That was our own fault as we took way too long deciding what to order. When our food arrived, I immediately dug into the well constructed burger. I could barely open my mouth wide enough. And the taste? Very tasty. My wife enjoyed her patty melt--a burger on marbled rye with cheese and cooked onions that holds up surprisingly well! My onion straws were crunchy and sweet. The food was often cold , didn't taste right and my order was incorrect. This started Mid October 2025 and my last visit was January 2026. At first I thought it was the new staff getting used to the restaurant but when the issues continued and I saw no improvement I decided to mark this location off my list and avoid it altogether. There is no quality control at this location so my recommendation is to avoid this location and try a different one. I have never had an issue with the Lexington or Newberry stores.
