They filled my prescription one time, told me it was ready, then lost it and made me come back when they found it. Tried the minute clinic today- no appointments available but "walk ins always welcome" - wasted my time driving there, only to be told they weren't taking walk ins. Tried to call and check on wait time/confirm they were taking walk ins- impossible to get through the automated phone tree to a real person.

But every single time I go to refill my life-saving prescriptions they are out of stock. My problem is that without said prescriptions severe medical complications could happen. They never have no solution for it. i've had to transfer my prescriptions to a different location over 25 times this year. I do not recommend using CVS pharmacy as a location where you get your prescription sent or refilled to. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!
