Tyler and his employees are extremely rude and dismissive and lazy. Im a disabled person who has to use insurance for rides and they need to be scheduled. I explained this to the pharmacist, Tyler and he refused to take my insurance information over the phone. He kept saying I was required to do this in person. I was in tears because this was impossible for me and I needed my medication. I contacted customer service but they were closed so I called another CVS and that pharmacist was happy to help. This man is discriminatory and has a very nasty attitude. Legal action is coming. read more

i've been with CVS since they opened this particular location how much 20 years ago and I have never had a problem with the pharmacist is the new pharmacist it's a male and I have never seen anybody that doesn't show any kind of empathy towards anybody. I've had a hard recently and I'm not asking for handouts, but the pharmacy says before would work with me a little bit when I needed it no I'm going without my medication because this person is Dr. pharmacist won't let me Get my medication and I'm trying to pay for it with the money I have if he could split it up they always done it for me. I just don't understand that's what's wrong with the world today. No one is kind anymore down to the people that control the medication did they get paid a lot of money my nieces in pharmaceutical school right now and she would never treat anybody the way I was just treated. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! This is probably the worst pharmacy in South Carolina. Definitely the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to anywhere. I personally switched my prescriptions to the locally owned pharmacy across the street from this one a LONG time ago, but I was just here with my best friend picking up her medication and the experience was just as terrible as i remember!!! We pulled up to the window as the only people in line at 7:20, were immediately greeted with an automated message on the speaker saying that they'd be right with us, well 7:37 rolls around and we STILL had not spoken to nor seen a single pharmacist inside the window. We finally get so fed up after 20+ minutes of waiting at the window for help, that we pull out and she decided to go in to get her prescription, only to see behind the counter a women FINALLY at the window helping the car that was behind us!!!! This CVS pharmacy location brings nothing but frustration and unprofessionalism!!!!!!!! read more

I am so thankful for the 24-hour service here. I had a medication related question regarding drug interactions. I looked online & called multiple #s that claimed they were available but not one of them actually had a real person answer. So thankfully, upon looking for more pharmacies, I found this one on Lake Murray Blvd & even though I get my meds filled elsewhere, the pharmacist was happy to help, and I feel better about taking my existing medication with the newest one I was prescribed. & I know to follow up with my doctor as well. I wish I had gotten her name but THANK YOU to the pharmacist that was working at 10pm on 4/14/22 that took her time to help an anxious patient!!! read more

Just found the absolute best pharmacist here. Had to leave town in a rush due to a medical emergency with Mom. Husband came with as he's disabled. I forgot one of his prescriptions and the pharmacist here did everything she could to work around insurance restrictions to get me what I needed. Called pharmacy 3 times. Waited over 20 minutes on hold with no answer. Ended up going to the store where they have 6 people busily working in pharmacy. But, too busy to answer the phone. I understand being busy and not getting immediately to phone calls. But, +20 minutes!! Callers are customers too. Got attitude from the teller too. read more

The lines at the pharmacy always seem to be really long here and the phones are constantly ringing with no one answering them. Are all pharmacies this way? I may have just had a bad experience when I went, but they were out of the medicine I needed, the checkout lady didn't ask/scan my CVS card and the RedBox kiosk was out of order. #firstworldproblems read more

I admit it... I am a couponer... And I have no shame! I save so much $$$$ at CVS and love their Extra bucks program. This particular CVS on Lake Murray Blvd is my absolute favorite - I do not go to any other CVS when I need to use my coupons! I know all the staff there and they are sooo friendly and greet every customer and are not offended to take coupons. Checkout is usually quick when I go, but the employees look unhappy to be there. The manager (named Cecil) is always friendly and asks if I need assistance even though he always appears to be extremely busy. They stay well-stocked and I always find what I need. read more
