The manager is unappreciative of the customer's business. I have religiously shopped here since they opened in 2007. Will not shop here again. There are two local small pharmacies that carry other gift items too and both of the stores, Prescription Center and Prescriptions Plus in Ossining are appreciative and accomodatating to the customer. read more

It's true about trying to get a prescription filled here. They don't make it easy. It seems to us that the prices on most goods are top dollar. If one orders from Amazon, everything is cheaper, but we don't like Amazon for obvious reasons. Even in comparison with other stores, their prices are pretty high. On the other hand, it is convenient. Driving to a big box store is to be avoided at all costs. Best part of the store is the young and professional staff. They are always extremely pleasant. We really hope that management recognizes how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs. The young cashiers are bright and full of life, and always polite and pleasant. They were also willingly to direct you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for at the moment. read more

We're switching. Nothing wrong with the stock, the retail staff, the cashiers, but that pharmacist is the pits. So selective in his service. I've waited upwards of 10 minutes for him to look up and acknowledge me. If I speak up, I get a gruff "be right with you" and then I wait and wait anyway. There's always this game with him- there's a mirror there that allows him (and me) to see there is someone waiting, but he won't look up. The kicker is when there's someone ahead of me and he's yucking it up with them like they are lifelong friends. Then I get the Mt Rushmore resting bitch face from the guy. I'm done. If you want a nice selection of candy or seasonal gifts, great shop. If you need a prescription filled, you have a 50/50 shot at your business being appreciated. Someone needs to tell this clown that people picking up prescriptions aren't stocking up for a keg party, they are there for less than joyous reasons. Such a convenient store. They have a pharmacy but they also have so much else. They have an assortment of cleaning products, kitchen wares, seasonal furniture, grills, toys, stationery products and school supplies, even well priced comfy sweatshirts and pants. Also, they're next to Mrs Greens, Europizza and Starbucks which are all definitely worth visiting, too. read more

Value Drugs is an amazing store with an enormous variety of all the things a consumer would need. If you can't find it at Value Drugs, it doesn't exist. Fair prices, convenient location and an asset to the community. read more

I love this local Briarcliff Pharmacy. It's massive and offers the consumer a modicum of inventory. Products range from household cleaning supplies to baking mixes/handy-dandy electric pie and cupcake makers to children's books and toys. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly, and the variety of reasonably priced vitamins is great. I wish they were open a little earlier in the morning or a little later at night. I think they open at 9 and close at 7 during the week? If they opened earlier I am sure I would run into the pharmacy for a snack or some bottled water instead of Mrs. Greens. They have also had sales on Greeting Cards; buy one get the 2nd 50% off. read more

Value Drugs in Briarcliff is a great resource to have by the office... they have all the usual things a drug-store may carry and they also have a great supply of household items (in particular extensive kitchen wares, cleaning and closet stuff, and a really good assortment of summer patio furniture! I am going to try them for RX too-- several people in my office have and say the service is good. read more

I love this place! It's more like a little department store than a pharmacy. They always have tons of great and unusual holiday decorations, as well as a terrific toy section. I've never actually used it as a pharmacy, but I go all the time to pick up things for decorating the house or for little things for my daughter. It's pretty cool! read more

The prices are great! I think they really do put some discounts on things! I got my daughter a snowman nutcracker that was adorable for an incredible price of $15. The drug store near me had this chap stick that was $4.99, but when I went here, it was $1.99. WOW! I was a pretty happy shopper, because my youngest daughter really wanted it, and i saved $3 on a chap stick! The quality was great, and it lasted for many months. I would certainly recommend this place. It has everything from house essentials to great gifts! read more
