For instance, if I don't have anymore refills they will call and request refills from my Dr's. office, if the price is not coming up correctly they trouble shoot and help to correct the problem. They notify me when my RX's are ready, when I might need a refill, or if I haven't picked them up yet. I can ask the pharmacists questions and they are always helpful. I know they are always busy, but it does not go unnoticed at how amazing they are about customer service. It's the little things that mean the most and I appreciate my pharmacy and the awesome job their team does everyday. Does that mean they have every medication every time I need it? No, that's beyond their control. I can say that they usually have what I need. The staff is dependable and I recommend them.

The pharmacists here, Jane, filled a prescription and did NOT follow the Doctor's prescribing instructions and wrote the WRONG instructions on the prescription. The prescription was a topical ointment and pharmacist Jane and pharmacy Tech MAry had written up the prescription to INSERT the medication into an ORIFICE!! ON ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION, which was brand new (not a refill) The Tech who rang up the prescription FAILED to READ the insert that stated CONSULTATION REQUIRED - and handed me the prescription after I paid. aFter I left I opened the package and the insert said CONSULTAITON REQUIRED! But the pharmacy Tech FAILED to READ and did not offer the REQUIRED consultation. The Costco pharmacy procedure is for certain DEA required meds and all NEW first time medication PHARMACIST Consultations are REQUIRED. All the TECh has to do Is READ the BOLD print on the insert before placing it in the bag and stapling. So rather than TRAIN her pharmacists and technicians EMily the pharmacy manager places a time wasting NOTE in my file that states CONSULTATION REQUIRED FOR ALL PRESCRIPTIONS - I'd call that behavior of hers VINDITIVE, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND INCOMPETENT in the least. MAnager EMily also made an EXCUSE for her pharmacist Jane and Pharmacy Tech Mary that the medicaitn that was supposed to be topical -- Emily said "well we usually have it applied into an orifce so that is what my staff Mary (tech) and Jane (pharmacists) wrote up!" Can you believe that? i guess they give out PharmD degrees to any ding dong. The good pharmacist left this location to go to the north west location. I have never been met with anything but professionalism, consistency, and accuracy. Their prices rival any other pharmacy out there. However, the staff is what makes this place tick. Has a gas station on the outside and then inside it has a Starbucks, a floral department, a fresh produce market department, beauty and wellness department, home and garden department, a pharmacy, frozen food department, etc. the list literally goes on. I was here earlier this week and it was post Mother's Day. The entire store was full of the Mother's Day balloons and flowers you can smell throughout the store--that were 75% off the flowers and they were giving away free post Mother's Day balloons. I grabbed a cup of Starbucks tea and did my grocery shopping in this ginormous store. The service was pretty nonexistent so it felt like everything was self serve. There were team members restocking and I passed by a new robot clerk--I thought that was pretty different lol. It was a quiet morning in there. I'm sure though afternoons and weekends probably get crazy. I like the fact that there is a sitdown area where you can grab food and enjoy it inside the store and or Starbucks. The bathrooms are found on both ends of the store. Overall, outstanding place to come shopping-- literally one stop shop if you're looking for toiletries, pots and pans or home and gardening tools or patio furniture this place has that too:)
