The staff is not very…read moreknowledgeable and at times has even lied about whether a prescription is filled. my family member was very upset and was not getting any cooperation from an employee and while she slipped with a swear word which she did not call the employee and apologized immediately, said employee lied and said he was cursed. The pharmacist reaction was to tell me my family member was "mean" ( a word often used by second graders!) and that we could not call to check to see prescriptions were filled and it was the responsibility of the doctor! The sympathetic pharmacist told me my family member could no longer use the pharmacy and told me he can go elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace! I'll somehow find a way for that pharmacy and the pharmacist to have a complaint against licenses.

The older lady who helped me with supplies had a bad attitude where I'd rather look for stuff myself and The tall male pharmacist left me waiting for over twenty minutes to ask a question while I could see him walking around basically ignoring me and when I tried to ask the young ladies working with medications they told me It was a pharmacist question and I'd have to wait for the man to come back just for him to tell me that he didn't really have time since he was very busy yet I continuously saw him on the phone! truly service has gone down and it's such a shame because I've raved about this place to friends and it's so upsetting to know they won't be getting the service I once was. What a shame I'd say a new manager is in store before the place really suffers.

If one orders from Amazon, everything is cheaper, but we don't like Amazon for obvious reasons. Even in comparison with other stores, their prices are pretty high. On the other hand, it is convenient. Driving to a big box store is to be avoided at all costs. Best part of the store is the young and professional staff. They are always extremely pleasant. We really hope that management recognizes how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs. The young cashiers are bright and full of life, and always polite and pleasant. They were also willingly to direct you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for at the moment.

And all the kids who work here are all so sweet.
