There are even times when I will run out of milk or eggs mid-week, and find myself stopping here for those items rather than shopping closer to home. In the several years my family has been shopping here, I have only had one incident where I was charged x2 for an expensive cut of Parmiggiano reggiano cheese but it was corrected during my next visit. The Wegman's brand organic items like the milk, eggs, and dairy creamer leave nothing to be desired. Not to mention their bakery! An absolute gem. Who needs a Whole Foods, anyways? Certainly not I. The person fulfilling the order sent me updates or clarifying questions about substitutions when applicable. Items that they did not have were refunded and delivery was fast. This pharmacist filled the first at 27 days, and the second. Come the third refill, it got weird. When I put in for my refill he decided that I was to wait 11 days after the refill date. My refill date was the 14th. He arbitrarily said the 26th. When I asked why, he told me that my doctor told him not to fill it till then. Thinking this was a mistake, I called my doctor. My doctor said he had no such conversation, however he had his nurse practitioner call to explain that I was to fill it no later than the 16th so I can travel for work. In a normal world, this would be no problem. But the pharmacist dug in his heels, saying to her "She should have plenty left over." His words. Eleven days. My doctor suggests I find a new pharmacy. I call Giant to recap exactly what happened to the pharmacist. He denied none of it, but for some reason he is pretending that it wasnt him that actually spoke to my nurse. He lied to me by pretending it wasnt him who spoke to my doctors office which was totally bizarre until he made a mistake, exposing his lie. He lied to my nurse, stating she told him to wait till the 26th which she didnt. He gaslit both of us. He claimed "responsibility" while insisting on filling a prescription 11 days late. He accused me of stockpiling, insuinuating -what-? I have a giant Suboxone cartel? He discriminated against me because I am in recovery. He had his knee on my neck and he liked it. The man is a twisted sister. I cancelled my refill and I'll be going to a different town with a pharmacy that doesnt treat people who are trying to do the right thing like sh*t. People are people, whether you have cancer, diabetes or are in recovery. Noone should be treated like this. Eleven Days. A once a month prescribed suboxone refill is not a line at the methadone clinic, sir. Not to worry, weird lying pharmacist guy. There was a huge variety and i was far from disappointed. Prices were a little high especially compared to Walmart. But i can understand prices going up and down on food. Produce section was great! Loved that they carried frozen protein smoothies. My boyfriend enjoyed his experience although we spent more than we usually would. It was quiet and empty at around 6-7 at night which i don't mind. Makes shopping peaceful and easy. Cashier was nice. And overall i would shop here again!

Addition to review 1/18/14:…read more I have a problem: I broke the seal. I hopped in my car and drove down to Turkey Hill under the facade of getting gas. But in my heart, I knew I was just going to get the sausage, egg, and cheese on croissant ($2.19) and breakfast scrambler ($0.99). I mean, i can get gas when we're on our way home later tonight...but I can't get my breakfast at that time. The scrambler is basically an over-sized hash brown with egg inside and it is a nice complement to something...say, the sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The croissant is so buttery and I like the white american cheese they use. It's got me hooked. Just as a note: I've tried other sandwiches of theirs that use bagels, but I'd skip those. The bagels are kinda chewy and heavy, whereas the croissant is fluffy, buttery goodness through and through. If you've done a thorough job, then you probably have enough to purchase a breakfast sandwich, a bag of chips, a cup of coffee, and some candy for the road from Turkey Hill. I'm from NY, so every time I stop here I have to do a double-take when the cashier reads the total out for me. Gas is regularly 30 cents cheaper per gallon than in the city, and if you get a Turkey Hill Rewards card (free), you get an additional 3 cents knocked off the price. Open 24/7, friendly staff, blah blah blah. Nothing bad to say at all about this location.
