Today when I went to pick up my meds, one of my prescriptions was new. When I informed the girl at the counter that I wanted to refer back to my physicians instructions against what she was telling me as I wanted to double check the dosage and ensure I was going to take it at the right time, she acted rude and put out. Plus, the info she provided regarding the medication was incorrect. I know this because I had just saw my specialist and had the instructions in writing. And, they seriously need training on customer service. You would think they would have more compassion and empathy working in a pharmacy. read more

Stopped in to see about a flu shot at the minute clinic. Didn't know the process, so I asked the girl working there some questions. She was Irritated I was asking her questions. She told me I need an appointment for a flu shot and there are no appointments available today. Funny thing is I checked about a half hour later online and there were appointments available every 15 minutes for the next three hours. read more

I went to pick up a prescription today for my wife and needed to split the sale between cash and debit. I needed to pay one dollar in cash and the balance on debit. The pharmacy tech said I have have exact change and I can't break a five dollar bill because that will make the register short four dollars. DUH how stupid and incompetent can she be ? With that said I could not purchase my blood pressure medication today as a result of her 5th grade mathamatical competency level. I remarked to my wife that I could take her blood pressure medication until payday. Surprisingly the tech said yes you can and we will hold your prescription for a later pick up. Not only is she an idiot with a competency level equivalent of a 5th grader but now she is giving medical advice over the counter. Hopefully she is not permitted to count pills and assist with prescription filling as not to severely injure patients or worse. Took a call to the corporate office to get my scrip out of "in process purgatory" and let them know of other concerns. They called the store while I waited briefly and was told my scrip would be ready in an hour. This is the most ridiculous customer service to which I have been subjected in recent memory. read more

On my third trip back to this place for my Covid medications. They told me it would be a couple days!!! Are you serious???? Told me to come inside....what?? I have Covid!! Rude staff. Update-Third time in line at drive thru. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, they didn't even have it correct! I was very unpleasant at that point. I will Never be back, even for retail items. read more

Great pharmacy and Drug store! They offer a mini-clinic for people who need a quick analysis and perhaps a flu shot or whatever. The pharmacy has a drive-thru for dropping off prescription or picking up a medicine. They offer automatic ordering or reminders on medicine that is getting low. That is very good for on-going medicine that a person maybe taking! They even fax your doctor to alert them of medicines that have expired their time limits! The store layout allows ease shopping and browsing by customers. They also carry convenience products such as milk! We been using their services for years and our insurance likes their prices and service too! read more

This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies in the chain. There's computer issues regularly (I.E. systems completely down) and no communications with customers when you have a scheduled pickup when systems are offline. And as another poster has mentioned, take care of the landscaping. It's at the heart of Jackson and all other commercial properties in that area take good care of their physical appearance. We've had instances where a prescription could not be filled that was needed ASAP due to ongoing computer issues and they mark the prescription filled on the physician order and tell you to go somewhere else. Asking "how can I get this filled when you have marked it filled and it wasn't?" The answer is pretty much tough luck. Do your self a favor and go to Rite Aid. read more

I understand this pharmacy is short staffed currently but this is getting ridiculous. I have been trying to refill the same prescription for two weeks. Every time I get on the website it says I have no prescriptions in process or ready for pick up. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand they are stressed but please don't take that out on the customers. DO NOT GIVE THIS PHARMACY YOUR BUSINESS. Staff is RUDE and don't care that you have to wait DAYS for your rx to be filled. Do yourself a favor and GO TO RITE AID. they are five minutes down the road unfortunately you have to walk in but it is well worth the 25 steps it takes you to pick up your prescription and to have it be filled on time and the staff is pleasant to work with and super nice read more

Was in this cvs store #2063 to pick up prescription 1-14-2022 3:37 pm . As I was standing at the counter I couldn't help but notice the person waiting on me and at least 6 or 7 others working in pharmacy. Not a single person had a mask on covering their nose !! Absolutely DISGUSTING. My dad had 2 prescriptions called in the afternoon by a physician after suffering a stroke. Arrived hours after this and the script still hasn't been filled. Pharmacist REFUSED to even speak to us for 10 seconds at the drive thru window because she closed in 10 minutes...come on at least have the script transferred!! I will be returning tomorrow and placing her name in this review. Hard to believe she took an oath to be entrusted by her patients. read more

I would not choose to go to CVS for any Covid related needs...There are other pharmacies with much better customer service. Was scheduled to a PCR test yesterday as my daughter is coming in Wed from out of town and she is pregnant so wanted to be cautious as I had a cold...They called me when I was minutes away and said their printer was down, so they could not do any testing. I asked if the Massillon store still had openings (I had seen online they did) but they could not help me, and I had to go through all the prompts to get someone to talk to, and they said I had to do all the info online over again. So I did, rushed to my appt. I had made on Lincolnway , sat there for 15 min waiting , then to be told that they could not do my appt. as the computer had kicked me out saying I had an earlier appt . (the one that they had cancelled) No cars ever came by as I sat there, and yet the pharmacist said they could not help me since I did not have an "appointment" . Bottomline, their phones are not user friendly, and their system is a bureaucratic mess! Went to Walgreens- friendly and no issues! read more

Nicole, the Pharmacy Manager, needs lessons in civility to customers (who are patients) and her staff. She makes you feel worthless as a customer and snaps at her staff. Constant turnover of pharmacists at this location is proof that she is insanely difficult to work with. As soon as my insurance changed and I could switch providers, I happily made the change to Walgreens and Express Scripts. It is unfortunate that the rest of the staff in this store is so friendly because I no longer shop there. I will drive further just to avoid supporting a company that would hire such a hateful, non-helpful person like Nicole. I've waited in lines at Disney World that were shorter than at this place. I realize that they're claiming to be understaffed at the moment, but, seriously, they're horrible to the point of negligence. My doctor had called necessary prescriptions in for me (I'm talking antibiotics for bronchitis), that didn't get filled until over 24 hours later while I suffered and got worse. I've lost what feels like YEARS of my life either sitting in my car at the drive-thru (when it's open....which it hasn't been lately) or standing in a line that snaked practically to the back of the store. And don't bother calling them to get an ETA on your meds since they never bother answering their phone either. I'm in the process of transferring to a new pharmacy. I took my daughter to get her sports physical done. Our appointment was at 4:35. We weren't called back until 5 pm. The nurse practitioner was rude and told us that the OHSAA paper the school gave us wasn't enough, so we would have to fill out the other papers so she could be seen. She proceeded to get the papers and complained to the nurse that we were wasting her time by not having the papers and that we were putting her behind because she had other people that needed to be seen. Of course, I could hear her saying all this because she was about 10 feet away from me. She then brought me the papers and told me, with an attitude that I must fill out all of this to be seen. I started to fill it out, then told her never mind I would take her somewhere else since I am putting her behind schedule and wasting her time. She denied that she said anything of the sort. I will never use the minute clinic again if this is the type of people they have working for them. Especially around children read more

This is easily the worst CVS I have ever been to. I am a physician and I ought to know. I don't even know where to begin, the care here has been so egregious. First off they are not friendly or respectful at all. My brother had a stroke a few months ago. Every month I get the same runaround about his prescription for lacosamide. It's always out of stock. You would think they would have a better system to make sure they keep medications in stock that are very important especially knowing that you're going to be coming back in 30 days for the next prescription. They told me to try getting it called in a couple days early. The problem is is that you can't call it in more than two days early because then they won't refill it at all and you won't know about it until you go try to get it. Then when you call it in two days early you better not leave it on the automated system because they won't check it, apparently I should go through the whole menu to speak to a real person. Then of course there is no delivery of any medication over the weekends. Then I called this morning to see if they would fill it as soon as they got it so I could go to my brothers house to set his pill container, they sent him the text and I go in and it's still not even filled. So now I've wasted an entire day trying to get a medication that is just a routine refill. My whole family is leaving CVS as soon as this prescription gets filled! I would give 0 stars but yelp won't let me. Goodbye CVS! And I will make sure everyone I know leaves too! read more

Horrible customer service from their pharmacy. I arrived at their drive thru to pick up my prescription at 5:49 today with one vehicle in front of me. The pharmacy allowed the person in front of me to sit in line while they filled this persons prescription, rather than having them come back to pick it up like everyone else has to. As a result, I didn't get to the window until after they closed at 6:00 and they refused to provide me with my prescription which was ready to be picked up. read more

Worst pharmacy would recommend going literally anywhere else. Every time I need to get my prescription filled there's always a different problem that comes up and when you've been taking the same medicine for 5 years and have a chemical dependency on your medicine going a couple days without them is more irritating then anything ever. Not to mention how inconsistent their staff is I can be told something by an employee there and have it be entirely wrong. read more

I love this pharmacy and store! The people are so friendly! The pharmacy is super busy, but they still get your prescriptions ready quickly.

Minute clinic was excellent! Very pleased with the efficient, clean, and friendly facility. Great for minor health issues! The doctor/nurse was very competent and knowledgeable as well! read more
