Needed to get a few 4x6 photo prints for my daughter's first birthday party to display on some of the tables, and recently had a wonderful experience at this CVS! Super simple and seamless process. Went online through their website and uploaded the photos from my camera role, chose the location to have them printed, and that was that! They emailed me as soon as they were ready (and if you send them in early enough they will get printed same day), and when I arrived to pick them up and purchase, an employee was there and ready to help. This is for the pharmacy. I think drugstores are largely too un affordable to shop there anymore, though I do look around and have occasionally bought something. But everyone who works in the Pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful and pleasant. I read an article several months ago about how put upon pharmacists are financially and just through so many more added duties and responsibilities. They're not just pill counters! But while I don't usually deal with just the pharmacist, I have gotten vaccines and questions answered and had people step out from behind the counter and help me find a particular vitamin on the shelf. Their drive-through window is a godsend also. I cannot say nice enough things about this branch of CVS and it is served me very well for the last four years. read more

This location is a joke, consistently an issue every single time I try to pick up. Most recently went to refill my accutane - which only has a 7 day period where you are allowed to pick it up before having to wait another 31 days, get bloodwork and another negative pregnancy test before you can fill it again. They received the prescription on MONDAY, it is FRIDAY and they refused to fill it. Blamed it on me and told me that I did not complete the IPledge questions and that's why it's not filled....instead of gracefully admitting their mistake and filling it. I had it transferred over to another location immediately and magically they filled it no questions asked within 30 minutes. Crazy how competence works. The culprit of this issue was a heavier middle aged indian woman in a white coat, didn't see her name and she did not introduce herself so mind my description, however, from the looks of these reviews this is an ongoing issue and should be taken seriously by corporate! read more

No line at the window, nobody in the store, was told it would take an hour and a half to fill my ten pill Rx for post-op pain. It actually took two and a half hours. I was supposed to take the first pill within an hour to stay ahead of the pain. This store is on a busy commuter highway in a densely populated suburb of Atlanta: if they're not filling six of these a day, it's because everybody but me already knew not to go there. If I could give no stars, I would. How do you offer COVID and have people standing around for a test that takes 2 seconds, that's just sad. Why do you all just close and get a respectable pharmacy that actually answers phones and doesn't have you drive for an hour only to hear, we don't have any spots. The pharmacy hours are wrong, Hours start at 9I during the week and 10 on the weekend. I don't think the pharmacy has ever opened at 8. Plus, with their new policies, I cannot fill my 16 year olds script for Xanax because she is a minor. Guess her provider didn't know how old she was. Thinking about moving my families pharmacy needs elsewhere. read more

I have been taking a specific seizure medication for 12 years. They refuse to keep it in stock because it is "expensive". I was told to call a week before it is time to refill in order to "remind them to order it". Even with me "reminding them", they still don't have it in stock when I need it. The only good pharmacist that was here has left. I'm at a loss of words to describe how horrible this pharmacy is. Sad thing is the clerks in the store are amazing, helpful, and friendly. It is just the pharmact that royally stinks. Yes, I could go to another pharmacy ... but, in order to get my insurance prices, I have to use CVS. read more

I don't know what those others experienced but I find the pharmacy to be the fastest and most helpful of any in the North Atlanta area. I've never seen them do anything but hustle in constant movement to get the customer taken care of. read more

I have been with CVS for several years, in Indiana. I moved to Cumming 2 months ago, and transferred my scripts to this CVS. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. Some of the employees in pharmacy spend more time complaining about coworkers, and talking about customers out loud, than taking care of waiting customers. The employees in the front of the store are always pleasant, so, no complaints there. If you are so unhappy with your job, you should go elsewhere! read more

Worst cvs I have ever been to!!! I drove 20 mins for a freakin chocolate milk, and not just Any chocolate milk, A trumoo chocolate milk. So I been craving this chocolate milk all day, so as soon as I get home and decide to take my first magical sip of trumoo, it's nasty!! I promise you that you will not find a more incompetent group of employees at any pharmacy in the state. They have messed up the last 5 months of prescriptions and blame us and the supplier. The pharmacists don't speak English well and just blame the customer for issues. I am moving all scripts to Walgreens and providing feedback to my company to end a relationship with them for a preferred pharmacy. Just a dirty store and is breaking HIPA laws by having scripts so close to the counter that they are all able to be seen by person's name and type. Avoid this place. read more

This location is a disaster. Their employees sit outside on curb smoking right by the front door. Nice job with your Quit with us program. The bathroom looked like no one cleaned it for days. Toilet paper and paper towels from the broken stand all over except in the stall holder where you would expect it. Odd empty shelf in there, trash cans overflowing. read more
