Horrible customer service. I called ahead because I have kids that require me to take them out of car seats so I called and specifically asked if they were selling stamps...the lady said yes they were. I arrived there within five minutes of calling them and I got there and she said that they don't have any. I stated that I just got off the phone with her and she told me she did sell them and the whole reason why I called ahead of time so I didn't have to deal with taking the kids out of the car seat.... So frustrating that she couldn't have taken the time to put me on hold for two seconds to ensure she was giving accurate information. read more

Super fast RX fill this am! received a text alert it was ready, went to counter and registered on their tablet, also picked up another family members RX, within seconds a friendly pharmacist greeted me and also offered to ring up my non pharmacy items. A++ read more

Pharmacy staff was very unfriendly almost rude. The text I got said my script was ready but when I got there, they said it wasn't ready because it wasn't approved by my insurance. I pay in cash anyway. If it wasn't so far away, I would drive to another one rather than use this one read more

I just left this particular CVS and was very surprised that the immature younger woman working next to the girl at the cash register at the front of the store. I believe her hair was colored a purple or red color. She was standing around not really checking anybody out. I'm not sure exactly what she does there. I could hear her talking about people who do not wear masks and stating very rude comments. Before I went up to the cash register I heard her say to the girl Kristen whom was working, "I that she is going to say she has a medical issue is why she can't wear a mask and I won't believe it." 1. I cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons. When I approached the counter the rude girl asked me if I had a mask. I told her I cannot wear one and that is why I decided to go shopping when there was hardly any customers in the store. I try to social distance. I forgot one thing so I went back to get it and as I started approaching the counter again the rude girl continued to discuss how she thought that most customers who told her she they had a medical issue were lying. 2. Not all medical issues that require a mask are visible. In fact most are invisible because they are internal such as lung issues, sinus issues and even anxiety. 3. It's not up to her to judge the customers and it's absolutely not professional for her to talk negativity about paying customers in a negative way. I have spent quite a bit of money at CVS and have always been treated kindly by everyone. 4. I have a doctor's note stating I cannot wear a mask. This young woman needs to learn how to properly interact with customers and to be caring to others. CVS of all places should be better trained on how to interact with those who have health issues. I will NOT be back and I do not recommend shopping at CVS any longer. read more

The CVS store reps in this location are always attentive, sweet, helpful and accommodating. Many times in the evening it's younger kids and I have noticed they always seem to be hard workers (sweeping, stocking shelves, etc. when it's slower). This cvs is kept immaculate. The pharmacy gets the job done. It's better than other CVS locations in the area and I switched here about two years ago and have been pretty happy with it. read more

Totally agree with poster Julia N. My Rx was filled at 12:04p. I went in at 2:15p to pick up, and they couldn't find it. This is despite, that in the system, the cashier confirmed, yes, we have one filled Rx for you. She looked in the 'awaiting pick-up' bins; couldn't find it. Checked the 'waiting to be filed' bins, couldn't find it. Approached the Pharmacist for help. She re-traced cashier's movements, and she could not find. Cashier came back to counter to tell me it would be a 5-10 min. wait while the re-filled. All of a sudden, yet another gal comes from the storage (of all RX) that she found it. What the heck was it doing back there vs. being filed appropriately? I replied, oh good, now I don't have to wait. She punched in something in the register, and whipped the Rx bad toward me at the counter and in a snippy voice said have a good day. I replied you too. I then asked to see the store mgr., who was very polite, and we discussed the issue. She asked who the employee was, and I said I don't know by name, but I can point her out. Before we got to the Pharmacy, this gal comes out towards us explaining her side of the story. After she was done, I turned to the store Mgr., and said, jeez, she's still got attitude. This gal went on to say everyone heard you, so my side of the story is substantiated. I replied, there's two sides to every story, and recommended to the store manager that she review the video, especially at the end when she whipped the Rx bag to me. I also mentioned everyone has bad days, but they shouldn't take it out on customers that are anticipating better service. Obviously this store cannot provide that, let alone a thank you for shopping here. I left the store. I can now understand and agree that employees at this particular CVS have bad attitudes. Pharmacy was supposed to open at 9 a.m. today on 7/13 but according to associates at the front of the store, the "pharmacist is running late". Didn't realize that we are allowed to be late for our medical professional jobs with no backup. Who knows when the pharmacist will decide to show up. Pharmacy doors are completely closed? On a Saturday? I work night shift at a hospital and made a special trip here to pick up my script. Very disappointing. read more

I'm visiting here and had my doctor call in a prescription that is time sensitive. It sat over there "in process" for 2 days. I called them, sat on hold for 30 minutes the hung up. I called another CVS my mom goes to so I could transfer it, which I could not because it was in process. That CVS called this one and no one answered. I just called back and someone answered. I said I had a time sensitive medication that had been sitting over there for two days, unfilled. No apology or anything. She said it'd be ready today, so I went to get it. They couldn't find it, so I waited about 10 minutes until they found it. Who is managing this location? They need to get organized read more

I had a medication that was time sensitive. I called several times and no answer, so I went in to check on my medication. A lady named Annabelle went to the front and she just seemed very frustrated which is fine because it was Friday and I understand. But she made me feel very upset due to her tone, she made me feel small over something to do with the insurance which after calling my insurance was resolved. My experience with her was very unpleasant and I'm not sure I'd recommend going as long as they allow attitudes like that. read more

This pharmacy sucks! Seriously, move all of your scripts to another CVS location. They don't answer the phone, and if they do it's after 30-45 mins on hold and then they'll hang up on you. Something is wrong with this pharmacy and they don't care! The drive through is even worse--15+ min per car in line. Think you'll be faster going inside? Forget it! They triage and you'll be even longer waiting in the store. 4 people stand around and won't help each other, talk to each other or coordinate to be more efficient. I switched to another CVS out of my way where the service is normal, they answer phones, and treat you courteously. I had enough of this place it was so bad! I've never experienced horrible service at a pharmacy like this location.. read more

The pharmacy looks like they finally have more staff! friendly staff and clean location.

I put a prescription order in and got a response that it would be ready after 11am the next morning. I went at 1pm the next afternoon and the technician said he would work on it now, and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I couldn't wait, so I told them I'd return later. I went to the drive thru at 5pm, and the female technician said the item was out of stock and I had to wait two days. I explained that it was seizure medication for my son, and that the other tech had said it would be ready in 10 minutes, at 1pm. She rudely said, "Well I don't know who told you that, but we don't have it in stock". I told her that I could come in there and show you who told me that, but I wanted to avoid an incident that would require law enforcement to intervene. I told her to transfer the prescription to the CVS at Lakewood Ranch Blvd and 64. That location has never failed me, and they came through for me again. Moral of this story: give your business to the store at Route 64, not this location, at Route 70!! read more
