This is about the photo department. Sent photos to CVS in Cleburne,Texas.Went to pick them up and they were terrible,wide discoloration over the faces.Took them back into store to complain.The woman tried to blame me saying it was most likely my tablet they came off of.She said they don't give refunds or redo them,that's not their policy.Their photo machine had a out of service sign on it,she said it went down yesterday,the day I sent my photo in." Love love love CVS! Clean, organized, no cluttered isles, friendly staff, great customer service, many many options and great sales.

There was no one that worked there that knew the store products. I asked.for a supplement that was on the website and when I asked a clerk she had no idea what it was. I told her it was a tablet for leg cramps and she would not assist me but sent me down the wrong isle. Went to the pharmacy to ask where the supplement might be and was not even ACKNOWLEDGED standing there I was furious and will NEVER go the CVS In cleburne Texas. If I could figure how to get less then a 1 star I would read more

I give 1 star because I can't give ZERO!!! I went in trying to find Allegra D. (Turns out it's behind the pharmacy counter) now after being the only one standing there waiting... waiting.. and waiting. NO one greeted me, not even a glance my direction. !! At least 5 min I'm standing there. In total frustration I walked away. Ya know F**k CVS pharmacy. You loose another customer. This store needs new management badly if they even have any bahaha I went in today and I will say this is not even the first time to deal with their bs , but today I went in to get perfume and the guy was waiting on another customer and I politely said, when your down there I need some perfume and he said ok so About the time I turned around he had like 5 more customers waiting , so I went to the pharmacy where by the way there were at least 6 employees. So I told the lady that the guy up front was slammed and asked if she could get me some perfume ? She looked back at the others and back at me and said I'm sorry I can't help you he is the only one with the key . I about freaking lost it right there but I said your kidding right ? And she said no ... So I went back to the front told the guy never mind I will go someplace else and walked out . I thought about getting management if that even exist but decided I would be wasting my time . Having an automated check out as their main point of service is NOT OK!!!! Then getting harassed by a check out person for not wanting to use it, is even worse. read more

I sat in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes. They took every car in front of me but refused to wait on me until they took their lunch break. They need a much different system than what they have in place right now because this is enough to make anyone angry. Very dissatisfied with this pharmacy and do not recommend it to anyone read more

They say they are a UPS location however if you go to drop an Amazon return off they can't scan labels. You can only drop boxes already packaged with labels on them. Thanks for telling me when I called and asked. Then they were mad because I interrupted their conversation, sorry you had to do your job! SHITTY SERVICE!! read more

This pharmacy has NEVER filled an RX correctly for me. I tried one last time, with prescription eye drops. The script was for 90 days,verified with insurance/CVS Caremark. The doc wrote one drop in each eye,twice daily. This pharmacy filled three 5mlbottles . Each bottle has aprox 71 drops. I need (4x30days) 120 for one month. i talked with them about the shortage. I got so many rediculous answers,INCLUDING,"your Doctor wrote the script for this many." I said,"He actually told you only 3 5ml bottles?,Cuz that aint enough for 90 days." They said,"YES". I had the script transferred to mail order, and received FIVE 5ml bottles. SAME SCRIPT!!! The cvs Cleburne machine keeps calling me for refills. I ask them to stop it,but it just keeps on. I understand they probably don't get a very hefty pay check,but I JUST can not deal with the lying,overcharging,and incorrect fills. Good Luck ya'll. read more

I've always had a good experience and this pharmacy. Today while picking up a prescription, one of the techs behind the counter was verbally reprimanded. It was loud and even if it was justified, the manner that she spoke to him was rude and condescending. I believe it should have been in private, certainly not in front of other staff or a customer. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all have them. I will continue to go and the only reason for writing this review is to bring it to someone's attention. read more

I have had to bite my lip for a year now as this was the convenient Pharmacy between my work and home. I have had bad experiences time and time again. I will say they always seem swamped and employees always in a bad mood. They get the job done but you are part of the herd. We finally went somewhere else and it was great to see a smiling face. Very very very rude pharmacy staff, the store staff it self is amazing, called to check on a prescription the pharmacy staff acted as if i was bothering them, then when i asked the price the woman had sighed and said im with a customer i have to put you on hold and she hung up, im fed up with the pharmacy itself, from now on im going to Walgreens. read more

Went to get passport photos and the staff was beyond rude. Took them forever to even notice us and looked annoyed when I told them why we were there.
