Very helpful staff, I went in to have my Meta glasses fitted with my prescription, and they came back earlier than the projected couple of weeks. Yay :) There is a good assortment of branded, like Ray Ban, Oakley etc., besides their own Target brand frames. Plenty of children's frames too. Since hubby needed some new frames we went back for him to check frames out: he ended up buying two pairs! Compared to a 'typical' ophthalmologist doing your glasses post eye checkup the prices are good, the selection of frames has a wide variety for everyone, and the staff was friendly. Always a Great Experience at Target! Target is hands-down one of my favorite places to shop. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the store is consistently clean, and everything is well-organized, making it so easy to find what I need (and, let's be honest, a bunch of things I didn't know I needed!). One of the best parts? The Starbucks inside! Grabbing my favorite coffee while strolling through the aisles just makes the shopping experience even better. It's such a treat to sip on a latte while browsing home decor, clothes, or the beauty section. After a long day at work, and a line full of 10 or more people, I watched 3 people in the pharmacy help someone figure out a $10 refund instead of getting the line down and providing customer service to the others. There are elderly people and people coming from the doctors in pain. Have some type of sense to move the line down while you work out a refund issue. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

My refund experience at the Mesa East Power Rd location was disappointing. The guest service counter was unattended, and the brutish speaking, very short dark hair lady associate who eventually helped was curt, dismissive, and distracted--assisting others and playing with a baby in a customer's cart. When the card reader failed, my polite suggestion to try another register was abruptly rejected. Tapping my card finally worked, but she offered no apology or thanks. A manager should speak with her about professional conduct and customer service standards. read more

Normally, this place is OK. You can pop in, get your meds, and pop out without much difficulty. However, I gave 3 stars for a couple of significant reasons. First, they used to answer the phone when you called to talk to someone, which gradually turned into no one answering the phones (and you waiting on hold forever). Then it changed to leave a message and we'll get back to you, which can be hit or miss for that day depending on when you call. Second, there are times when I get in to pick up meds and there is a line of people waiting, and only 1 person is working the front. I was in recently, and there were seven people ahead of me in line. One person is working the register, and three people are in the back do prescriptions, and none of those three people come out to the front to help. I waited in line over 30 minutes to get my medication. And when I left, there were seven or eight people behind me in line. When it's busy like that, have a second person help out briefly. read more

Arrived this morning shortly after they opened this morning. Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful at 8:15am plus they had some great sale items. I will definitely do more shopping at Target as well as this location and early. read more

I had a bad experience with the customer service cashier that did my return. She asked me if I had a return and I said yes. I had the item in my purse and she kept asking me what I was returning, so I told her, I had to take it out of my purse along with the receipt. She kept asking questions regarding the item I was returning without making any sense, but finally refunded me. I asked her if I could pay some things there too and she said yes. She scanned my items, I had some protein bars and I handed her some coupons that were previously attached to the box. She scanned them several times before telling me that those coupons were not accepted there. I told her that they were attached to the boxes and she questioned me, saying "where was it on the box?" I don't see anything sticky there. I asked her if she was saying that I was lying, but she did not listen to anything I said. I asked her to go look at the items on the shelves and she could see the coupons attached to boxes there. Previously, another cashier had helped me and she took the $1 off. I told her that, she just ignored me. I asked her if she was going to give me the $1 off each box and she straight up said no. I asked her to call a manager, but she would not listen to me. I was already feeling anxious, so I told her I was getting overwhelmed and she still did not listen. I asked her if she had called the manager and she said she will, but didn't. I told her I didn't have time to waste and I didn't want to turn into a Karen so she could finally listen to me, she was still in her own world. I asked her to just charge me for the chips, but she instead left to look for someone, I have no idea who. I grabbed the bag of protein chips to a cash register to pay and leave asap as I was already panicking and about to burst into tears. She finally came back to the customer service desk and called me to go back and I just nodded no. The cashier at the register looked at me confused and as I continued to hold my tears back, I quietly asked if she could charge me for the chips and walked out of there without 3 boxes of protein bars and had an anxiety attack as soon as I was inside my car. All these happened due to someone, that is representing Target as their "customer service representative," for ignoring me and doing whatever she wanted instead of just listening to a customer. Listening and making customers feel comfortable is what Target advertises and also say that we are guests there. I was not treated like a guest, I was basically called a liar and they instead lost more money for not selling the 3 boxes of protein bars over $1 coupons, I know is not a lot of money to them, but $1 off is not a lot either, especially when the manufacturer is the one offering it on their own boxes. I don't understand why this happened. People are always talking bad about these Karen's, but I was being really calm and respectful the whole time. I do understand more now why people get so angry and start screaming, it's to embarrassing for me to do it, but I get it. read more

i went in a few days ago with my friend for fun. we picked out a harry styles album and were super excited to get it but unfortunately emmah's card declined. the super sweet, amazing, cute, adorable lady i think her name was carol, was super nice and offered a few different solutions to the problem. she was very VERY helpful. we didn't end up getting the harry styles album but carol called my friend and i cute and we both walked of the store super happy and satisfied with everything that has to do with target. side note- it wasn't target's fault that the card was declining. we just simply didn't have enough money. :) read more
