They took six days to fill an antibiotic prescription allowing my infection to flare. Communication was almost non-existent. The scrip was sent Friday, no call to confirm. Monday I called, they couldn't find it. (They later did.) Tuesday I called and was told they didn't have the drug to fill it. I was also told to call the Doc because instructions were missing. I did. Wednesday I called, it was promised that evening or the next day by 3:00 PM, IF I confirmed in writing that I wanted it. I did. Thursday my husband called at 3, it wasn't ready. He drove there anyway and the Pharmacist claimed "computer problems." Too many days, too many excuses, compromising the health of customers.

From the start these guys have been super helpful and friendly! Most recently, I stopped in to drop off a new paper prescription, expecting to wait or be told to come back. When the pharmacist heard me say I wanted to check to see if I needed a new discount card, he stopped what he was doing and came over to run the script through to check for me! It was indeed expired, so he looked up a new one for me on the spot! I then figured id need to come back to pick it up but he said he'd fill it now! Unfortunately he realized it was something they needed to order, but their orders always arrive next day! I continue to be impressed by their level of customer service! The place itself isnt super big, but there are several chairs if you need to wait, along with a small selection of items youd find at a pharmacy for purchase. There is even a greeting card section!

As if my time was not as valuable. Then he hung up on me! Today my husband talked to another pharmacist and he informed my husband that I was violent on the phone and threatening. Anyone that knows me knows that I am not a violent person. Once he put it in the computer that I was violent I was banned from getting my prescriptions there! I have had nothing but problems from them. Most recently, CVS made a HUGE mistake with my sons medicines. There was an order for a medicine increase, but when i called several times, i was told the doctor never sent an order over. I watched my sons doctor personally send an order over via email as well as talk to someone. the doctor assured me that my 45 minute drive home would give CVS enough time to get the order filled. However that was not the case. When i got there, i was informed that there was no order and that i would have to call the doctor. I did, right in the drive through, only for them to close their window on me, and it was not even closing time. I got mad and i left. I called the insurance company the next morning, to see if they could help with this mater. took an hour but I was informed by the insurance company, there had been an order for the medicine as well as an increase from the month prior, that had been sittin in the voice mail, unchecked, as well as their email, also unchecked. this is a big mistake as for the lack of medicine that my son need to have, my son went through a manic spell. Now CVS is still filling automatic refills, after i was informed they would stop. They have medicine my son needs, to prevent him from going manic, and refuse to give me what there is, because i have switched and told me the docotr just called it in the night before. I know this to be untrue, due to i just updated records with the doctor 3 days in a row just to make sure this would not happen. CVS is by for the worst, most incompentent pharmacy and the entire staff as well. Blaming a customer for their lack of accountability, and their lack of concern. I am glad i switched pharmacies and will NEVER return, not even for a quick stop. Worst customer service from the Pharmacy, and the store.

The brand was Golden a high quality scooter. Especially known for their comfort. We have a van fitted with a lift.
