If you can get your medical/prescription needs met elsewhere, even if you need to go outside of town...I recommend it. A $3.99 travel size sunscreen on the website was $5.19 at the store. And they wonder why people are buying stuff online.... Also, they need to label their aisles better. I was looking for the travel size section and had to walk around whole place to find it since there were no employees around for me to ask. There's plenty of parking and both the store and parking lot are well lit.

They have a large selection of makeup and when they first opened the manager said that they have salon chairs because they would be doing makeup demos and such. I've never seen that happen. So, the beauty area is well stocked but there's never any demos going on. The rest of the store is ok, a little less of the every day stuff than other CVS stores, but at least it's clean and neat. They don't have enough people working here. They usually have one person taking care of the front end, and that person is also responsible for stock. Most people wind up using one of the two self-checkouts. Stock is iffy. They sell out of the sale items right away (if they ever had them at all) and there's very little in the refrigerated cases. Not sure why they don't get enough stock. This is in the plaza on Goldsborough near Lidl. Since there's no traffic light on Goldsborough and Chosin Few way, you have to be extra careful driving to this place.

They also offer electronics, car accessories and many other things. My tip is for you to check their website for in-store items and once you get there you know what aisle to go to. (Costco should learn this from Walmart!) Furthermore, there's always plenty of free parking. What could be improved? Well, first of all 4 out of 5 shopping carts have some type of problem. Either their wheels are stuck or another similar issue. (Now Walmart should learn from Costco's smooth carts!) Also, they no longer offer self checkouts, so those old self check out machines became 15 items or less cashiers. But with 4 machines being reserved (aka"wasted" ) for Walmart plus members (you rarely see one) the lines are each time longer.

I had a 4:30 PM appointment yesterday for a covid test. Took the test, handed it in, was told it…read morewould be two hours for the rapid NAAT test. No problem. Three hours go by, four hours, still no results. I call and get put into automated hell where it's not giving me the options that I need. I get someone who tells me I have to call the main number once again and ask for the pharmacy. I do, but it transfers me to some national line and after a long wait I get told I have to call the local Walgreen's again. I did! Their system transferred me out. I finally, after three tries, get through to a pharmacist at this location. She says they'll print it out for me and I can pick it up in the morning, but then said I should send someone else because I'm positive. WTF? I repeated the test at another pharmacy (not Walgreens), got my results in an hour, and I am negative. I have no idea what the heck is going on with this location but I won't be back.
