I typically walk in to get my prescriptions due to the long wait at the drive thru. On Saturday late afternoon 6/20 I went to pick up my Rx. I am learning that inside can take just as long based on who is working. It's frustrating when you sign in and acknowledge the Rx you are picking up then you watch everyone who is behind the counter doing other things and not taking care of the customers. One person was shoving filled Rxs into the baskets based on the last name. Couldn't stop to see there were three people waiting to be taken care of. Other tech filling rx's and another walking around the back. Finally the only nice person, a gentleman assisted me. I wish I knew his name because he is always pleasant and helpful. read more

worst customer service that I have seen in my life had the pharmacy lady tell me it's not her problem when trying to get answers to questions then had two rude associates come over and start yelling at me calling me names never go back to that store again on My wife is in the process of removing all our prescription and our to another I would give them a zero star if possible. read more

I had to pick up a prescription for a family member and there were a few things that could have been much better during my visit here: The excessively long lines were the number one issue, the lack of manpower to wait on customers was the other and the last thing that was the worst thing, was the lack of privacy at the wide open counter where everyone waiting on line is a part of your pick up and consolation! There should be a better system for obtaining the customers personal information for security reasons. I appreciate the effort of the ladies that work here but the system of doing things needs to be better. read more

I love the ladies at this pharmacy and pharmacists at this location. I feel so well taken care of. I have gone to other CVS pharmacies abd I have not been as happy as I am with this one. It is a busy pharmacy and I work in healthcare so I understand busy but I am rarely disappointed here. You need to keep inmind that the pharmacy hands are tied if your doctor's office does not send the Rx. They cannot dispense meds without a script. Thank you guys. read more

I dealt with other CVS pharmacies and have had outstanding service. This CVS pharmacy staff does not answer the phone. I have to call another pharmacy to get answers about my medications. It's time to change pharmacies. read more

CVS is a more pricey than Walmart or Rite Aid, but it is so much more appealing a store, and a better shopping experience. When they are out of a product (which is frequently) they are simply and completely out! There is absolutely no point in asking them if there is any in stock, because there will not be. Not now nor ever. No point is seeing if the generic item is available, because that will usually be unavailable as well. The staff seems to enjoy informing you that these items aren't in stock. What I do like about CVS is their Minute Clinic and how nice the stores are kept. The displays are cute, the shelves are filled in and the aisle are kept clear. Also, this is a great place to go for cosmetics, hair care and greeting cards. This chain always seemed to be less about pharmacy and more about sundries. In terms of being the go to place for your druggist or supplements, they don't have late hours or very good prices on their prescription or over the counter items. ------------ Don't go here for allergy stuff in the midst of allergy season. You will end up going somewhere else. Don't call your prescriptions into this... You can get them cheaper at a different chain. Do stop in for that drug store mascara you wanted to try. Also plan to go here for a pleasant and useful minute clinic for any routine and simple services you may require. This is so much better than waiting at the doctors office for something quick. read more

A business model that takes a pharmacist away from being able to fill prescriptions, and keep customers waiting for 45 minutes for a prescription that is already in a bag and waiting behind the counter, while the pharmacist is tasked with giving vaccines, is a very poor business model. The staff is doing the best they can, but they clearly need another pharmacist on duty. read more

Worst pharmacy I've dealt with. The only way I can figure out if my prescription is actually able to be picked up that day is to show up to the store and speak directly with the head pharmacist. The pharmacy technicians routinely give out incorrect information. The automated phone cal telling me what day my prescription can be picked up gives the incorrect day. In the past I've gone to get my prescription at 3:00 pm and told it would be a few hours only to have them tell me at 5:15 they need to speak to the doctor. Dr. office closes at 5. At a certain point it's my fault for not taking my business elsewhere. read more

I am furious about my treatment from this CVS Pharmacy that I have been using for eight years because it is very nearby. I had six prescriptions that were ready to be picked up. I received a call confirming that. I paid for them online so that I can have them delivered using my CAREPASS benefit of free delivery. I received an email confirming that they would be delivered at a certain date/time. Well the courier called me on that day saying there was a problem and she couldn't pick up my order. When I called they said they didn't have my card on file and they texted me for it. They said I had to call CVS.com. I did and was told everything was fine and ready to be delivered and any glitches was the local store's problem. I called the store back was disconnected after being on hold. Then called back and was told the system lost my order of six prescriptions and could not find them! I asked for a manager and was told she was on the phone with corporate and click put on hold and call lost again! The most unprofessional behavior I have ever dealt with at a CVS!!! I am furious and still don't have my meds and have to go in person! read more

This drugstore has the most rude people working in the pharmacy. My wife was there this evening to get a prescription filled for her niece who just had surgery. The website said the pharmacy was open till 10 pm. She arrived a few minutes before 9 and was told the pharmacy closes at 9 and they would not fill it. Fortunately the Manager intervened and the prescription was filled, but when the Manager asked the pharmacist to fill the prescription the blond woman working in Pharmacy screamed at my wife and was very rude and abusive. A person like that should not be in a position dealing with the public. read more
