Do not go to the "minute clinic" here. We made a (walk-in) appointment online for a sports physical and it said the wait was 100 minutes. They only had one physician working on a Saturday & she stated that she would have to take us in between appointments. That's fine and all, but this didn't happen. When it was no shows, she took no one--she didn't move appointments up & she didn't take those on the waitlist. I will never patronize this, or ANY CVS, ever again. read more

I had a issue with getting a controlled substance filled across state lines (I'm visiting from Atlanta). I understand this is an issue. I'm not upset about that. I'm extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the pharmacy. A lady with black hair (Svetlana?) that I spoke to at the drive thru window said they would call my doctor's office for authorization to fill my script. I asked her if they were going to make the call THAT DAY. She said yes. Of course, when I checked with my doctor's office in Georgia the next day, they had not been called. The physician's assistant said if they called her right then, she'd be by the phone to authorize it. So, I called CVS and spoke to a pharmacy employee named Britney (sp?). Not only did she sound pissed off to be on the phone, but she was also completely void of any phone etiquette and made it clear I was wasting her time. When I told her my doctor's office said they were ready for the call, she said, "THEY have to call US." Luckily, the physician's assistant was willing to do that, and I got my prescription filled. It's not like I was trying to get a big bottle of morphine or something. I needed an antidepressant that I can't function without. I'm tired of people in customer service thinking they can treat me any which way they want. Somebody, please give the folks in the pharmacy a refresher course on being decent human beings. read more

I'm not sure who the pharmacist that answered the phone this morning, but she was not helpful at all. I needed my prescription filled and she tells me that 'she can't break a box or she'll get in trouble'. What? She then tells me to go to another CVS and just buy it over the counter. This is the worst customer service experience when you're not feeling well and need your medication!!!! read more

Used to have pretty bad problems with this CVS back in 2009-2011 but ever since 2012 and on it's been great. The pharmacy staff is great and very kind, the management is very nice and greets everyone they see. I used to get a lot of anxiety and stress every month knowing I'd have to deal with one problem or another when filling my medications. A few times it became very bad and the staff dropped the ball on keeping my medications on hand. I absolutely cannot miss doses of medication as I can end up in the Emergency room. The previous staff had no empathy or sympathy for patients like me and trying to work things out. I was witness to many other patients who were treated the same way. You should not have to be brought to tears and anguish because the pharmacy staff doesn't care to see people as people but instead just a nuisance. Thankfully they've fixed all those old issues and now have great people working here. I've not had one issue in many years and because of that I love visiting CVS every month. I never have to worry about not having my life saving medications as the pharmacists always ensure I'm well taken care of. There are a few pharmacies closer to me but they've had very rude or irresponsible employees so we continue to use the Clemson and Hardscrabble location and will likely continue to use them for years to come. read more

I never got his name and I could kick myself for it , I called to check if they had any epi pens in stock for my daughter after not being able to find one within like a 50 mile radius, they did have one! Not only did he help me find what I needed , he also called the previous pharmacy to get everything transferred over and took my phone number down so he could personally call me back if he ran into any issues. It was such a breath of fresh air , to have someone make it easy on me. He was wonderful! Also the front staff cashiers are always friendly too! Thank you CVS! read more

I went to get a new prescription filled. My insurance has an agreement with CVS so I usually go to CVS when I need a perception filled. Gave them the prescription and they advised me that it was now available in over the counter form and my insurance would not cover it. They said the cost of the script was $450 dollars but I could just get the OTC and take double which was equivalent to the prescription. The average cost of the OTC for the 90 days i needed filled at a time was about $120, since I need this long term I decided to try look see how much Costco pharmacy would fill the script for. They also did not get my insurance to cover the script but their cost without insurance was $23.50 for the entire 90 days! CVS, shame on you, charging $450 when I went to another pharmacy and got it for 23.50! You are part of the healthcare problem in this country. read more
