However, after describing the symptoms, the pharmacist here made another suggestion. It was basically in the same drug family, but she believed it would work better... And it did. I am grateful that we opted for "the closest place to home", as it reinforced my appreciation for the people of Granbury. I find them to be consistently helpful, friendly, and courteous. Case in point, we watched people, in the rain, return shopping carts to the cart corral. That's Granbury for you. There is also a drive thru option if you are picking things up. Bottom line: For personalized service, this is the place. PS. Sign in the window said COVID testing is available too.

Laura told me she would get me a refill before I left for the trip and she did. She is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. That is what I experienced.

The ability to pay for prescriptions online is convenient. There have been instances where I stop by to check on a prescription and they finish filling it so I do not have to make another trip. This is truly appreciated and this is why HEB Pharmacy will always be my pharmacy.

My mother in law has been a pharmacist for 32 years and she will be reporting Shakera to the board. CVS should fire her immediately. They called me twice in a row and do not leave a message and then when I call back, they can't figure out why they called asked me to hold and then call me from the other line with a different person not knowing why they're calling me. If they cannot figure out their phone system and why they were calling people I don't think they are capable of handling medication. Someone should seriously check into this place. I think everyone is high.
