It seems always hectic. I avoid it. They were also always out of egg bog when I would go there in the winter time.

Thee worst. I went in for a quesadilla and although you have to put in your order at the kiosk all they have to do is READ it and make it correctly. Clearly that is not the case. I ordered a CHEESE quesadilla and what did I get chicken. No consideration if I happened to be vegetarian. When I called at 4:40am she said she bring my receipt so the manager can make me a new one. No thank you. Just refund me what I paid for the inconvenience and incompetence of the employees. read more

Don't leave the pump unattended if you're pumping diesel gas. The reason this area looks like a crime scene is because I was sitting in my car waiting for the pump to stop. At first the pump was going super slow. So slow that the guy using the diesel pump on the opposite decide to leave. The price of diesel was worth the wait, so I sat in my car and waited. $52 dollars later, a guy pulls up next to me frantically pointing at my gas tank. I got out and there was gas EVERYWHERE!!! Atleast another tank full on the ground. I was pissed. Later on I drove by again, saw a tarp on the ground and two women cleaning up the spill. I pulled back into the gas station and listened to a customer ask them questions. "Do you know who did it?" They didn't. "Were yall called into clean up the spill? "No we work here." Then he said, "Damn...that's about $30 worth of gas on the ground." I felt bad about the employees having to clean it up, but I didn't feel bad about them not being able to use that pump and losing business. What type of gas station installs pumps that don't automatically stop when the tank is full? I would've given them three stars if this incident didn't happen because the bathrooms were very clean and the hot coffee drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. read more

The WORST WaWa in the nation. The entire team that handles the food area are slow, incompetent, and clueless. Even the General Manager, Reginald looked lost, bewildered and inexperienced to be running an establishment such as this. We ordered our food, only two people ahead of us and the cook stood there looking at us and doing nothing! The only one working was the cashier. She had the most delightful personality and was worth the trip. Get a new general manager an a new food service staff that want to work, that need to work and care about their customers! read more

This wawa used to be my favorite! What happened?? Employees are so rude here and thought I love wawa this one has been consistently a bad experience for the last 2 months. Food takes entirely too long, waited in line for a cashier to walk away from me then walk back over saying he's closed.. so why not just say that before you walked away the first time? Now I have to go wait in another line. Coffee station is always a mess as well. read more

The category is "convenience stores." This location does a better job than most stores in this category. I visit around 6 am. It amazes me how crowded they are at this hour. This is a positive. Sandwiches that have been prepared earlier have not been sitting under a heat lamp for very long. So they are fresh tasting. I usually go with the egg white, Canadian bacon, cheese sandwich on an English muffin. There is plenty of flavor in this 240 calorie package. Another strong suit is the coffee selection. Numerous coffees await you. The canisters are kept hot and full. Wawa is an excellent franchise, and this location is one of their more consistant stores. read more

HORRIBLE! I ordered a simple steak&cheese sandwich. What I received was trash. The sandwich was NOT toasted at all, the cheese was cold and clumpy and none of the condiments I ordered were put on the sandwich. It was a COLD. DRY. PITIFUL. MESS. I'm very disappointed. read more

They are always very busy when I stop in on Friday afternoons. The friendly staff does a great job getting people in and out the door pretty efficiently. That being said, though, the overall cleanliness (or lack thereof) of this location - especially the rest rooms - has a lot of room for improvement. A simple wipe-down/policing of the coffee and soda fountain areas every hour or so shouldn't be too much of strain on the workforce. Because, as it stands now, those places are disaster areas. Also, I don't think I've ever gone into the men's room and it *didn't* reek of stale urine. I'd give 'em another star or two if if they'd just clean up a bit more often. read more

I was in your store #580 in Brandywine on 3/23/2023 at 7:24pm. I ordered a sandwich which was made entirely wrong. Drove home and realized nothing I ordered was on the sandwich. I drove all the way back to the store asked to speak with the manager and as I'm explaining what happened and my frustration over this happening once before the manager cuts me off and began raising her voice and waving her hands in my face telling me the employee who made my sandwich was new and he wasn't going to pay for nothing I told her this was the second time this happened. The last time I just excepted the mistake and the money I lost. This time I drove back in frustration and instead of being understanding of my frustration she got an attitude as if I offended her by complaining about the gas I spent to correct a mistake they made. She was rude and loud which caused me to get loud. All while customers were in the store. I actually cannot believe she got angry that I came in and complained. I never raised my voice with her until she began yelling at me and putting her hands in my face. I don't believe any employee would treat a customer like this if they were aloud to by the company. If she was this way with me I'm sure someone else was treated this way also. I do not expect for this to be addressed by WAWA but I'm complaining anyway. I went this morning to get a sandwich and i understand the wait but don't put the new guy during the rush. I waited 15 min then i had to leave. But before i left i notice he was reading the ticket atleast 20x before making a move and he put the oil on the bread therefore my sandwich would've been soggy. The manager said i could come back because i had to get to my pt. I come back and this other guy is talking the whole time he's making my sandwich. God knows the spit he put on it and he yawned over it. Someone was leaving and he walks off to talk to them leaving my sandwich open to the flies. He comes back and proceeds then starts talking to someone else and paused. After 5 min of watching him i don't even want my sandwich. Sad part is that there were 2 managers standing around not thinking this is a problem. I am so turned off now from this wawa.if you are going to hire young kids teach them professionalism. read more

This place is slowly headed Down hill. Horrible customer service. I stopped coming for about a month after the last incident and today it seems it is just getting worse. Skip it and go somewhere else if you need anything inside the store. read more

Love Wawa! I got a sandwich made here (italian sandwich I think) and it was very quick and easy and a perfect lunchtime meal. Definitely a convenient place to stock up on snacks and food and coffee while also getting gas! Wish they had more of these. read more

Good price on gas, but the last time I went there, somebody came on the speaker and told me to turn my car around when I was pumping gas with the tank on the opposite side of the pump. When I didn't, they shut the pump off. I've never had anyone say you can't pump gas that way, never heard of any reason you can't do that. I now buy gas across the street at the 7-11. That station is less ghetto than the Wawa anyway. read more

i came here for a sub about 2 months or so ago and i ate half of it and saved the rest for later. that night i woke up and was in the bathroom while both ends were...flowing freely, if you will. i had only eaten crackers and cereal that day and thought it had to be that for some reason or maybe something i ate the day before even though nothing i ate was new or unusual. i ate a sub from wawa a few times since then and then i went there today. about an hour and a half after finishing my sub and i'm back in the bathroom. why do i think it was wawa now? well the last time i ate from THIS wawa was the time i got sick. the other times i'd eaten wawa was from the one on berry rd. im done. IM DONE eating from here. i googled to see if i could get food poisoning that fast. and yes, staphylococcal food poisoning takes 1-6 hours to take effect and you get it from "Unrefrigerated or improperly refrigerated meats, potato and egg salads, cream pastries." you guys need to check the refrigeration and storage of the oven roasted turkey. i will never eat from this wawa again. ever. read more
