant to be drove through if an individual is not ready when getting to window or you do t have there stuff ready then tell them to drive around again i say in line with only 3 people in front of me for 20 min. I checked and signed for my medicines on the CVS app so that i wouldn't have to wait! They need to get a faster system as again it's drive through .... very annoyed! read more

This CVS is simply the WORST! I'd give it zero stars if I could. I've been a CVS customer for over 15 years and in 3 different states and have never had such deplorable service. I tried to purchase the CVS Brand of Claritin D and a few other items at 10:30am. At 11:00am I'm still waiting for them to fix the problem they created by voiding my purchases and trying to re-enter the items for purchase. At 1:30 pm, yes that's 3 hours later, they say they can't fix the problem but I can call their 800 number. WHT DIDN"T THEY CALL THE 800 NUMBER hours ago? At 1:45pm I'm leaving CVS with NOTHING but a complaint/investigation case number and my husband on hold for the regional director of CVS. As you know, you have to provide a driver's license to purchase Pseudoephedrine products and the government limits you to one purchase for month. By voiding my initial purchase they voided my ability to purchase the allergy medication for a month. To make matters worse they asked to use my husband's drivers license, had trouble ringing up purchases, voided transaction, tried to re-enter and couldn't make the transaction work. Now both our abilities to purchase allergy medication have been used and we still have NOTHING to show for 3 hours of effort. (I have 6 fur-babies and need allergy medication daily.) To add insult to injury, and hours of wasted time, the store manager was irritated at us, rolling her eyes, and repeatedly saying "there's nothing I can do"and suggesting we get a neighbor to purchase the Claritin D for us. The 800 people said they'd work on voiding the transactions so I "MIGHT" be able to purchase the medication this evening but at another CVS. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!!! So I suggest that anyone who reads this get their prescriptions filled elsewhere unless they are up for hours of aggravation and no service. We are transferring all our prescriptions to another pharmacy and cancelling our CarePass. read more

This is for the Pharmacy only. Terrible customer service. Getting prescriptions filled here feels like it takes an act of Congress and we know how they are these days. I am not sure the reason why this place has fallen so badly. Could it be CVS seems to have a monopoly of insured patient prescriptions? Seems the store and staff is undervalued, understaffed and quite frankly not happy people. If I could change my meds to somewhere else without having to pay more, I would've left years ago. read more

This really is the slowest pharmacy. There is always a long, LONG wait and the people are not personable at all. Whether you go through the drive through or inside, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. I'm very disappointed in this pharmacy and never leave reviews but this is absurd and has been happening for a year now. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if possible when referring to the pharmacy. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Hot garbage. I showed up 9:02 w the staff still in pharmacy but had just closed cage. Guy says they are closed and walks away in the middle of me asking if I could just pay for what they filled and messaged me about. Thanks for your stellar customer service buddy. All I wanted to do was to pay for my prescription that you already filled. I'm switching to another location. Guy was flat out rude--Look guys, I see plenty of CVS locations close because of people deciding to go elsewhere. If you screw up a basic skill like customer service I don't trust you to fill meds anyways. Whoever runs this place needs to retrain its pharmacy staff in customer service. read more

Pharmacy takes RX on a Saturday -- says they will have it filled by Tues. I call on wed haven't heard anything from them so I call...they tell me they don't have the RX. I say, my husband dropped it off...they say I'm sorry we don't do that. I then give them the description of who he gave it to..and they concede they have it BUT said that the RX is wrong and can't fill it, need to reach Doctor. Never occurred to them to actually call me and let me know, they just sit on it and lie. read more

Used the minute clinic for the first time today. Cathy was amazing and I was in and out with a prescription for an ear infection within 30 minutes. I would definitely use this service again. read more

Love the store hate the pharmacy. I have used the minute clinic a couple times. I like how you can sign in and leave and come back when they text you that they are close to ready in seeing you. Pharmacy staff for the most part is rude and don't acknowledge their customers while standing at the counter. A simple we will be right with you would suffice, but you don't even get that. I have since switched to the Walgreen pharmacy since they seem more people friendly read more

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Also, the lady at the drop off has zero personality. I hate coming here but it is the closest pharmacy.

The pharmacy is very difficult to deal with. There are one or two staff members that are friendly, the others come across as overwhelmed by their work or just plain rude.attempting to reach the pharmacy by phone is nearly impossible. My latest attempt resulted in a 14 minute hold (I could have driven there and asked my question) after three consecutive attempts to call and busy signals. The store side is nice enough, usually nice holiday themed items, but the pharmacy is the purpose of my visits. I foresee a change in pharmacies ahead for my household. read more
