Awful. The staff are rude / behave prejudicedly. No one spoke to me when I came in, but they followed me up and down the aisles. They let people jump in front of you in line and don't care to apologize or call for other staff to assist them. I was heavily pregnant waiting in line on a heat scorcher of a day in a long line -- and they let a woman walk right up in front of me and when I mentioned it treat me as if was in the wrong and delusional! All the people involved were English speakers and able to communicate with each other. It was absolutely absurd. The manager later spoke with me-- only because I'd called their survey line and left a negative review, nothings changed though. read more

The actual pharmacy does a good job, but the rest of the store is not pleasant. Everything is so expensive, and the elderly employees never fail to be rude and judgmental. I'm not trying to lump all boomers together, but these are the only employees I ever have problems with here. I don't feel comfortable coming here without a jacket on, no matter how modest a shirt I'm wearing. It is one of those places where you will feel suspected of theft no matter what you're doing. Some of the employees are definitely unsatisfied that they work on a college campus, and it really makes me question why they do. I always opt to use the self-checkout to avoid the mean employees. Once, I bought a non-alcoholic margarita mix, and an alarm went off because it needed an ID. Very obnoxious and faulty of the machine, since the bottle is clearly labeled as non-alcoholic, but whatever, I've got my ID. As an employee approached and I fished out my ID, I tried to make polite small talk, something like, "Haha, weird that that went off when this isn't alcoholic." I was clearly getting my ID, but the employee scoffed and acted as if I was trying to get away with something illegal. "Yeah, I'm sure margarita mix is non-alcoholic." I kind of feel bad that she doesn't know how to read bold print on a bottle or know how margaritas work, but that's no reason to take it out on your customers. Avoid this location unless you really need to come here or are just using the pharmacy. read more

My prescription has been out of stock for literal weeks and then I call in to see if it's available around the time they said it should be. They say it finally is and that I can come get it... but when I get there they tell me it's out of stock and to "come back tomorrow". Next day comes and I go but they tell me it's in stock but they don't have time to fill it and to come back the next day??? You should prioritize the medications that haven't been filled for weeks. This CVS is fairly clean, but has some boxes in the aisle and by the self checkout which can make accessing them a bit difficult. All the other aisles are wide if there are no products in the way. The people that work at the pharmacy are kind and helpful. Sometimes during the day there can be a very long line for the pharmacy and the parking spaces can fill up. The pharmacy also takes a lunch from 1:30-2 so keep that in mind if you need to pick up a prescription. It is very similar to all of the CVSs I have been to. They also offer a minute clinic that has a touch screen that you can check in on. The main entrance includes a ramp with automatic doors. read more

Never have I ever gone into a pharmacy after calling today and yesterday and had them not be able to fill a prescription despite being told it would be possible. Now I'm driving an extra 20 minutes with my child because he just had surgery and needs his pain medication. This location has decent parking bug is dead center on campus. I can't believe they wouldn't be stocked on pain medication. Stressful day being made worse... next time someone calls to make sure they can fill their perception here. Actually check. read more

This store is very nice for the campus area. Overall, the store offers a large selection of goods, from alcohol to medical supplies. The store is well organized and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is an on-site clinic and pharmacy that seemed rather busy. read more

This CVS is your typical chain pharmacy. Except for one major difference. They have a Minute Clinic in this store. My husband just went here for a sinus infection, and he was able to see a nurse practitioner and get a prescription fir his illness. They accepted our insurance, and we just paid our typical copay. It was a really great experience, and I would recommend this option to anyone that needs a quick check-up. read more

This CVS deserves a review because it is awesome. I have been here for everything - prescriptions, Minute Clinic visits, milk, nail polish, medicine. I've never had a bad experience. Minute Clinic waits can be a little long sometimes, especially since it is right by campus. My prescriptions never take too long here. Everyone at the pharmacy is really friendly. The cashiers upfront are also helpful. I love that they have self-scan check outs now, and they offer a "healthy" food section with sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. It is really convenient to grab a salad or yogurt for lunch while you are waiting for something in the pharmacy. And this might be strange, but they have a really good card selection. When I need to buy a card, I always go here because they have a wide variety of "funny" cards, romantic cards and cards that I would actually buy. I love this CVS! read more

I am grateful for the convenient location of this 24-hour CVS at the intersection of High Street and Lane Avenue. Its pharmacists are very good, although I've encountered one or two air-headed *pharmacist's assistants* every so often. But I still trust this CVS enough to have had my flu shot here from the Minute Clinic. There's a great selection of typical drugstore goods, such as brand-name cosmetics, first aid, and snacks, as well as alcohol if you're into that sort of thing (and of age!). Be sure to get a CVS ExtraCare card. It's free, you get discounts and tons of coupons with it, and you don't really need to provide all your information on the application (in fact, I think I just took one without filling out the app, although I've since given CVS my e-mail address). A better than average CVS. Since their remodel, I'm really impressed. Good selection of goods, and I always love walking by the "As Seen on TV" section to get a laugh or two. They have self checkout, which is kinda cool. It works pretty well, but I still prefer to utilize the cashiers. Large selection of drug-store kinda stuff: toiletries, medicines, vitamins, makeup, etc. They have a pharmacy and a minute clinic. Beer, wine, and low-proof spirits offered here as well. I'll always remember this place fondly, because I bought my first alcohol here, 12:06am on my 21st birthday. It was Southern Comfort. Lol...yuck. Anyway, don't fret over fending off the occasional panhandler. You can sometimes see them out back. Bike racks are around the side, facing Lane Ave. Also, they have THE LOUDEST SLIDING DOORS. Worth using all caps. One star removed because their parking lot can be a nightmare to enter/leave. read more

Typical CVS, but with a better than average make up selection. I have used minute clinic before as well, and although it was expensive and I would have been better off at an urgent care, it fit my needs, and I was happy enough with it. There is typically a heavy security presence here and the continual flow of interesting characters coming in and out of the store for various things. plus for being open 24 hours. read more

The clinic here is awesome! I needed to see someone in the clinic and got there about a minute before they closed. Usually they won't take patients that late, but they were very helpful and didn't turn me away! The pharmacy even stayed open a few minutes so that I could fill my prescription. Best place for groceries and medicine near campus. The long hours have saved me many times. Have had good experience with the minute clinic here, although I did have to wait a short time to talk to a doctor. I have always had a good experience with the customer service as well. read more

Minute Clinic false advertising, get ready to wait. I left work early to take my sick husband to the Minute Clinic, and made sure to get there after the stated lunch hours on their website (1:30 to 2:30). There was one girl signed in before us, two closed doors and one sticky note on the sign in screen that said "lunch today 2:30 to 3:30). We asked a pharmacist for clarification. Luckily, it seemed like one of the two practitioners was in, as we didn't want to wait an hour. The practitioner comes out 2 minutes later, curtly says she is going to only see one more patient before lunch and takes the girl in front of us into the room. So, we left. Is it really SO difficult to ask that the practitioners stagger their lunch breaks, or better yet, actually go on lunch during the hours stated on the website?! What a joke. read more
