CVS is the worst. You go there and they repeatedly tell you they don't have your prescription which your doctor sent in. Then when you try to call them about it they deliberately route your call to a phone system where you cannot speak to a live person. If you have an urgent prescription issue they don't give a #$%! I cannot stand this pharmacy and will be switching asap. Do not use unless you like wasting a lot of time and being stressed. read more

this place is horrible. I recommend using any other pharmacy if you can. they don't fill the scripts in a timely manner and they don't answer the phones, it's an actual policy that they will not answer their phones. i've been going to this pharmacy for two years and I am currently searching for a new one. all two years have been the same, I doubt it will ever get better. read more

The worst. Asked for two immunizations, had to borrow a car to get there only to be told: yea, we ran out of that. Literally made the appointment a week ahead. DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE PUTTING IN YOUR ARM??? If they would have called and said "we don't have it today" it would have been ok. But they didn't. As far as pharmacies go I have literally nothing to complain about. I can't give it full stars because I've never had a prescription filled. It's clean, the staff are friendly, they have stuff in stock. Basically all you need out of a CVS. read more

Horrible pharmacy. Techs are snarky and rude and prescriptions are never on time. Recently I called in a prescription refill to be picked up next day. I finally made it in 3 days later and amidst the sea of "waiting" customers in front of the counter I was told they hadn't hadn't had time to fill my script..... In. Three. Days. I asked the tech if she could transfer my script to another store for me and she said "sorry we're too busy." Listen, I'm not unreasonable.... I was a pharmacy tech myself when I was in college and I understand how demanding and crazy it can be when it gets busy, but to be rude on top of it---- no thanks. Last straw. read more

I actually hate this place. The people who work here do not know what is happening and they do not care at all about whatever the heck you're trying to do here. I am a huge cvs fan but this location makes me want to die. They never have anything you actually need just random ass stuff. The employees will yell at you if you ever ask for anything. There is seriously something horribly wrong with the management of this establishment. Going in here is painful. There is always someone fighting or yelling about nonsense. When you finally find whatever you're trying to buy you have to wait 15 minutes in line to check out or take 20 minutes to use one of the self checkout machine. Do not even try to pick up a prescription from here like do not do it ever. Go to bethlehem pharmacy instead (I pick up medicine multiple times a week and HAD to switch). read more

BAD SERVICE!!! I will never go here again. I will use Rite Aid from now on. If you want your prescription DON'T expect a call or message if they are out of stock. At first they told me I never dropped the RX off. Now I know I did. One hour ago! I asked for manger, I got pharmacist that said you got a call and they left a voice mail. THEY LIE!!!!
