The app, which is supposed to credit me points doesn't. I talked to the manager of the store who tried to help, but even his suggestions didn't work. You cannot contact Royal Farm as they have no customer support, when you e-mail them you get a message that says box not monitored and refers you to FAQ. When you call them, you get a loop and no live person.

The manager on duty, who was standing there doing paperwork, acted like he was doing me a favor not charging me for the sliders when they didn't have pickle... "that's OK she hasn't made it yet so don't charge him". I handed the cashier a $20 bill for the lottery ticket. He walked over to the machine and printed the ticket, put my $20 on edge between the closest register to the lottery machine and some boxes of merchandise, went to his register and opened it, fiddled with change for a second, closed it and handed me my lottery ticket but no change. When I pointed that out he fiddled with his till again and shrugged his shoulders. I pointed to the other register, the cashier retrieved my $20 and gave me my change. The manager was watching as the incident unfolded but did not intercede. I go to Royal Farms, although not this one, frequently as I make deliveries around the city ... most have good customer service although they do seem to be lowering their standards. This is one of the really bad ones; dingy, small with a very few choices and very poor customer service.

The buns are always fresh. 2) Plenty of toppings for my dog and they keep the ketchup out of the onions. Cheese flows like the blood in my arteries. 3) The slurpy machine does not start defrosting until after midnight. Always well stocked with cups and straws. Nothing worse than not having those long straws at the ready, 4) Plenty of good snacks. I need kettle chips with my dogs and they seem to never run out of them. 5) Lots of Ben and Jerry's flavors to choose from. 6) No ATM. So there are no little receipt slips laying on the floors and the meth heads are not in there trying to get money. 7) Hot coffee and cold fixin's. I love French Vanilla cream and they always have a bottle (Not those little pain in the a** cuplets) to pour. Lots of Splenda so I can maintain my girlish figure. Well stocked with stirrers, cup sleeves and two kinds of tops depending upon your transportation needs. 8) Cleanliness - The most important. The guys who run this place really keep it clean, well lit and stocked. This is the best one I have seen so far. 9) The most important thing - Friendly service. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone into other 7-11's and get some sour puss act like he is doing me a favor by shopping at his store. The guys at this place are helpful, friendly and are nice. 10) Cash back at the register. I can get 5 or 10 dollars back in change, That is a great help. I am sure it is because they do not want a lot of cash on hand. Robbers stay away from this one! 11) Prices - Sure they can be high, but hell this is a convenience store. You pay more for it. But you can save money. Look for the combination deals on food. They cook a lot of pizza and chicken in house. It is inexpensive and really decent. What excited me most is that they had a sugar free fresca grapefruit flavor available. I wasn't sure how it would taste but, being a diabetic I made the right choice. Even though the slurpee was free, I still chose to purchase two hot dogs with chili, cheese and a few other toppings. I don't know why I even used a roll because I decided not to eat the roll when I got in my car. Lol. Went to the counter and the friendly cashier rung me up and I was on my way. Well the hot dogs didn't make it home. I sat in my car and ate them. Put my trash right in the can available at 7-eleven and as I drove home I enjoyed my free slurpee. Thanks
