Personally, I find the CVS chain revolting and do everything I can to stay away! Staff is typically lacking in number, and those there have a poor attitude. Prices are through the roof on practically everything in the store, yet there's always a line at the register! I've spoken with others who think CVS is great! I normally dread taking these types of photos but Lulu was so kind and friendly. She made sure that the photos met all the requirements for the passport and put me at ease. Filthy! I refuse to be vaccinated at this location. When one thinks of a Pharmacy, one thinks of something clean and free of germs as possible. This location is the complete antithesis! This is the closest CVS pharmacy to my home. Since my insurance company owns this pharmacy, it is in my best interest to get my prescriptions filled at a CVS. This said, this is my pharmacy. Over the past decade I've seen it go from "pretty good" to "not very good." Generally the pharmacists are professional. Eddie and a few others are OUTSTANDING. However, the filth is overwhelming. First let me say I went to this CVS for the purpose of seeing the Nurse Practitioner. NP: Professional in every manner Asked all the proper questions, explained her processess And answered all my questions. I was please with her bedside manner and medical knowledge. 5 stars!! Now for CVS ... within the store: Staff throwing merchandise cases all over the place Isles were blocked No greeting upon entering the store Now for the really ugly: the bathroom! I had to drop (urine sample) for my medical visit CVS... if you are going to provide medical services to your customers/patients you need to clean up your restrooms. This is unacceptable (I can't I imagine department of health allows such!). The floors had ants, the toilet had splatters all over, the sink was not cleaned in .... what appeared to be months. The door ... I think it was the color of white at one point ( now terribly dirty black//gray in color). This is where yousend your patients and or customers ??? Shame on you! Walmart's bathroom arre % much cleaner and see a lot more customers! What are you thinking? OSHA, and Florida Department of Health take note! I think a visit needs to happen sooner than later! CVS decided to stop allowing customers to speak to the pharmacy by phone. They force you to leave a message (while lying that it's to improve customer service). My dr called in 4 prescriptions, 3 which insurance covers and 1 I pay out of pocket for. I was notified that 3 Rx are ready and the 4th is pending "prior authorization". I have no way to tell them to fill the 4th. Left a message and got no return call. Looks like I have to go to the store to pick up the three then either wait for them to fill the 4th or go back for it. This is abysmal customer service. I'm going to transfer my meds to Publix (where they answer the phone) and make the usual ancillary purchases while I'm there. read more

MinuteClinic: Tried to make an appointment online, but their site was not working, so I called ahead Store manager said for me to come as soon as possible because there was no wait I explained we live 40 minutes away and will come as long as we will definitely be seen because all the MinuteClinics closer to home were either not available or had much longer waits He said to come as soon we could We get there for my 8 year old to be seen and the nurse comes out and says she won't be seeing us today because she is seeing someone I explain it's 4pm, we called ahead, and we drove 40 minutes and closing isn't until 4:30 She said she won't be seeing us today and she will schedule us for tomorrow because her current appointment won't finish until they close I explain that the manager told us to come and she says again that she won't be seeing us We go to pick up a couple items and within 5 minutes her door opens because her appointment ended (It's now 4:05) so I ask her if she can please see my son since there's almost a half hour until closing and it's just for a cold She says she needs 20 minutes with him so she can't see him, and I explain that we have almost a half hour and ask if she can please seek him since it's just for a cold It also shows on a screen if there are no-shows and how long the wait is and the screen said the next appointment didn't show, so I ask if we can be seen since there was a no-show She simply says "No" and that I "should have gotten there sooner." Cold, uncaring, unprofessional, and a total lack of empathy for an 8 year old, as well other people's time - exactly the opposite of what anyone wants in any kind of health care provider Strongly do not recommend read more

This CVS has a very knowledgeable staff in the pharmacy. I have a hot mess of copay cards for my prescriptions and it is always a smooth and painless process at this location. I also work in the pharmaceutical biz with copay cards and have dealt with chaos, mayhem and uncooperative staff at other locations... but never here. For that, I am super thankful. I agree with other reviews in that the staff here make this location more of a neighborhood staple vs. a corporate chain. read more

Stay away. I have been going to this store for prescriptions for 5 years. The service has deteriorated markedly. Yesterday was the final straw. They could not fill a prescription for amoxicillin. In addition, they wouldn't give me my hardcopy of the prescription so I could fill it somewhere else. I believe that is my property but the pharmacist on duty in the evening claims the stack of prescriptions were too high and he couldn't look through it. And really, no amoxicillin? read more

My local CVS is a great pharmacy to do business with. The night manager is a wonderful man who goes out of his way to help the customers. The same is true for most of the staff at this CVS. The pharmacy staff is friendly and very helpful as opposed to many drugstores that I have been unfortunate enough to have dealt with in the past. At this CVS, the pharmacy employees always greet me with a smile and a hello. It is so comforting to know that this is the attitude of these nice people. The store is kept very clean and well-organized.There is always someone around to ask where a particular item is kept. They are also helpful with sale items. They are well informed as to where they are and are very flexible with the coupons. I love this store. I've been dealing with payments that were made by my insurance and these company is charging me twice. It has been 3 months dealing with the same issue, spoke to Marcela at customer service in April. She asked me to call the insurance and find out what had happened.... that's not my job to do but still I did it and send her proof of payments made by email, and of course remember every time you call the customer service line is about waiting 46min- 58min for someone to assist you. It was supposed to be resolve back in May 4 and now is June and I just received letters from a COLLECTION! company, charging me the same amounts that were cleared already. Really?!! From the moment I called, I was never treated so nasty by a pharmacist in my life. It began with short, curt answers. I wanted to have all of my prescriptions transferred to her store from the one inside Target on 441. I needed my medication that was filled there, but was unable to drive and said delivery was impossible and I was left to suffer. She could have done so much more. This CVS is five minutes from my home. It's open 24 hours, seven days a week. The pharmacy is also open 24 hours, seven days a week. Most of the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I can usually find items I'm looking for, and they keep the shelves well stocked. I like that they have a Minute Clinic. When my husband was walking our dog he thought something flew in his ear. The idea that a bug might be in his ear was driving him crazy. It was on the weekend so he couldn't see his regular doctor. He didn't want to go to the emergency room. Fortunately Minute Clinic has weekend hours. He went there and was seen right away. The nurse looked in his ear and said there was nothing in it. They took his health insurance, so he only paid the deductible. It was so convenient. Minute Clinic also gives vaccinations. Another plus is that they have plenty of free parking. read more

As for the Minute Clinic in this store, the electronic check-in procedure was a bit overly lengthy, and it was about a 15 minute wait, but the practitioner was very friendly and I was finished within 5 minutes. Do not use if your medication is critical to your health - your refills will not be timely and there will be no way to get the pharmacist's attention. The pharmacy staff is not willing or able to assist customers and do their jobs. It took three weeks to get a prescription filled and that's with me calling four times to make sure the prescription was being worked on. Two out of the four times the pharmacist who answered told me things about the progress that turned out not to be true on the following call. No consideration to the fact that because of their mismanagement I was running out of medication which is not to be stopped cold turkey. No customer care at all. read more

The daytime pharmacy staff members are rude and condescending. I had a coupon with small print that said ask your pharmacist for details. She refused to explain what those details may entail. I was also quote 15-60 minutes to fill a prescription. I came back 3 hours later and they still hadn't even looked at it yet. If you go there for prescriptions I suggest going late at night, those people seem much more tolerant and efficient. read more
