This pharmacy is a sham- they bill you even if your insurance covers the meds. I told them over and over that my drug was covered and it wasn't until I threatened them with a dispute claim that they looked into my record and realized they were billing the wrong insurance. The took the money from my credit card which I had just given them for a delivery fee. They are the WORST. Not only do they not ever answer the phone they do not return calls. it appears i am not the only one with this issue, was in the store today and was told they were under staffed. 4 people behind the counter having very interesting personal conversations. Yet messages aren't checked nor returned. As much as i would like to shop local... i will be going back to Walgreens or CVS. read more

i spent over an hour of my time trying to get a prescription at a discounted price which they had sold to be a month prior. the owner straight up lied to me and told me the owner was overseas when I asked for the manager or a competent person to answer my questions when he personally filled it the previous time .the store clerk kept screaming she had Medicaid she has Medicaid as if to embarrass me i front other people. I left the store and sat in my car crying g. nobody should be treated that way . appalling. simply unacceptable and worth a mention read more

I had recently had a drug transferred to this pharmacy because my main pharmacy couldn't obtain it. The store was shabby and the clientele looked like they had just left a methadone clinic. That said, they had the medication so that worked. When I next called for refills, I left 3 messages and got no answer. I finally had to drive to the pharmacy and was told they were "short' on that med and could only give me 1/3 of my required amount. I took that and again called for refills. No reply to 3 messages. Hey, if for some reason you can't fill the prescription, have the decency to let me know. I transferred the prescription to another store. read more

Make sure you get the same brand you've been administered in the past, they may try and slip you something other than what you been getting if you're not careful under the guise they've ran out! Very nice pharmacy. Just had my second vaccine there yesterday and I could not possibly have been any more accommodating. Another reviewer said that if you are not one of their customers they will not call you for Covid vaccine. That is absolutely not true. I never stepped foot in there before, but they were very gracious about letting me sign up for the vaccine when it was available. And they called me to let me know that they could give me an appointment. I went for my second vaccine yesterday, and everything went smoothly. Very professional. I highly recommend them. read more

Meh. I don't see what the big hooplah is about this store. I was looking for something specific and they didn't have it. Staff is friendly, yes but the store looks a bit dated. Sort of like I stepped into a CVS or Rite Aid in the late 80's/early 90's. read more

I've been going to save more for a few months now since CVS Burnt me and they've done a great job on my prescriptions and they have a lot of stuff that I need. They are courteous and it's a very local store that I like to support. Update 2018: I continue to be impressed by Save More's service to a degree. They don't seem to be able to remember to call me to refill my prescriptions, but they are always helpful and patient with my questions, and they fill my prescriptions quickly and accurately. As for their other things they have a good selection of medicines, and have been helpful in guiding me to what I need when I am sick. They only slight complaint I would have is that they never have seasonal items like chocolate oranges for Christmas, halloween stickers, but hey they are a pharmacy not one stop shopping! read more

What I appreciate most is that the pharmacy team are comprised of mature adults who take my medical needs seriously. Having switched from a chain store, which was horrible, to this locally run store has made me more inclined to support local. My family and I try our best to support local businesses especially when larger chains move in and try to drive out the smaller guys. Unfortunately, if this place keeps offering the type of service it was offering last week then this business will probably go under by Fall. We were from out of town. My sister-in-law recommended this place to us instead of the CVS Pharmacy a couple blocks further down the road. They know my sister-in-law and love her but they didn't know us (or my sister-in-law's daughter) and were quite rude. Our prescription had been called in one hour earlier, the place was empty of customers when we arrived and they had not yet begun to process it. We were actually told in one breath "You'll have to wait and get away from my counter." Get away from my counter??? Then the pharmacist started yelling at us from behind his counter saying something about needing insurance. We were there for eyedrops. Twenty minutes later we were handed the medication along with an $80 bill. $80 bill? We walked out and had the prescription called into CVS. Ten minutes and $2.80 later we had our eye drops. read more

Mom and pop biz. Always get my rx's filled on time! They call me if there's a q/a they need from me. Even have my 12 year old dogs epilepsy meds on hand! Warm staff not the usual that's a plus! Prices are great too. read more

It may not look like much, but the helpful Pharmacy staff is the best in the area. They do not give my vet or my doctor a hard way to go when they call in prescriptions. If there is a line, they work to get people out as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Most of all, they don't leave you standing and wondering if they even know you are there. read more
