And the taste? Very tasty. My wife enjoyed her patty melt--a burger on marbled rye with cheese and cooked onions that holds up surprisingly well! My onion straws were crunchy and sweet. At first I thought it was the new staff getting used to the restaurant but when the issues continued and I saw no improvement I decided to mark this location off my list and avoid it altogether. There is no quality control at this location so my recommendation is to avoid this location and try a different one. I have never had an issue with the Lexington or Newberry stores.
