They even have a automated call service to remind me when I am over due. Though the retail selection is sparse I find this company focuses on their primary intent of delivering prescriptions timely and with care and caution. There even have been a few times I was house ridden and they were able to see to it that my prescription was delivered.

After lodging my complaint, the Pharmacist said if you don't like it, there are other places to go. Such arrogance. I certainly will take his advice and find someplace else that I can trust to fill my medications.

It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get a prescription filled. I used the online form to transfer 2 prescriptions out here. I had planned on using the branch inside Target but the one on Oak Street claimed they could get them faster. So, I had them transferred there. First I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then I couldn't get through/out of the phone tree...for 2 days! It would say that I needed to talk to the pharmacist but wouldn't let me connect. Finally, I go into the store and they have 1ready. Ok, well at least we're getting somewhere. So, I ask when #2 will be ready, they say Monday. But then I notice on Saturday it says I have to call the pharmacy to fill. So I call and the guy says they'll order it for Monday. Monday... No. Tuesday... No. Wednesday... No. And Thursday isn't looking very promising either. But no one can tell me if/where there is another CVS where I can get it or when they'll have it. I asked at another nearby chain pharmacy and they have it in stock (and apparently have no issues getting it) but it's almost $50 more. Sigh.
