This CVS has plenty of parking since it's in a shopping plaza with Total Wine & More as well as Marshalls. However I do not recommend parking in front of the door as it's a thru way with traffic so backing out can be a little stressful. I got some easter candy, a snack for my ride home as well as some toxic energy aka Redbull. Felt like I got a good deal on everything despise spending $27 I shouldn't have. The front store staff was every ride to a customer due to a pricing discrepancy. The person at the register next to self checkout was not helpful and screamed at the customer stating he didn't understand anything. The pharmacy manager instructed his crew not to fill my insulin prescription because it was 20 mon before their linch break. He also argued with me and insulted me in front if others. I did not catch his name but he was short, balding, with an obvious acne problem. I would go to the other CVS at 242 Cambridge a mile down the road. Terrible pharmacy. Made my brother wait in pain for over an hour. When we complained, they told us we won't serve you. They wouldn't even transfer our prescription because they couldn't take our complaint. That's honestly embarrassing. I used to work as a pharmacy technician and would never do that to a customer. If someone is waiting when there is no line and in pain, you don't just take it casually. I don't know why they are so miserable. They shouldn't take it out on customers. Just do your job properly. You are paid to work. The reason why the technicians there don't care is because the pharmacist allows them to. I liked CVS but am never going there again. read more

Lousy service, one of the staff at the cashier was very rude she did not want to deal with me as I tried to tell her that I'm Deaf and showed her my driver's license in order to receive my medication but she let the guy "Derek" handled me. I wanted to call complain to the pharmacy manager but she was without her name tag. This happened at 11am today on 2/3/19. She was blonde, had her hair up. She was about 20s or 30s, worked with "Derek" next to the cashier in pharmacy. This pharmacy need better training on how to communicate with Deaf and hard of hearing people. Lack of professional. Terrible customer service. The staff at the register and the staff at the pharmacy are not on the same page as far as knowing the correct process for a Covid test. I was actually mocked by a woman on their pharmacy staff but their staff were the ones that gave wrong information. CVS should not be used for COVID testing. I could not travel on my international flight because they did not get me the test results on time. most countries need test results 24 hours before flight, they take over 48 hours. do not use their services. read more

It's tough to choose a specific star rating for this store, but overall, I think three stars is exactly right! I stopped into this CVS while I was in the area recently as they were having a huge sale, and I had about ten coupons to use and lots of ExtraBucks. Overall, I walked out with some success, but not as much as I would have liked. While from the outside it looks new, large and fabulous, this CVS isn't all that. It's actually small and quite old (I've been told that they recently did some upgrades of the exterior of this shopping center). With that said, the people who work here are SO helpful and friendly. Specifically, Roy, the store manager, was super helpful throughout my entire visit here and many other customers. There was literally a line behind him and he was directing people where to go, or in my case, helping me find something specific that I had a coupon for. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything in his store. It's so nice to see managers going out of their way to help customers and open a register when the store is overwhelmingly busy (there was a line of ten people, with all four registers open!). Other register staff were friendly and helpful, and in general, they do a great job keeping the stock stocked fully and organized. No, they didn't have nearly all the items I was looking for (to use up all of my coupons), but the manager actually took the time to write out the address to the next CVS further down the road that he said is larger and open 24 hours. Another gesture made that shows great customer service. I honestly think this store has such a great team for upkeep and management, and if they were given a larger and newer store, they would just succeed more. Good stop in the area, and by the constant high flow of customers, you can tell they do a good business, people like them, and that a lot of these other reviews are simply corrupt. Very infrequently would I give four stars to a smaller CVS like this, but in this case, I'm going to. read more

This CVS is a rundown facility with water stains in many parts of the ceiling. The pharmacy DOES NOT have a drive thru and the lines are ridiculous. One person working the register and one filling RXs. So disorganized and the reason I personally use Walgreens. Much better lighting, more friendly and better staffing. read more

I've been using the pharmacy here for about two years, and while the pharmacy staff is always very friendly, they are way understaffed and I have to allot at least 30 minutes inside the store to get my prescription, even when it's already been filled and it's just waiting to be picked up. There are always long lines full of old people who have a million questions. Today was an extra frustrating experience. My doctor faxed in antibiotics. I went to pick it up an hour after the doctor sent the prescription. I waited in the pickup line for 10 minutes, then when it was finally my turn, I learned that they hadn't even looked at the fax yet. She told me go to another line to discuss my prescription first. I waited in that line for 10 minutes, then the woman checked to make sure it would be covered by insurance. Once she confirmed this, she said it would be a 10-15 minute wait until it was ready, and they'd call my name. Fast forward 45 minutes and two magazines of patiently waiting, and i interrupt the line of five people to find out if it's ready. It has been ready for a while, but they were just too busy to tell me. They really need more people on staff, or maybe more efficient people. Also, if you're old and retired, do you really need to go to the pharmacy on Saturday? Can't you go when everyone else is at work? read more

I find the staff to be very friendly. Whenever I have asked for help at the photo center they have always stopped what they were doing and helped me. They are always smiling no matter how busy the store is. I have been coming here for the past four years and never had a bad experience! Lines are always fast, smiles behind the counter and great customer service. Once I bought milk there and it was bad. Even though the date was right. But milk is more for buying at the supermarket I feel like. Lol. I like how the store is small because it reminds me of my younger youth. Not so big and overwhelming. The aisles aren't too small just enough to walk by people without bumping into you like some other locations I have been too. I don't buy my medications here I go someplace else but I print out pictures here and I buy everything else I need. I love coming to this store. The reason I give two stars, and not one, is the staff outside of the pharmacy are not rude. The pharmacy staff on several occasions have neglected to follow up with phoning my doctor for a new script, after telling me they would. Also, to add insult to injury, they are very cavalier about it. You just get a very disinterested "No, there's nothing in the computer". At times can be rude and condescending. I don't know why it's taken me this long, but I've had enough. I'm transferring my scripts to another pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy is great! The pharmacists are professional and efficient. It obvious that they care. Sometimes it's very busy and they appear under staffed, but my understanding is that has to do with pharmacy laws and CVS. I was very disappointed with my experience last night. I had dental surgery and needed to fill a prescription for antibiotics. There was no one to take my prescription at the window as she was busy doing something (per David, (pharmacist?) when I asked) I went to do another errand in the mall and returned and someone helped me right away. When asked if I was waiting, I was told 1/2 hour, but they would try to expedite. Then another pharm tech said don't tell anyone 1/2 wait, it is an hour. I had no choice as I needed to take the meds right away. At about 30 mins I asked the pharm tech at the register if they call your name or you just check. He checked the status and said it was not filled, but would be shortly. 15-20 minutes later, I asked the pharm tech again about the status and he went through about 5 piles of baskets and found mine in the middle of one, clearly not even close to being filled. BTW, I was still the only customer waiting for a RX. He brought it over to a different pharmacist and she filled it right away, meanwhile 'David' who knew I was waiting there all this time never even had the courtesy to check on the status. A big Thank You to this nice older gentleman pharm tech who helped me. Now that I've read previous reviews I can see that others have complained about the same issue, and the same unhappy pharmacist. I was told Wegman's has a great pharmacy and that they do fill prescriptions quickly if you are waiting. Wish I had know that last night. read more
