"Time to reorder" comes the almost daily email nag. Fantastic. Only when you reorder, the automatic reply is set to "contact your physician" even though there are multiple refillss left on the script. Yeah, most of the time they resolve the inconsistency over the phone but when I ask why this always happens, I usually get the wholly unsatisfactory and vacant, "I dunno, it must be the system." Not that their brick and mortar pharmacies are any better (home of the $20 box of Raisin Bran) but as the largest drug dispensary worldwide, with aspirations of growing larger by multiples of 10x, I shudder to think what their race to the bottom will look like in say, 2034. Thanks CVS Caremark, you're a national treasure. One incompetent star.

They had a good selection of the items I was looking for, I got in the self checkout lane, used my coupons and off I went.... The company is headquarted in Rhode Island, with their main corporate offices about halfway between my condo and this particular store. Consumer Value Stores (CVS) was founded in 1963 and began as a chain of health and beauty aid stores, but within several years, pharmacies were added. In December 2017, CVS agreed to acquire Aetna for $69 billion and completed the acquisition in November 2018. Their weekly coupons are a good marketing strategy to get people into their stores on a frequent basis...and now, their long long long long paper receipts are just one of the options at checkout. You can now opt for an email receipt and that is a great way to save some trees !!!!

I used to get coupons between 25-40% coupons monthly to my email address. This stopped. The only time I get a coupon for an order (not a specific item), is when I shop at CVS and I get it on my receipt which I have to then use within a few days. My issue is why do I have to use it so quickly when I was just there? You want me to come back in 3 days to get something else and continue that process? Most businesses get customers in their stores by sending them coupons so then the customer visits, not the other way around and CVS does not seem to understand this. They offer the same products that other pharmacies do, just more expensive which is why I looked forward to those coupons. Tiara, the person who was messaging me, told me that she added a $4 cvs bucks coupon to my card. NOT TRUE. I took the time to go to my local CVS, went to the register, and there was nothing. Nothing angers me more than being lied to. I immediately sent "Tiara" an email and there has been zero response so far. I sent her a follow up and nothing. Is this how your company does business? Just provides lies? I do not plan to ever return to CVS. There is no reason to and if you're going to argue and lie over some coupons, I will take my business to Target (which is where I ended up going when I left CVS yesterday).

They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
