Lots of parking, free grocery carts, food & produce are always fresh! Large aisles, clean and I never have to ask nor search around the store. I always go in the morning while others are at work, so peaceful and people not running all over me. Ive never had any issues with customer service. Yes, you may have to wait a few minutes to check out. Yes, you just may have to check your self out. And YES, Walmart is worse with wait times and rude employees daily thru out the entire store. I have reported the deli, vision, and the auto dept for nonsense. I go in Walmart for a last ditch only. I decided to decrease my stress dealing with Walmart, by patronizing other grocery stores for a better experience. So yeah I will continue to shop here and save a few coins. I appreciate Lidl coming to Lexington. Keep up the good work!

The produce is decent, the meat department often has deals, and the selection for everything else (shelf stable, frozen, alcohol) is huge. Better quality and prices than competitors, tbh. Besides, it's a union shop and the workers are friendly and seem genuinely happy to work here. I like that you get points towards fuel prices. I save a lot on gas with the monthly discount since gas prices keep rising. Plus there's often cool extras out front, like grilled ribs on game day or Girl Scout cookies. The only drawbacks are that it can take a while to process returns and they don't have all the recycling bins for bags and things that others have.

I had stop because I saw that she was with kids and assumed that she was maybe helping them but their father was right there she was just holding a conversation with them while there was a line. So I said hey excuse me and she looked at me land ignored me and then went back to her conversation. Once finished someone else said excuse me and she went to helped them promptly. I won't go on and say that it was the color of my skin ( at least I don't want to) however, she made it very obvious given the situation. I gave a 2 star because the other person at check out was cool and saved the day. Besides my in store experience. They are never really stocked as well
