The store is nicely set up and there are great selections across the store! Where the store fails, (and as I was reminded why I don't shop here more often), are the TERRIBLE self-checkout registers. Too small to do any weekly shopping and too flaky to get through an order without MULTIPLE employee interventions! PLEASE change those horrible registers! Ah, Kroger. Well, it's no Publix (sorry, I'm a Floridian and a loyalist) but it'll definitely do! This location is clean, easy to shop, and is definitely more than a grocery store. Food aside, you can buy clothing, home décor, bed and bath items, kitchen and small appliances, or even pay a visit to the doggone jewelry store located inside! (Yep, you read that right!) This is definitely a one-stop shopping destination, but my favorite draw lies in the fuel perks that I can earn in-store and then use at the onsite gas station outside! We've got a real WINNER here y'all! (Now, if only it could be Publix. lol!) read more

Every time I go half of the items I need are sold out. Multiple trips in a row weeks apart. Their pickup is also a mess, I've used it twice and both times I got a call (10 minutes before scheduled pickup time while in the car already on my way there) saying it'd be another two hours before my order is ready despite my Kroger app saying it's ready for pickup. Well the store must be under new management because it's going downhill. They are out of everything even cucumbers and steak. And what's with the professional shoppers that buy the groceries for other people,? Why are they so rude? It would seem like they would be obligated to be the nicest shopper in the store. Are people that go in the store second class citizens now? These folks should have to take a shoppers etiquette class before being allowed to go through the store picking up items. This is THE Kroger to go to. Friendly service, massive selection and the new Scan-&-Go is the way to go. Having a running total of what you have spent (including tax) helps those of us on a budget. The Employees apologize for making you wait, even if it is just for a few seconds. I was not thrilled about moving to Conway, but shopping here has begun to change my mind. I have been trying to return faulty/defective items that Kroger sold me ever since December. It's now almost April! Each of the many times I have been there to return said items, the service desk has been closed, with a non-specific hand-scrawled sign on the window. On each of these occasions, I asked an employee what the issue was, when it would be open, and each time I got a very vague and inexplicable answer. The last time I was there, an employee very rudely told that I should "get there earlier", which is impossible due to my disabilities. While I am at it, I may as well state that each time I am there, rarely are there any charged scooter carts for the disabled available. They're all over the parking lot and around the store with dead batteries and it seems to take an "act of God" to get anyone to do anything about it. On one occasion, however, when my cart died in the back of the store, a kind young employee went and found another for me. I'm very appreciative of his kind act. Most employees there don't pay attention to anyone, no matter how hard one tries to get their attention. They don't even do anything to break up huge fights in the store, only gathering to watch. I've seen this firsthand. read more

Nice Store, except customer service is horrible most of the times, can't get help with much of anything towards the front store. The staff at the back of store are friendly and helpful. I love shopping at this Kroger because of the large selection of groceries they have. They even the largest cheese selection I have ever seen in a grocery store not to mention they have furniture and home wares as well. It's a great store with helpful and friendly staff. read more

Kroger on Salem is the best place to get groceries in Conway. 4x fuel points on gift cards helps with budgeting families. The location on Oak is just run down, rude checkout staff and smells funky. This location is fresh, (overall) kind staff and is conveniently located. read more

My wife used the Clicklist option. Ordered on Sunday, first available time was Thursday - which is understandable during a pandemic due to many using this option. She went to get the items on the Thursday, only to receive about 1/4 what she ordered. The store claimed it was out of stock on other items. She went into the store, which is not ideal during a pandemic, to find that most of the Items on her list were in fact not out of stock. So the ineptitude of the employees at this location wasted her time and put her health at risk. I get that times are hard for everybody right now but after folks working in the health industry those at your local grocery store must do better. We'll have to try WalMart's preorder system next time. read more

My boyfriend and I went to the deli to grab some lunch meat and cheese for dinner tonight to make sandwiches, we were unsure exactly what we wanted. The man behind the counter was very patient with us, cracked a few jokes, made sure the thickness of the product we wanted was exactly how we wanted it, and even told us after we finished that any time we needed to try anything they would be happy to slice is up something to try. He had a smile on his face and seemed really happy to be at work during our visit. What a pleasant experience! Will be back. I wish I could remember his name! read more

Today I tried their online shopping for the first time, and was very impressed. With using the kroger website for 30 minutes with my wife while watching a movie we made our shopping list. This was the hardest part of our trip. 2 hours later I pulled up, and called the number listed by the parking place. This iniated the process of them loading my car. A few items they were unable to load for me, but I was subsidized the name brand product at the same price. I feel as if this was a win-win, and will defiantly be doing this again in the near future. read more

At Kroger, we get great prices on groceries and earn points for fuel! The staff here is always friendly and helpful!

I love this Kroger. I prefer this Kroger over the other one in town. The safe feeling and security definitely cancels out the longer trip to get there. I feel so secure on this side of town and feel no chances of being involved in a robbery or shooting. Everyone should come here instead of the old Kroger so maybe we could close that one down.
