Worst customer service and quality ever in the pharmacyI wish I could not give it any stars. They filled 2 of my subscriptions incorrectly and would not give a refund for the correct one but also didn't apologize for THEIR error at all. I have to pay again for the CORRECT medication. The person who answered the phone basically said it wasn't his fault and someone else and I need to relax. Who does that? I asked to speak to the manager and he said to call Corporate which has over a 30 min wait. I asked for his name. He would not provide. I asked for the managers name he would not provide and then he hung up. I am changing pharmacies. Horrible! read more

I've been using this CVS pharmacy for a long time. The pharmacists are compassionate and helpful. One pharmacist even had a class from my Father at the UW Madison umpteen years ago. Just like all pharmacies these days they are extremely busy. A little patience goes a long way. read more

All CBS sucks. If your company uses cvs insurance they will not allow you to fill prescriptions at any other pharmacy. I was told by Mike at Bethelview pharmacy it's illegal for them to deny other pharmacies your business. You can't believe the automatic texting when your script is ready. Today it happened to me and the gentlemen in front of me . Got a text and script was not ready They love telling you that you script is ready even though you stopped talking that medication months ago. I've had more disappointing experiences with this pharmacy than I can remember. One time specifically I was put on an MAOI by my doctor. I asked the pharmacist if there were any dietary restrictions and she said "I'm not sure, I think you just need to stay away from grapefruit". There are many potentially fatal dietary interactions with MAOI's, including cheese. There have been so many instances like this I can't keep count. read more

Disgraceful "service" with what seems like different treatment for different customers. Friday night I scheduled an appointment online for a covid shot this morning. Computer generated reminders confirmed but when I showed up today, the staff was exceptionally rude and dismissive. I had checked in online upon arrival and then went to the correct counter. No one came to talk to me but a woman called to me across the pharmacy department (goodbye privacy) asking what I was doing there. Bottom line turned out that they had run out of the vaccine (having neither contacted me to cancel nor saving enough for people with appointments). A man called out that perhaps the Post Road store might have some, but didn't offer to check. I had to specifically ask him to call so I'm not driving all over looking for the vaccine that I was already scheduled to have. Eventually I got the shot but had to wait and re-input all information, basically starting from scratch. Turns out my Indian neighbor got the shot this morning as well because this same pharmacy staff personally contacted her as soon as new supply arrived. There is, in my opinion, a huge discrepancy in service and respect offered to some customers over others. About a year and a half ago, the covid vaccine was hard to get and only authorized for a narrow category of high risk individuals. This same Indian friend was at this CVS for another reason and the pharmacist proactively offered her the shot - no questions asked. Her in-laws, also Indian, then came and got it as well. She called and told me so I went to get my shot too. The pharmacist grilled me about whether I met the qualifications (e.g., immunocompromised, cancer, etc.) and then turned me away, refusing to give me the shot he had just given to my neighbor (both of us are seniors so age was not a factor). Preferential treatment? You decide but I will never go to the CVS at Castleberry & Bethelview Roads again. read more

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I go here a few times a month and it is usually clean and well stocked. The CVS reward program is a way to save quite a bit of money. The last time I was here my pictures came out perfectly. Sometimes when it's busy it takes forever to get checked out. A suggestion would be to create and promote a bring your own bag campaign. This is an a-ok CVS. The have a drive through pharmacy. They have a very generous rain check policy. They have a great rewards program. The store is generally organized and well stocked. I have goten my flu shot here a few times and they have been very quick about it. I consider CVS my go-to drug store. read more

Laziest CVS and pharmacy out there. These guys open later and close (much) earlier than any other CVS out there, much less any other pharmacy. They don't carry a lot of medicine, and are generally pretty short with their customers (won't call other CVS on your behalf to see if they carry what their location doesn't have). In the area they reside where business and people are moving in like crazy, these guys decide to cut store hours rather than expand. That should tell you all you need to know about their attitude towards going out of their way to help customers. Seek other CVSs for your needs, ones that are willing to work a little read more

Do NOT Go to this CVS if you value your health. I only wish I would have known this prior to my surgery. I had spinal surgery 3 days before Thanksgiving 2017. When I took script in, the pharmacist (Reshma) jumped around the counter to help (I thought great, I can use the help). Reshma said she would help, yet day after day, and I received no pain meds as prescribed. Reshma claims claims she couldn't verify the meds with my Dr. - REALLY, over Thanksgiving holiday, I had hospital tags on my wrist when I first entered CVS, which make it easy to verify, but No, I suffered needlessly from Wednesday through Monday. The following Monday after spending my Thanksgiving in massive pain as it was all nerve pain. I uber'ed over to Gwinnett Med and my surgeon CALLED Reshma and she released only 30 oxy's out of script of 105 pills currently on file. I went back to my other Dr's at the pain clinic and got several additional scripts of 105 oxy's each and I dropped off one of them with Reshma and she said come in Friday. Up till this point, I didn't know what the issue was, I just needed my scripts for pain meds filled. That Friday, I sat on the CVS bench for over 3 hours before I raised such a stink, that someone called the cops. Imagine, the insult, when all I wanted was a script filled and I had to explain to the cops what was going down and why after 2 weeks after a spinal surgery, I only have 30 pills and had to sit there for hours while still suffering despite having multiple scripts. In the end, the cops told Reshma, to call my Dr's office and to everyone's surprise they answered on the second ring. I explain to my Dr not to get into a pill numbers discussion with Reshma so the DR. authorized 12 pills per day. As Reshma hung up with my Dr., Reshma exclaimed she would give me 48 pills because she wouldn't give me over 4 days worth as I had other prescriptions. Since when does a pharmacist not fill prescriptions and limit my scripts beyond what the Dr authorized based on the fact I might have future scripts. Insurance was NOT the issue as I was assigned a case manager who would have authorized the scripts immediately. I have had complications and was put on massive amounts of pain meds to "catch up" to the pain and I now deal with complications CAUSED by the inept, and unprofessional service offered by Reshma. How can anyone honestly undergo surgery when Reshma (or any pharmacist) determines if she releases the meds DESPITE anything my Dr's tried to get released to me. Of course, Reshma claims she called my Dr's. but you can see when I uber myself all over town to get additional scripts, there's a large cost put on me, especially when the pharmacist didn't fill the scripts WHEN I had my Dr on the phone with her. Don't forget 12 days ......... I have calls into CVS management (Tiffany Stefins is the new manager) who will not call me back, when I call into CVS Corporate, the response I get back is, the case had been handled. NO, it's not handled. I have additional costs for multiple scripts for the same meds during the same timeframes, additional transportation and co-pays that should be reimbursed also. These expenses are the direct result of the pharmacist NOT doing her job. As you can tell from above, I will never look to trust my health to CVS or their inept pharmacists again. Finally, if any pharmacist really believes anyone can wait 12 days after surgery for pain meds should be subjected to the same treatment they subject to others. read more

Excellent customer service! Last week when my son's prescription for an Epi Pen was recalled by the manufacturer, I called CVS to find out what I needed to do. The pharmacist (Reshma) contacted the manufacturer on my behalf as well as my allergist and had a refilled prescription for me the same day! Thank you! read more

We have been doing business with this CVS for over eight years, but after today, no more. My husband went in and asked for "red Sudafed" and was given the White Sudafed tablet in a red box. He did not notice the picture on the box was of a white tablet. I tried to return this to the store a few minutes later and was told very rudely by Charlie, the pharmacist, that it was illegal for them to accept return medicines. OK. I get that. But make this right. Sell me the right product at a reduced rate or since it was less than what we paid for the white Sudafed, just give me the correct product. After all, Andrew made the mistake in selling my husband the wrong product, and when asked if he made the mistake, he remained silent. Charlie refused to make it right and asked me in front of other customers if I was sure my husband was telling the story correctly. I asked her if she was accusing my husband of lying and she just smiled at me. Wow. How unprofessional can you be? She deserves to be fired. This is not a way to treat a loyal customer who has an employer with a national Caremark account. And when I asked for the store manager, I was told that he had just had a baby and was not answering his phone. So much for customer service. As a former Disney employee, I can attest that this store needs serious training in the art of customer service. They excel in the art of "Customer NO Service." Shame on you, Charlie.
