The Cashier checkout experience fell way short. As a cvs loyalty member I presented a $10 Off coupon. At first the Cashier struggled with the coupon then he "played it off" as though the coupon "took" and further played it off that all was we. I bought a logo merchandise $100+ of useful items I like to keep on hand. Strangely, at end where it was my option to select Ptint receipt of have it emailed he reached around and selected Print as I was stating I wanted "it emailed to Save Trees." He said "oh" and before that had told me I was "funny" for putting 1 of my many items- a Shampoo- back explain in no I already had enough at home. It seemed like a really good Argan shampoo in a medium to sma bottle with a shiny, neat turquoise cap. Can't wait to really buy it ... probably at another CVS ... but I DIGRESS. Out in my vehicle waiting for scheduled Minute Clinic appointment time, I studied my receipt. I did not see the $19 off. I phoned in and was made to hold f I r the Manager for 30 minutes. At least the nice Cash I ef, Luc, did not hang up (on me). Luc who'd checked me out could not answer my question about why I d I don't see coupon applied to bill. Manager got on phone, talked over me, made no sense, then wanted to know where outside I was because he was coming outside to me he further indicated. He sh I Wed u I returning my Extra Bucjs $10 coupon. I told him I did not want thd paper coupon but actually wanted thd discount. He c ri r cured and talked down to me saying he needed the items I bought. I took both bags from trunk and handed to him saying, after he complained & reprimandss me for attempting to get the purse, I had together my purse. Inside he finally said some research and informed me that coupon had already been redeemed. The ordeal could have gone better. He could have been professional and kind. Appointment in clinic we talked ok, the female Nurse Katina- or similar name- WAS professional. Always make an appt for Minute Clinic I've learned. The minute clinic here needs a new name because it is anything but that. I had an appointment for 10:40 and I wasn't seen until 10:50 and then told to sit down and wait for nurse practitioner. She was already running behind. Mind you I am sick so I don't want to wait long. I was not seen until 11:30. There excuse is computer issues. Won't be going back there again. read more

By far the worst CVS i have ever been too. 1 star is really more than they are worthy of. Nothing but lazy, slow moving, feet dragging folks that work here. Store is obviously understaffed. Average time to get your meds here is 30 mins plus. Drive thru is never an option, always 15 cars deep. Find another place to spend your hard earned money!!! read more

Stopped in here this morning. Nice store, this one has a 'Minute Clinic' inside. Not all CVS's have a Minute Clinic. This store also has a double drive through. It's a nice store with a photo center too.... they have three kiosks for plugging in your phone so you can print your photos. Waited in line for at least 30 minutes just to return a prescription and buy replacement. No acknowledgement from staff or apology for the long wait (at least 3 ahead of me). The person at the register had no sense of urgency & had to keep asking her coworker for help. I can't believe the drive-thru line went faster than in-store. I have called in and once, the woman hung up before I could ask a follow-up question. I only put up with it because of the proximity to home. read more

The "minute clinic" is a complete waste of time. Don't bother trying to come here when you're on a schedule. I waited almost an hour when I made an appointment online and arrived 30 minutes beforehand. Absolutely annoyed with the way this panned out. CVS is actually a very useful store as it is usually the only store that is open on every holiday. Now you can't tell the difference between any of their stores as they are set up exactly the same way. This location is on the northeast corner of Westview drive and coral ridge in coral springs in the same plaza that has Mcdonalds and LA fitness. The best thing about this CVS is that they have a drive thru for pharmacy pick up. Now, if you require anything besides drugs you will have to park and walk in but for your drugs you got a drive thru. Besides that the service is pretty ordinary as most CVS employees aren't that engaged with the customers and majority of the time you have to wait a while to get checked out. There is also a minute clinic for flu shots or other needs if you require one even though I have never used the clinic. You can find many different products at CVS but I would only use them on days when Walmart or Publix are not open as they usually charge a premium on everything. read more

If you could give no stars this pharmacy would greatly earn it. Always takes at least 10 min to pick up a script, even if there's no one else there. They never answer the phone, just spent 30 min on hold and ended up having to call Walmart pharmacy to have them transfer and fill my script. My mom has spent an hour on hold on at least 5 separate occasions and never ended up talking to anyone. Instead i had to drive her there in person and wait another 20 min for them to cash out the one person in front of us to simply ask them to transfer a medication from a different CVS. When my mother called to complain, she was reassured the district manager would be contacting her to properly deal with the complaint and do an investigation into the events occurring here. Of course, this never happened and obviously nothing has changed. I went to pick up meds once and with 3 others in line and 2 cars at the drive thru, there were 4 employees working (only one dealing with customers, the rest casually and nonchalantly chatting away while filling scripts) the phone was ringing off the hook (of course no one went to answer it, evidently they treat the rings as background music) , and the pharmacy manager was casually going around asking everyone what they would like to order for lunch. I've had to fight with them so many times to fill scripts they've filled before many times and now suddenly it's a problem. Almost all of the pharmacy staff there are some of the rudest people i've ever interacted with, especially in a health care setting. Thankfully my medications are necessities but they aren't a life or death type of medication. I can't imagine the terror, frustration, and even possibly medically damaging consequences, of someone who was trying to get ahold of something like their insulin medication only to not be able to speak to anyone or get any actual help. I don't know if there's a department or board to report this pharmacy and their staff to but you can bet your a$$ that I'll be looking into how i can do so. read more

Choose how you want to waste your time. Waiting in line at this CVS pharmacy or watching paint dry. Watch paint dry, at least you know it's not the paint's fault. Incompetent pharmacy. Pharmacist asked if I agreed to pay $30 for the medicine and I did then he told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes and it would be ready. When I returned 20 minutes later I was told they didn't have the medicine in the quantity I needed, which is what the prescription was written for and what he told me he would have ready. The pharmacist said I could purchase a much larger quantity for $80 since he didn't have what I needed. Seems like this pharmacy is running a scam the get patients to pay a lot more then what is needed or necessary. Do yourself a huge favor and take your prescriptions anywhere other than here. read more

The text notifications are convenient, the staff is usually friendly, but maaaaaan. They move like molasses. Once your text comes through letting you know your prescriptions are ready, pack the patience and allow yourself at least 30-45 minutes (which is awesome when you have a 4 year old with a fever and ear infection laying on your shoulder crying to please just go home) for someone that works there to: A. Acknowledge you, B. Tell you they'll be right with you, C. Walk over and speak to you, D. Locate your medicine in their computer system then physically find it.... and on and on....it doesn't matter if you pick up through the drive through or go inside. They just let you stand in line, while they avoid eye contact and completely ignore you; they need more help... read more

I'm told by auto answering system that "working on Prescription " but apparently don't stock even though have recurring Prescription refill order. Go thru this every month. I will never buy my prescription from cvs pharmacy again! I bought tamiflu solution for my son. As soon as I gave him the first dose he threw up, same with the second dose. I don't know how the hell they prepared that solution. It had no flavor added to it. It looked very chalky. I called my pcp and they had to prescribe my son something else. When inquiring about getting a refund for the tamiflu, they refused to give it to me. They claim they do not give refunds. Meanwhile I know some people who had gotten refunds on their prescription medications!! read more

I've always had good service at the Minute Clinic at the location. However, when I received my bill I noticed they had the wrong insurance information. I called the 800 number listed in the bill and waited. And waited. And waited. And...you get the idea. Easily I was on hold for 45 minutes. And then when they answered, the person said that they couldn't help me and that I would be transferred to another agent. Again, the wait time was interminable! Come on CVS! Hire some people to answer you phones. Especially when someone like me want to pay a bill! read more

This pharmacy has to be the absolute worst pharmacythat I have ever dealt with. I needed to reverse a medication and every time that I would call I would be placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I spoke to the manager along with my insurance company but it did not help. I give this pharmacy 2 stars only because they have a couple very nice and helpful techs. Medication is frequently out of stock, NEVER answer the phone promptly, understaffed, little motivation to provide customer service, fill medications that I've asked repeatedly not to fill, online account option is almost useless unless you have a very straightforward refill that is IN STOCK. My personal favorite is the text that says your medication is on order but if you need to fill it sooner at another pharmacy to call 954-825-4391... the number that automatically disconnects you or they don't answer in under 30 minutes. read more

They just lost a customer due to poor customer service by Ian. Been taking my son's scripts here for approx 4 months. Husband and I switched all our meds over, too. This time Ian told me that not only do they not take the scripts and put them on file, I would have to keep them and bring them back every month. He said that he couldn't take them because "look how many papers we have here, we might loose them." I had one to be filled in two days that he also said he could not accept due to the date. I asked if they could put them in the computer and call when they are ready and he told me that they don't do that. Seriously?! It shouldn't be this difficult. You lost a customer. And that includes my 8 daily meds and my husbands 4 daily meds. Fool. How unprofessional can a pharmacy be? read more

Pharmacy staff is careless. They close before their official closing hour (9pm) even if they know you are coming to get an important medication for a child. I told them I was coming in 10 minutes to get it, and got there at 8:59 before they close at 9pm and when I got there they had closed everything and left. It wasn't even 9pm yet. He could have told me not to come and transferred my prescription. I put a complaint in corporate just to have the pharmacy manager call me next day and apologize for the "miscommunication" and that probably our clocks were not synched. I was going by the smart phone clock which is the most accurate. What is most upsetting is that she did not take responsibility at all and was totally dismissive and defensive of their "policy". Have had multiple issues here before with medications. If you can go to another store, go to another one and avoid yourself the hazle. read more

This review is in regards to the mini clinic that is located in the pharmacy I went there to get checked out because I had really bad chest congestion a bad cough and a bit of a low grade fever. A woman by the name of yehia ramzi ekram was the one that checked me out that day as I was telling her my symptoms she just didn't seem like she was paying attention and she was rushing me she basically wrote everything off as an allergy told me to take Zyrtec and spray Flonase in my nose lmao I went and got a second opinion a few days later and come to find out that I had an upper respiratory infection/laryngitis since I lost my voice from coughing so much. I was put on a z-pak , prednisone, and a cough syrup after getting a second opinion. DO NOT EVER under any circumstances go to this mini clinic that women is a joke and should not be able to treat anyone read more
