The Office staff is professional and courteous the CPO was also amazing and Dr. Stout was professional, personable and kind. I can't say enough kind things she was awesome.. Hendershot service department is very incompetent. We…read morepurchased a new tractor and had a/c issues from the beginning and they would just add Freon and never check the compressor. Then we started having issues with the tractor not running correctly when we were trying to mow. They had it 3 different times and kept telling us they could not find any issues. FINALLY we were getting nowhere with there service department. We took it to a different Equipment company AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS algae in the fuel tank. We were told that's the first thing they check for since the tractor was 5 years old with less than 300 hours. THEN they check the a/c and said it was defective from the factory but we are NOW out of warranty. Buyer beware do yourself a favor and never buy and or use there service department.
