I called today to refill a prescription and I couldn't get the self service to recognize voice commands or key entry's. The best part of it is instead of transferring me it hangs up. They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money.

Staff are friendly and store was just renovated completely to follow suit of the new, modern CVS locations. It's very spacious and fully stocked regularly. For reference, this store has had everything in stock I was in search of on both occasions I visited. Decent staff and enough registers open even when it's busy (which is regularly). Cannot comment on service from the pharmacy since I don't use it. Seems decent overall... nothing terribly disappointing by any means. 4 stars.

My insurance doesn't allow me to use Walmart. I ended passing out on a subway platform! Luckily no train was coming and I didn't contact the 3rd rail! The hospital contacted my insurance company and was able to use another pharmacy. CVS leaves a lot to be desired!

They always have good signage on covid measures, current interests (flu shot available here, etc), hour changes, etc. The drive thru is awesome because it usually allows for a quicker experience due to my wandering eyes. When I do go in I do enjoy looking at their local products. I appreciate having a small business pharmacy to use since Haskins in Norton closed.

I casually asked how I could transfer my scripts....and it was done in two seconds! The pharmacist just took a copy if my insurance, my drivers license and current pharmacy info and said, "I'll take care of it for you." How nice is that!!! No computer nonsense or multiple calls, just plain old-fashioned human interaction. So happy there is a pharmacy here again in Rehoboth!

I thought that was weird and it was. The prescription was never run through my insurance, that copay was made up by the pharmacist because he did not like the reimbursement. I will just say that this 100% illegal. They have a contract with my insurance company, regardless of the reimbursement. Meaning they are obligated to fill my prescription at whatever cost to them. I am going to be refilling my prescription in a few weeks, we will see how much the guy behind the counter "thinks" he's going to charge me. I have zero problem reporting them to the board of pharmacy and Blue Cross.

Unfortunately we just found out recently that the store will be closing at the end of November it will truly be a loss not only to the town of Plainville and its citizens who live there but also anyone from nearby who has been going there for years just to get their prescriptions and then you get the random grab a candy bar or you might get a birthday card that she thought you'd forgotten because it half price. Jackie who owns it is truly a wonderful person and she really does great things for the community she even delivers them for a seniors who can't get to the store for their medicines. In the past few years my mother had moved to California and couldn't afford her insulin out there and Miss Jackie would take and bundle it up and mail it to her in California so she always had her Insulin. This Walgreens has its own private parking lot with strict 30 min parking spots to keep things moving. I had no trouble finding a parking spot, even at a busy time of day. Assumption #2: The pharmacy must be tiny with not a large variety of OTC products & other goods. Verdict: Wrong! It's very deceiving. It looks super small from the outside, but it's pretty spacious inside with a large beauty & skin section. I found the exact falsies I was looking for. It was clean inside, the staff was friendly, & I found the experience to be not-frustrating which is generally what I'm looking for when it comes to pharmacy errands. I will definitely be back to this Walgreens specifically. I might even move my prescription here.
