The employee greeted me and was very kind, I was the only person in there so I was in and out plus it was very early. The store was very clean and stocked very well. I also saw a lot of items that were natural plant based which is perfect as my job is strict with food due to severe allergies. My only issue was online it said they open at 7am but the sign on the door said 8am so I was very hesitant to even approach the door as it was 7:10a and it was very dark inside, but I assume since the doors slid open the store was open, but maybe fixing the sign at the front it literally says pretty much everyday opens at 8am when they're indeed open at 7. That's my only complaint. The parking lot is huge and you can easily access it.

The young man behind the counter said it was too late to use it. My husband asked if he could cancel the sale and begin again. The clerk said that was not possible. My husband said he understood, there were customers waiting, so he got in line again to return and repurchase the items. The clerk refused saying the items could not be returned even though it said the opposite on the receipt. My now angry husband asked his name. The young man said "I'm not telling you my name". My husband said "I won't be spending my money here anymore". "That's okay" was the clerk's snarky response. We now spend our money at another local pharmacy that is not part of a chain. The pharmacist has been doing it for years she followed in the footsteps of her mother and her father who have both since retired. The price is a very very reasonable they go out of their way to make sure they get the best price for your prescription. They also offer free delivery in Attleboro. I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing. The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample. Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out.... One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...

Unfortunately we just found out recently that the store will be closing at the end of November it will truly be a loss not only to the town of Plainville and its citizens who live there but also anyone from nearby who has been going there for years just to get their prescriptions and then you get the random grab a candy bar or you might get a birthday card that she thought you'd forgotten because it half price. Jackie who owns it is truly a wonderful person and she really does great things for the community she even delivers them for a seniors who can't get to the store for their medicines. In the past few years my mother had moved to California and couldn't afford her insulin out there and Miss Jackie would take and bundle it up and mail it to her in California so she always had her Insulin. "Time to reorder" comes the almost daily email nag. Fantastic. Only when you reorder, the automatic reply is set to "contact your physician" even though there are multiple refillss left on the script. Yeah, most of the time they resolve the inconsistency over the phone but when I ask why this always happens, I usually get the wholly unsatisfactory and vacant, "I dunno, it must be the system." Not that their brick and mortar pharmacies are any better (home of the $20 box of Raisin Bran) but as the largest drug dispensary worldwide, with aspirations of growing larger by multiples of 10x, I shudder to think what their race to the bottom will look like in say, 2034. Thanks CVS Caremark, you're a national treasure. One incompetent star.
