The prescrition AI phone system is Very confusing and Un helpfull. It reads all prescriptions and only want us to say refill all or just name one... Out of 9 active prescriptions if you only need 5 it wont let you select. Its the Worst AI prescription system. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to get my prescription after visiting the minute clinic. I waited got about an hour in between different pharmacists telling me they were still waiting on it. I came from the same minute clinic as the pharmacy. Finally they said the prescription was sent 30 minutes away to a different location. I asked why that would be since I was at this location and saw the dr at this location. They said they didn't know but wouldn't cancel the prescription to the other location and fill it at this one. I travel to the other location- they say they never got the prescription. I called the minute clinic who said it was sent to the same pharmacy I was seen at originally. We go back. They say they see it is now in a different location. We go there. They have no prescription. 4 cvs and 2 hours of driving later I still have no prescription. read more

They need to revisit employee training for the people working at this pharmacy. When calling out to get someone's attention for the prescription pickup line, I think it's reasonable to just shout out the person's name and not shout THEIR PRESCRIPTION DETAILS. As an example, shouting out "vaginal yeast infection cream" or "plan B drugs" or "psychiatrist medicine" out loud to the entire damn store is in very poor taste. Extremely unprofessional and, if at all possible, I recommend finding another pharmacy to take your business to. read more

The pharmacists are always available to me, everyone that works there always remembers me, and no question is too small for them to stop and try to help with. My daughter tried to walk in to get a vaccination for school but the mean woman at the minute clinic told her that she needed an appointment and that they were too busy to handle a walk-in. There were 2 people waiting to be seen. I would hardly call this busy. If you need an appointment that's fine but there is a nice way to say that. Maybe try, "I'm sorry, but we can't accommodate walk-ins right now but if you would like to make an appointment for tomorrow, we could definitely see you then." And try SMILING once in a while. This is the closet CVS to me, and my insurance fills my RXs through CVS - we're already off to a good start here! The staff is friendly and will always greet you when you walk in. It's close enough that I will sometimes walk here if I just need one thing - this makes me feel very fulfilled, like go Allison, I'm so green! ....in a good way. Their pharmacy does this auto refill thing. I signed up for it (upon suggestion) when I dropped off a new RX last month. Typically, I remember that I need a refill when I take the last pill. Instead, with the auto refill, they sent me a text to pick up my RX a week before I was due to run out! This is so cool and was very helpful for a last-minute-rememberer like me. PS other reviewer is right that their nail polish (and personal care/make up in general) selection is niiiiiiice! They really get me with this, and I am unable to resist grabbing a mascara, lip chap, etc each time I come in. read more

I've been going to this CVS for a number of years. Previously, they've always provided convenient and friendly walk-in service, including a Flu Shot and my First Shingles Vaccine within the past few months. I went in Friday afternoon for my 2nd Shingles Shot, and was told the pharmacist had just left, to come back Saturday morning; No appointment needed, they were rarely busy Saturday mornings. I arrived a little after 9am, and was told by the pharmacist, "Scott", that they were booked solid all day, and I should try to make an appointment online. After 10 minutes of struggling with my phone to create an online account, I was able to book an appointment for 5 minutes later at the same CVS. They had open appointments ALL DAY. I walked back in, and the same pharmacist looked at me, saw my info in the computer, called me by name, and said he'd provide my vaccination momentarily. I Don't Appreciate getting medical services from people who lie to my face. Pretty sure that for my next prescription or flu shot, I'm headed back to Walgreens. read more

There is a CVS close to my house here in Creve Coeur , MO. Until my experience, I would go in at least once a week, I am in a rewards program and for the last experience I used my debit card. I bought a product that turned out expired, I went back a week after and notified them that their products were expired and they took them off the shelf. I also advised them that I would bring the product back for refund. Well a couple of days later I took the product but CVS says I can only get store credit. I advised that I did not need the Store credit, what makes you think I want to come back after selling me expired products. Dear CVS you do not get to apply the return policy when you sell EXPIRED products at this point it is your faulty, you should be able to credit the customer's form of payment. read more

The Pharmacy at the creve coeur location does not answer the phone in a timely manner. The first time I called I gave up. The second time took 15 minutes to answer then they hung up on me. Last night I waited 35 minutes before I called the store manager. This morning I waited 12 mintes to complain to CVS customer service. I am stuck with CVS for a year because of my insurance. I am not happy. I did tell customer service that in the future I will wait 5 minutes before I call the store manager. read more

I was leaving the store tonight on my way home from working at the store, listening to my headphones. I walked out the door and the manager or associate of the night followed me outside. She was yelling and having a fit. I had to go back in the store and find out what her problem was. She said that she said good night to me twice and I didn't respond. I told her that I had my headphones on. She didn't apologize for her temper tantrum, attitude, or behavior. I'm not sure what her name was because she wasn't wearing an ID. I was treated horribly by Ghazal in this cvs this morning. I gave her a $5 and spent .63 on candy, I was just getting change to tip Pei Wei down the street. She said NO you gave me a one and she opens her drawer and what do you know she put my $5 in the $1 spot. Instead of just apologizing and doing what a suppose be new manager would do she was just simply rude. I called to speak to the manager and she puts me on hold, comes back and said she's the manager and wouldn't transfer me and hung up on me. If this is what cvs considers a good candidate for manager, it makes me question them. I will be calling the district manager, they need to treat customers with some manners and not have this type of person working, how pathetic. read more

Cvs in store clinic is the worst! Went in because a family member needed attention asap and had no insurance. It was a routine visit for something they had before and knew what medication was needed. The technician tested and came to the same conclusion. After $265.00 later which was a whole paycheck for this individual, was given a prescription for 3 days of antibiotics. Normally a 10-day dosage in the past was used. Sure enough, after 5 days the symptoms are back and all they can say if come in again and pay another several hundred dollars and we will take another look. Feels like a racket to make money and This person does not have the funds. Why not just give an additional prescription as they know what it is? Guess emergency room is next! Poor excuse for medical care on CVS's part!!! read more

KRISTIN IN THE PHARMACY IS A ROCK STAR. I came in with a prescription for a painful tooth situation. I went to the counter and said in an obviously joking manner, "this medication is in stock. I will not take no for an answer". She did the typing and looked at me and said, "sorry, we don't have it in". It took a whole second before I realized she was all in on the fun. She smiled and said, give me a minute, grabbed what I needed and handed over to the Pharmacist. Now, you may say this is not applicable, but I would strongly disagree. The store is clean and bright. The pharmacy is good. The cashier, Zharla, was unpleasant, never looked up at me, spoke very quietly and seemed generally annoyed to be there. They should consider placing her in a role where she doesn't spread her gloom to customers at noon on a Sunday. read more
