But every single time I go to refill my life-saving prescriptions they are out of stock. My problem is that without said prescriptions severe medical complications could happen. They never have no solution for it. i've had to transfer my prescriptions to a different location over 25 times this year. I do not recommend using CVS pharmacy as a location where you get your prescription sent or refilled to. Southbridge CVS is a million times better and has never been out of stock on any of my prescriptions

They have always given me trouble filling my recurring meds. I take albuterol inhaler and albuterol solution in my nebulizer. They refuse to fill my nebulizer solution because it's the "same name" as my inhaler. The doctor prescribed levalbuteral instead, they call the doctor and then tell me the doctor changed the prescription that I have had filled every month for 10 years and I can't take it every day any more. The doctor tells me that that is not true, but they still won't give me my nebulizer solution. I have recurring prescriptions that I try to fill and they cancel them without even trying to fill them. I try again and they tell me they have it scheduled. When the scheduled day comes to fill it, they tell me that they have to order it and I should have requested it sooner. I go for days and sometimes more than a week without medication I'm supposed to take every day. I have multiple health issues and a terminal illness for which I take medication to slow the progress, and that is one of the medications they refuse to fill on time. This is crazy. It's always been a hassle, but they are getting worse. I can't keep fighting like this. I am in the process of changing pharmacies. I think that that is what they want. I do have a lot of medications, and they are busy, so they either don't want to be bothered, or they are incompetent. Either way, I'm afraid that they might refuse to fill any of my prescriptions while I'm changing pharmacies, or some other kind of retaliation. No one should have to fight for there medications every month or be afraid of what the staff at the pharmacy might do.

I've had good experience with this pharmacy. I transferred a prescription there that had sat in…read morethe CVS on Stafford St in Worcester for over 3 weeks and they had it ready in a couple of hours. (CVS initially told me it was out of stock and they'd order it, but they never even ordered it.) I waited 3 weeks for a steroid that I should have been on since the day it was prescribed. I've since transferred all of my prescriptions to the Leicester Walmart pharmacy, and expect that I'll get the same great service as I have when I've used them in the past. The only reason I didn't chose to fill all of my prescriptions there in the first place is that CVS is open 24 hours, so I could pick them up whenever I had the time, but if they never order the meds, it doesn't matter how many hours they're open.
