Super large store! Probably the biggest CVS i've been too. A lot of options and brands I haven't seen before at other stores. On the outside looks new. Has plenty of parking. I didn't really see many extra clearance sales other than the current weeks flyer, but walked out with things I needed at self check out station. read more

Consistently misplace prescriptions so I need to ask doctors to re-send prescriptions. One of the times, this was because they kept swapping brand name for generic despite specific instructions from the dr that we needed the brand name - it took days to figure it what was happening because they would only say they didn't have the (brand name) prescription. Poor customer service - not knowledgeable, very unhelpful and poorly run. Have switched to another pharmacy and have been much happier with the quality of their service. read more

Always been rude. I've gone to this CVS for years just because it's close by. They've always always always been rude and ignorant. But today i needed to actually make a yelp review. I called in to see if they offered covid tests and the guy yelled at me "BOOK IT ONLINE. WE. DO. NOT. DO. IT. FOR. YOU." I replied with "okay! I have never had such a bad experience at a CVS before, this is the second time I use their photo station and each time I order ahead, I get an email that the photo is ready, and I go there and they don't have my photo. So the worker, I think his name is Hassan, tells me to use the booth and that it will be done immediately, the booth takes almost 20 minutes to load each picture, but I finally do it. I then wait 30 minutes for anyone to help me, and finally Hassan brings his friend to help, and he tells me it can't be printed today, imagine my dismay and aggravation. Gets three texts over the last three days saying I have two ready. Here I am picking it up and they can't find the ONE I need. They changed the way their pick up bins are for prescriptions yet something that's been ready for 6 days they can't find. This has always been the SLOWEST pharmacy no matter day or night. I'm now waiting an additional 15 mins for them to redo something that should've already been ready Update August 7... still a shit show, 3 cars deep at drive through and haven't moved in 5 mins. Pharmacy: as long as you go to Scott, everything will be perfect. I only know him from being a customer. Every cvs there seems to be only 1 person that is extremely good and dosent mess things up. Tech Scott for 242 Cambridge St and pharmacist Susan for the other CVS in Burlington. There is one other woman at 242 Cambrige St that is kind and helpful....wish I New her name. She is in her 50's, short hair, short in height. New lady on drive thru.....keep driving if u see her. Omg, it was too cold for her to open the window more than 3" so I had to get out of my vehicle to get scripts and pay. I asked her for something and she completely ignored me. So I dropped off two scripts at CVS and was told I would be back in an hour. Picked them up and went on my day. Got home hours later to find I was given two of the same script. I was not happy but thought if I called maybe the script could be delivered to me. I held on the phone for 20 minutes and realized noone was going to answer. I drove there and even when I got there I was still on hold. All I got was we are busy, not my problem. Sorry for your inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Will never return to that CVS again and will contact the manager next week. If it was an emergency I would have been out of luck. R u kidding me. I have no idea why the pharmacy asks, "When would you like to pick this up?" because they just end up filling it whenever they damn well please. Seriously, if you're unable to fulfill my order within an hour, at least have the decency to tell me so I can plan my day better. I've even tried padding my pick-up time by a few hours to allot them some more time and all that does is push the delay further (In other words, drop off time: noon. Requested pick-up: 4PM, actual pick-up time: 6PM. If I'd requested one hour, at least it would be ready by 3 or so.) I guess I'll just request one hour from now on, but I thought that would hamper their ability to fill everyone's order on time. Oh well. They're never on time, anyway! Not sure how to remedy this problem, but it would be nice if CVS could fix it once and for all. read more

This is a review of the pharmacy only. I have no issues with the retail end of the store. I have yet to get in, get a prescription, and get out, in a manner even remotely resembling efficiency. Their automated dialer will CALL MY HOUSE to tell me the prescription is ready, and when I go to the pharmacy, it is either out of stock or my insurance coverage did not go through, or it cannot be found, or it is the wrong form, or my bag with my receipt has someone else's prescription inside. I have also found (only once) an errant pill in with a prescription for my child. I have had to do deep breathing to keep my temper while dealing with most of the pharmacy staff there. I would prefer to drive 45 minutes on a 100 degree day in a car with no airconditioning with the windows shut full of senior citizens suffering from incontinence and severe halitosis to another pharmacy before I would fill a prescription at this CVS again. They could be giving away drugs for free. Don't care. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

Pharmacy is horrible and has a nasty habit of shorting pills. Also they have extremely lazy/stupid pharmacy workers. After 4-5 serious issues I am finally done. Really really enormous and well lit inside! This is a great CVS! Maybe it's because it's a brand new location that opened up a couple of months ago but it's so much cleaner & bigger than the CVS down the street in the Crossroads Plaza. There's lots of parking and you can actually walk down the aisles in the store without having to bump into other customers. There also appears to be a much bigger selection in every area -- more products in hair care, makeup, etc. The staff are much more friendly and helpful. I haven't had any Rx's filled at this pharmacy so I can't rate that. Like I said, this may be a fluke because this location just opened but the shopping experience here is much more pleasant than any other CVS I have been to. read more

The store is regulation CVS and everybody is nice. The pharmacy however need some help. I have dealt with two or three people there that are wonderful. They are the people that of been there for quite some time. I think one of the text names is Steven. I just remember begins with an S. He is super helpful and nice, there is also an Indian gentleman who was super wonderful funny and helpful as well. Other than that, the younger women are not as helpful. I think that English may not be their primary language and there is somewhat of a language barrier. The two that I have dealt with are painfully slow and ask the same questions of you repeatedly. That gets very frustrating when you have to tell them the same information over and over. I think they should be where they don't deal with people within the pharmacy itself. And a lot maybe allow the other people who are more seasoned and helpful, to deal with customers so they can have a pleasant experience in a difficult situation read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff were horribly rude (one woman in particular whose name I didn't catch, but she was heavy-set, had light brown hair, and glasses), and they were not answering my questions about approximately how long the wait would be for the COVID testing center (it ended up being almost a two-hour wait, which is simply unheard of. Let me preface this by saying excuse my French. I get my rx's here all the time and it's usually just fine with the exception of one dipshit behind the counter that continually FIGHTS with us over one of my prescriptions. Other than her, I really like this store. Last night was another story. My 6 year old daughter had strep and had been taking amoxicillin until she developed an allergy the other day (Monday). Yesterday (Tuesday, early afternoon), we were given a script for azithromycin to finish the course. I received a text HOURS later saying that my rx was on order and I'd be contacted when it was ready. Nothing more. I misread the text and thought the order was ready (which turns out to be a very good thing) and my husband went to pick it up. He gets there and they're like "oh sorry, we don't have any...might have some by Thursday or Friday" (mind you, this was Tuesday). My husband pushed and pushed and finally the worker agreed to go look again...and lo and behold, he found plenty. It was a different brand, which is supposedly why they didn't want to give it to us, or maybe he just didn't feel like mixing it into liquid. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! You'd leave a SIX YEAR OLD without antibiotics for SEVERAL DAYS because you are too goddamn LAZY to go look around or at the VERY LEAST, CALL us on the PHONE, explain the situation, and call around to other CVS stores to locate the fucking antibiotic TODAY. This isn't zit cream we are talking about here. This is an antibiotic. For a child. They had no idea why she needed it...what if she had pneumonia, or something else where she could have died without this drug?! Even with strep, what if she had gone without it for 3-4 days (remember, we had to discontinue amoxicillin Monday due to allergy) and it came back or gave her rheumatic fever from being untreated?! What if she were immunocompromised?! This worker is damn lucky my husband was there instead of me because if I had gotten his name, I'd be on the phone with corporate right now instead of writing a Yelp review. read more

The rep says the system is down and they will call me when it's up. 7 hours go by no call, finally got thru and they said your name got erased. The pharmacy is awful. I don't think I've ever filled a prescription there where there wasn't some sort of a problem. Recently, they ran out of a VERY common drug and subsequently told me to come back the next day to get it. Annoying, but whatever. Then, when I went there the next day, they made me wait again to fill said prescription. Really? You guys can't pull it the f*** together in 24+ hours? What if I wanted it filled in one hour? Your typical chain pharmacy- horrible, blase', do-not-care attitude of customer service....no, I'm not talking about the retail cashiers...I'm talking about the pharmacists fulfilling your prescriptions. I received an Extracare coupon for a gift card if I transferred my prescription to their pharmacy. It took me 4 visits over the course of a month to get the gift card (different excuses each time- they did not receive the prescription I transferred, they had run out of gift cards, the pharmacist did not know how to manually override the register to key in the gift card). They are slow and practically throw my prescription at me each time I pick it up. Yes, there is a difference between even the chain pharmacies...avoid this one. read more

Fantastic Pharmacy customer service. I went in to fill an RX and it was "too soon" per my insurance. They said i needed to call the insurance company to argue my case, but CVS asked if I wanted them to do it for me... well yeah, of course I do!!! The Pharmacist called my insurance company immediately, explained the situation and my RX was re-filled right then and there with insurance coverage.
