Due to COVID I was working remotely so the CVS near my office was out of the way. At first they were great, very friendly and filled my prescription quickly. Lately however that has not been my experience. The last two times I went for a refill my prescription was not ready and the person behind the counter had an attitude. I also have to call to ask for a refill; other places I've gone do the refills automatically and notify you when its ready. I've also heard from friends that the staff have been rude bordering on hostile im their interactions. I'm back to in-person work so I will be changing my preferred pharmacy back to CVS.

This location doesn't have photo or pharmacy, and is much, much smaller than an ordinary CVS store, having a small beauty section, and 6 small, tiny aisles, as well as a back freezer section. Small checkout area, and overall, not a place I'd ever choose to shop (or really ever come back to, specifically since CVS stores in other malls are better.... and there are 3 other stores throughout the Town of Braintree, so this really isn't needed). To make a long story short, to say there were too many cooks in the kitchen at Stop & Shop was completely wrong after going to the new CVS across the street. WOW was that manager out of LINE the way he spoke to me. I came down to have a civil conversation to let him know what my situation was and he screamed at me in front of all the customers. I was so embarrassed, not only for me but for him. Stop & Shop would never even think about doing anything like that. Stop & Shop is now without a doubt, my absolute favorite place to go for both scripts and food and let me tell you after talking to Justine last night she had me crying because she was so sweet about the whole situation. I felt so bad leaving Stop & Shop a poor review over one issue I never should've done that and as I told Justine, my mother passed away in March and she would've been very disappointed in me.
