Upon entry, I noticed that there was a UPS store inside as well as a pharmacy. It turns out that both are run by the store owners here. When requesting a print at the pharmacy, I was directed to use the UPS printer. The posted print rates showed that a black-and-white print was only $0.25. So no biggie. The person at the UPS section told me to email the document to an email address then they would print it. That went smoothly. However, when I went to pay at the Pharmacy, I was told the cost would be $2.41. They charged an additional $2 for "using the computer" even though I never touched a computer! Although it wasn't a huge charge, I refused to pay for something I did not use. The pharmacy owner told me that UPS forces them to use the computer option for security purposes and every UPS store does the same. I respectfully disagreed. I know for a fact that other official UPS shops allow you to print via options like USB and flash drive. After a passive-aggressive exchange, the pharmacy owner agreed to charge $0.30. Overall, I understand why businesses would want to get a few extra dollars out of every transaction, but I think this tactic of abusing the print charges is wrong. Otherwise, the person at the UPS store seemed nice and the owner did the right thing in the end. And note, I am sure this isn't an official UPS store - it is surely an authorized dealer because no one wearing a UPS uniform. So, dont expect much customer service if you need package delivery services A 3-star rating fits this spot.

During that time, I noticed that although there is a sign stating that tobacco use is prohibited, an employee has repeatedly appeared to vape inside or immediately outside the store. I have also felt uncomfortable during my visits because this employee seems to closely watch customers and frequently looks people up and down as they enter. While I understand that employees may monitor activity in the store, these interactions have left me feeling uneasy and reluctant to return. I called the pharmacy to ask for the employee's name and was told it was "Ali." When my boyfriend later called, he was told the employee's name was "Haas" and that he was one of the owners. The inconsistent information added to my discomfort and uncertainty about the situation. I am sharing this feedback because I hope management will address these concerns and help ensure customers feel welcome and comfortable when visiting the store.

This is my first experience at Norman's. I recently moved to JC and have been looking for a pharmacy with vysanse. It's been hard to get my scripts filled lately. I called Normans and they luckily had stock. I walked over, dropped off my script and after 20 minutes of waiting the male pharmacist asked "Is this you? Where do you live?" and began to quiz me on my identity. I've recently moved twice in two years and my ID address did not match the one on my prescription. He gave me a lot of grief about it and then told me to "take it back to your old pharmacy" and began to shoo me away... If the owner had said that it's policy, that they could not fill the prescription because of the mis-aligned addresses, then I would have understood even tho I have not had an issue in the last two years. Instead it felt targeted, like he suspected I was doing something bad?? I felt very shaken up from the experience because of his demeaning tone and what felt like an interrogation.. As a service provider, I really depended on them to help fill my script because it's so hard to find vysanse stock these days. I am disappointed and looks like I won't be doing business there.

It's convenient for me because my doctor can just send along my prescription electronically. Some tips though: 1. Call before you pick up. 2. Try not to catch them right at opening hours, especially if the weather is bad. They keep your info on record, and it's nice not having to repeat yourself or repeat processes if you have regular meds you need to keep picking up. They should probably boost their Yelp presence though, and fill out their business information so people know what to expect when/if they come.

I had to buy my Adderall out of pocket and instead of charging me the Good RX price, the guy who is a pharmacist charged me $40. You get no points for being loyal to this company. In the end, even if you've done business with them for years, they will slam you with the highest price for meds if you're not covered. When you arrive at the building, It is truly unique in that you have to walk through a liquor store to get to the pharmacy. The Walgreen's down the street seem to handle prescriptions more efficiently.

Costco has everything you could possibly want and need. I know that they tend to change things…read morearound, and I got used to the self service being in a different place, but I think that they run the lines smoothly, especially when they are long. I have always found the sales people there to be helpful. I have never had to use the gas station or the AR but the fact that they are right there and air is free. The store is immaculate and so are the restrooms. The variety and selection of meats and produce is exceptional and their bakery has never let me down once. One product I am going to talk about and anybody who buys it will probably agree with me because I know a lot of people who do they have the absolute best paper towels, Kirkland paper towels, better than bounty or any other brand ,you can reuse them. They don't fall apart and they last a really really long time. Not so much for their toilet paper that's one disappointment but I am always finding new products to try and I have my staples there that I go for on a regular basis. Can't find anything wrong with this store. I don't even mind paying the annual membership. It is well worth it. I end up getting certificates for Credit that I use and that makes up for it.
