This is the old Walgreens pharmacy. It was nice to see the transformation. The store was clean and the aisles were wide and well put together. Hopefully it stays this way. The previous pharmacy allowed pan handlers and it was always sketchy going in. read more

The absolute worst customer service at this CVS pharmacy. Staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. While I understand they are usually swamped and maybe short-staffed at times, that does not excuse the poor patient experience we have to suffer through. The only good thing about this CVS is its convenient location. The pharmacy service is consistently horrible, for years. I order my prescriptions through the mail order. Occasionally, it becomes necessary to order locally. Doctor calls in a Rx, I go there and they do not have the medication. They tell me to come in the next day. I call before I went there and was on hold for over 30 minutes, so I hung up. I call again. This time I was "only" on hold for 10 minutes. They STILL did not receive the medication. I have to check back again tomorrow. Then when you get there, get in line and bring your lunch, you will be waiting in line for at least 20 minutes. read more

I find myself rolling my eyes at every other visit to this CVS. Either the pharmacy wait is horrendous boasting a line through the card aisles or the staff is pleasant and the baskets are fully stacked at front for ease of shopping. On more than a few occasions my favorite drink or those single rolls of toilet paper have been missing. Their inventory is not that of a bigger store with competitors like Stop and Shop, Walgreens, and Target nearby, but it is sufficient for a 24 hour location. However, they do have good seasonal and holiday selections (ie: Easter, Valetine's) and a Photo Center for passport seekers and scrapbooking junkies. While Bridgeport can be questionable at night, this location employs a night security guard to protect late night patrons and staff. This is always a relief for that late night trip, especially for some strangely awesome conversations, the latest starting with "What's your favorite fish?" The parking is hit or miss. Sharing a parking area with Optimum and a few others, makes this lot busy! It can be difficult to pull out into Main Street, so take the back entrance/exit for less stress. read more

I would put zero stars if I could. I had to hang up and call back twice after waiting a half hour on hold both times with no response. I literally work at a CVS as a pharmacy technician and know how busy stores can get but there is no excuse for my 2 separate phone calls to be over an hour wait. The people at this store do not seem to know how to do their job. There is no customer service they are rude and not helpful. I would literally never step foot into this store unless it's an emergency and every time I do i have an awful experience. The worst CVS I've ever been to. As someone who does the same job it's ridiculous to me that the people here cant figure it out. read more

I wanted to give 0 stars but it's not an option. This pharmacy needs to be shut down. Takes them 30 minutes to answer the phone, refills prescriptions wrong, says prescriptions were delivered when they were not delivered. I am making a call to CVS head quarters because this pharmacy needs to be investigated. Planning to transfer all meds out of there ASAP! read more

Terrible-happened to go in here to use their ATM, and in doing so, decided to buy a bottle of water and use the W.C. They had 2 restrooms-women's restroom and men's restroom. Bathroom was clean BUT the women's room ran out of soap and clearly no sign of any drippings of it anywhere as it was the pump dispenser type. So, I gingerly knocked on the men's restroom door and it seemed to be safe so I went to wash my hands there effectively and with soap and luckily they were stocked so I got some squeaky clean hands. I left the restrooms and saw a girl stocking the shelves so I told her the ladies room has no soap and she sai "oh, ok", and continued on stocking her shelf like she never heard me. I walked by checkout and told the girls there and they told me, "oh yeah, we ran out" so I exclaimed, "CVS doesn't sell soap? That's gross, you're all using the restrooms and not really washing your hands" she then proceed to tell me that she'll get the manager....really? So the pharmacist who handles the meds, the cashier who bags your goods and all the other users have used the restroom and not washed their hands! Thank goodness I will never have a need to ever go back to this CVS! Not in my hood...just needed to share their lack of care-signing off...gotta go to the bathroom! read more

The people who hang outside of the store asking for change make me nervous. One time I was inside of the store and didn't hear a cashier call for next in line and the guy behind me yelled at me and then tried to cut me. We ended up in a physical altercation and I had to shove him to get him out of my face. I know at the time, they had security because I saw him when I walked in. I don't know where he was when that happened though and the cashier pretended he didn't see anything. I go to the cvs in Trumbull to pick up my prescriptions because the line for the pharmacy here is ridiculous! No one greets you or asks if you need help finding anything. Even when you ask for help, it's like pulling teeth. However, I like the variety of items sold here. Because it's in an "urban" area I can find black hair care products that won't be in other cvs locations like Fairfield or Trumbull. I've also figured out how to get the most bang for my buck at cvs. I have a cvs card that gets coupons sent directly to it. I only shop when things are on sale. Then I use my earned extra bucks. read more

I wish I couldn't give a star. I tried the curbside pick cvs now offers. I placed my order online and received a text stating my order was ready for pick up. I got to cvs and replied to the message they sent me saying I'm here. Well 30 mins later no one came to delivery my items. I go inside to let employees know I've been waiting out side and no one has brought my items to me. Well the manger comes out yelling saying you have to come inside so I can scan your barcode for pick up. I told him you have signs all over stating curbside pickup. "Place your order and we'll bring it to your car" but he just wanted to argue with me saying they do not bring curbside outside. I will never go to that cvs ever again. I do not like this CVS very much. The parking lot is small and its always packed. The pharmacy is always busy with the line going down the aisle. The only plus is that they have a 24 hour pharmacy which is convenient. They do have a security guard inside at night, however it didn't help me to feel safe from the shady "transaction" that was happening right outside the door. I only go here when I have to pick up a prescription for my mom, other than that I go to Walgreens down the street. read more

Hands down the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacist named Argon or something like that was a nasty pos. I picked up a prescription before my insurance went though and they said I could bring it back with the receipt to get the refund. So I did. And they screwed up and didn't back date it. So when I went to refill the next month I couldn't. And that pos and his team that night kept telling me I picked it up on the 25th when I picked it up on the 5th. Those assholes should all be fired for how they treated me as a customer. And tonight they didn't even have a full quantity. How do you not? I would assume you would get inventory in multiples of 30. On top of it all the service at the front of the store is beyond sub-par. I don't think they train their staff at all. Do not use this CVS. Unless you want to wast your time and leave pissed off and angry. read more

Slowest pharmacy service ever compared to other CVS stores. First of all, I've never had anyone ever pick up the phone in the pharmacy. I've called multiple times to refill prescriptions that were not refilling through the phone or CVS app and I've waited up to an hour one time with no answer. This causes me to have to go to the pharmacy to speak to someone about refilling my prescription which takes even longer because of the long lines. Worst pharmacy service ever. read more

As I sit on hold for going on 20 mins... the staff are nice for the most part but this waiting time on the phone is rediculuus. The customer service at 3710 Main Street is beyond unprofessional. Most of the staff working there are not courteous, polite, respectful, or helpful. Today, a woman who was in line stepped out of line. She left her carriage in the line. When the cashier (the operations manager) called next (several times), I waited approximately 2 minutes before stepping up to the register in case she came back. When I approached the register I began speaking with the cashier when the woman began yelling and screaming about how I stepped in front of her in line although she physically was NOT in the line. Instead of the manager continuing to help me, he began to help the other woman. When I asked him if he saw me waiting in the line for 2 minutes, he proceeded to say to me "2 minutes? It was not 2 minutes," and he refused to assist me. He literally started ringing the other woman up while I was standing there. The next cashier ended up ringing me up, but a short while later I returned the merchandise. Going forward, I will no longer be spending any of my money with CVS. After the experience I had today, I will be shopping elsewhere and also filling my prescriptions at another pharmacy. It's unfortunate that the staff at CVS is allowed to treat people the way I was treated today. I will discourage anyone I know and those I don't from shopping at CVS. read more

Horrible pharmacy! The staff is not customer service friendly at all. When I call over the phone I feel as if im being rushed off the phone. The pharmacist are always too busy to answers my questions or concerns at consultation. I end up waiting about 5 minutes before I am even acknowledged at consultation. I don't understand how myself being a sick patient that I am, is treated this way. This is not okay and because of my multiple encounters with this pharmacy and the entire staff I am choosing to fill my prescriptions elsewhere. At another location where I wont feel as a bother nor a burden. The entire staff, pharmacist included is not there for us patients. I've been a customer of cvs for years and this is such a shame.
