I don't just feel like another number but a valued customer. Sean, Melissa, and their team are friendly, professional and treat me like a valued patient. They go out of their way to offer exceptional service and care on a regular basis. One thing that stands out in my mind was the follow up to my Covid-19 vaccinations. The day after receiving my vaccinations, I received a text asking how I was feeling and if there were any side effects that they should know about if I had any questions or concerns that they could address. You don't see that kind of personal care from the big chains, and I enjoy the rapport we have established over the years. Always an issue with customers at the register too so a long wait to check out. Often the pharmacy is closed unexpectedly on weekends so you can't get prescriptions. Needs more staff. Giving 1 star because when pharmacist is in they do try to move along prescription pick up. Otherwise don't bother. I waited at register 15 mins while cashier assisted 1 customer...never acknowledged me at all. I dumped my things on counter and left.

I thought the issue was cleared. I recently called the pharmacy to get my refill and a woman answered. She informed that the medication was no longer available and I asked if I could speak to Tullio and she told me that he had left but would leave a message for Tullio . That was a month ago and I know that Tullio is a caring individual, so it is likely that he never got the message. I have noticed a change in the pharmacy from going from a community friendly pharmacy to a Walgreens type of for profit corporation and the lady that talked to me will fit right in. All she was talk down to me, telling me that I had been told that the medication was not available and it was my fault for not going somewhere else , this is after being a customer for over thirty years. No sympathy whatsoever, and more of a running interference type of Walgreens bureaucrat. I miss the old staff , including Tullio.
